A grinder in a blink of an eye! Every time I find myself at a sandwich shop, I can never stray away from the good ol' roast beef....so that's why I had. Great bread, tasty beef and provolone cheese, and thinly shredded lettuce. This grinder reminds me of grinder shops in Connecticut where I grew up, so I instantly loved it. Also had one of their kosher dill pickles, which was also excellent. Service was friendly and lightning fast - great concept for a sandwich shop. read more

This is a decent place to stop for lunch and grab a sandwich. The service is quick and friendly, and all of the food is fresh. Is it special? No, it's just a regular sandwich shop, but it's nice to grab a fresh 8" sandwich for $6.35 and be out the door, decently fed, in under 10 minutes. read more

First of, took me forever to get the iPhone app to recognize my address. Finally, I got it handled. We've ordered delivery twice. Both times our food got to us quick. Drivers are always super friendly. The sandwiches are great & hit the spot when you're just in the mood for a hearty sandwich. I love their gigantic kosher pickles too!! I get mine cut in fourths. Normally I never have any problems with their food,its always great and amazing but today had to be the worst we have ever have. I usually get my mom the pepe and beef it up,when I added extra lettuce and she bit into it she said it tasted like oinions, so I took a bit and tasted oinions. Keep in mind it does not come with oinions. She has an allergy to oinions so right away I just lost it because I work at a place similar to that and I know you need to be careful. But after 2 rounds of brushing our teeth and mouthwash and a epi-pen later we know we won't be doing this as our girls lunch again. read more

Subs are always pretty good here. Definitely better than Subway. What makes this place great is their speed. Sometimes you need a quick meal. Usually, when you go in the store, you've got your sandwich within 2 minutes from walking in the door. Today, I ordered my sub online to deliver and it was on my desk in 7 minutes. 7 minutes from the second I hit send to sitting in front of me. It almost seems impossible. Only way it could get any faster is if they employ drones to beat any possible traffic. Well done. read more

Jimmy John's subs are ok BUT customer service is lacking. I'd rather go to Subway, Firehouse Subs or Jersey Mike's! If you order a sub and you have to take it to go and you don't want the oil and vinegar on your sub because it'll be soggy by the time you eat it, don't bother asking for oil and vinegar on the side....they refuse to do it! They claim it's corporate that won't allow them to do so, they don't have any way of being able to do that....what a cop out! Also, don't expect any of the 15 or so employees back there to bag your subs....they'll point to the bags and say " There it is". That's customer service??? Yeah right! I wrote an email thru their website for customer feedback a couple of months ago, you think I got any response, yeah right again! What a joke! I'll never set foot in another jimmy "we hide behind the corporate shield" johns again. I also ordered a #2 (Roast beef) yesterday for my wife and they charged me $.75 extra for the cheese. I tell everyone to eat here and have introduced you guys to so many people. On the 24th, I had gotten a #9 and choked on a LONG hair entwined in the bread. I have a picture of it to show it was not set up. I called and they said they would put credit on my number. I called back the 26th and asked how it worked. The girl on the phone asked a manager and said to me "What you get is on the House" I said "even a meal?" She said "YES." So I did. a different manager got on and said my sandwich was $7 with a balance of $4 *not asking for payment*. So I thought "ITS ON THE HOUSE". That is what they said AFTER ALL. When it arrived, they asked for the money. Why would you say IT'S ON THE HOUSE then charge me for it when it was YOUR FAULT and a HEALTH HAZARD. read more

Typically a JJ would get high marks.. This one however, not the case. The JJ standard has been a staple for this franchise and this location is one I'll not soon return. While waiting to place my order (walk in) I had to stand through the two guys retailing one another with last nights exploits.. Now don't get me wrong, normally I wouldn't care but when it takes precedence over your customer service - now we have a problem.. Side note: Story want that good either... When I was finally asked for my order as in "what do you want?" instead of the usual JJ welcome, sorry did you want my money? Or just to collect a paycheck?.. I gave my usual and again waited.. Some other customers were commenting on his story and mentioned how they'd been waiting over 5-minutes for their sandwich order.. Knew I was in for a wait - so I took a seat and watched the action. Or in-action I should say. Long story short.. And this takes the cake. I received A sandwich - not my order - but the guy behind me, which I didn't realize until I was home.. this jimmy johns is awesome!! i work at a call center in the area, even with the crappy traffic lights around here they're still able up hold their promise to be really really fast! i dont know how they do it. my order is always right, & they even follow the special delivery instructions to text instead of call when they're here. th folk in the store a pretty nice too. love this jimmy johns wish i could take their consistency every where i go read more

Called in an order for delivery. The order was wrong and I called back to let them know. They did send over the correct order but I get the feeling they didn't trust me. The wanted the incorrect order returned. Okay...I dug it out of the garbage can and returned it to the delivery boy. Screw up the order and insult the customer. Good business plan. I visited Jimmy John's tonight for the first time with my fiance and his two daughters. To start off, we found the menu somewhat confusing. I ended up ordering the #4 Totally Tom, my fiance got the #2 Big John and his daughters both got the #1 Ham & Cheese Slim. The next problem we ran into was the credit card machine wasn't working and the cashier did not tell us until she rang up our orders. So my fiance had to run to the grocery store next door to use their ATM. The order came to $26.02 which I thought was a little overpriced considering we couldn't have the sandwich made to our liking (i.e. Subway) and they didn't have any meal deals/combos. I ordered my sub with no tomato only to sit down and see what on my sandwich? You guessed it: tomatoes. I don't know if it was because I was irritated at the point or what, but we were NOT impressed with the sandwiches at all. Subway, Gotti's Grinders and Firehouse Subs were all better. I'm still trying to figure out why they are called "gourmet sandwiches". What is gourmet about it? We were not impressed & will NOT be going back. If you're looking for a good sandwich, made your way and reasonably priced, you're better off going to Subway. read more
