Fast service, nice employees. Sandwich was exactly as I expected. I had the #4 turkey and it was delicious.

Update- order was delivered at 11:36am. 35 minutes to go less then 1 mile (insert angry emoji) Feeling a little confused here- I have ordered from other Jimmy Johns locations and have had it delivered lightning fast. So when my son called and said he forgot lunch and his high school does not provide hot food. I immediately thought of jimmy johns. Order was placed at 11:01 am. Jimmy Johns is 0.9 miles from his high school. At 11:20 the status of his delivery had not been "out for delivery". When I called to get an approximate delivery time the manager informed me that they thought lunch didn't start until later so they hadn't delivered it yet??? Mind you, on the app it allows you to change the time for delivery to schedule a delivery at a later time. His lunch break ends at 11:30. At 11:22 the manager said sorry, we'll get it right out to him. They should be arriving in 5-6 minutes. That gives my son 2 minutes to eat before class. Sorry to say, but we never have problems with Uber eats. So chances are next time we order food we'll use Uber eats. Jimmy Johns is NOT "freaky fast". More like "freaking slow" read more

5 stars today for the new kickin' ranch! Nailed it. Perfect for dipping the regular Jimmy potato chips. Need a snack? I would stop in just for the kickin' ranch + chips w/out hesitation. Enough "kick" without a mean after taste to it. Great combo of ingredients. Just right. Un-wich? Y'all, come on now, Jimmy! For those people that choose not to eat bread for whatever their preference, can we add a little more meat, veggies, or both for sustenance? Please? Food for thought. That ranch though! I am so saddened because I like JJ. But the last sandwiches made at the Fillmore location had no meat which I purchased last week. I had a small unwich that was all lettuce and one slice of turkey. My Boyfriend's sandwich was an 8 inch with 2 slices of turkey. We got basically bread and lettuce for over 12.00. I will not go to JJ anymore so they lost me for good. No complaints really, I usually order online so I can't give a good review on eat-in experience, but I'm sure it's fine. Sandwiches are delivered quickly, if there is a delay the delivery guy/gal apologizes and explains why. It's always due to traffic, that road is a mess most of the time, so no worries! This is no April Fools :) We were very impressed with the three "inshop" folks we were served by! They all had great attitudes and actually chatted and laughed as the worked making our sandwiches and afterward, as we ate in shop. Best dinning experience we have had in weeks! Why does this place have such bad reviews? I order from here time to time for me and my co-workers and have never once had an issue. My food is always correct and delivered promptly, and if it's in the middle of the lunch rush or a train blocking Fillmore and it takes a few extra minutes, they always apologize profusely and thank me for being patient. My last couple of orders were delivered was by Shelby she is so cute and bubbly made my day. Personally they never disappoint with the food or service! Some of these bad reviews just have such unrealistic expectations! Get over it people... read more

Order was fast from the time it was placed to my door was 15min driver was nice and even opened the door for me after I had to chase my pup who escaped as soon as I opened the door. Sandwiches were exactly what I ordered and were marked with changes I had requested. Subs are good, and delivery can be fast. I've learned fast is based on when you order. Just like Pizza delivery, it gets to you faster during non-peak times. No complaints there. Their selection is more limited than other sub places, but that is a choice you know of up front. My one major complaint with them is the delivery charge. I don't have a problem being charged, but they will charge you for EVERY sub you order. That is a $1.25 a pop. I could see if they had a limit, then double the charge from there or something. It certainly isn't a burden to the delivery guy having a couple more subs on him. So I consider this a MAJOR rip off. I've chosen to stop giving them my business for this one reason. read more

My one complaint-I refuse to call this location on the phone and will only order online? why? ALWAYS EXTREMELY LATE EVEN IF ORDER 2hours in advance . Ordered 30 min before lunch took them 50 min ordered 2hours ahead for a 12pm delivery comes at 12:30 super frustrating they lose a lot of business since I'm at work people see how late they are and decide to get food else where read more

Probably some of THE worst service I've ever had. The person on the phone had an attitude and was hard to work with. The person that delivered the sandwiches had a poor attitude. They messed up the order twice. They argued with us when we noticed there was things missing, and we had to pay extra to get our missing sandwiches. read more

This Jimmy John's does not have freaky fast delivery. Both times I have ordered subs from here the wait times have been over 25min. On the other hand I alway get what I order which is good but on days when I need something fast I know not to call them. read more

I ordered at the drive-up window and got a sub that I am positive was pre-made and stored in the refrigerator. The bread was ice cold. I bet they made the wrong sub for someone, then put it in the frig until someone else (me!) ordered that same kind. Won't be rushing back. read more

I would give them zero stars if it was an option... Horrible service, attitudes, delivery and food quality... The staff was unfriendly and down right rude...they refused to deliver to us after they literally brought food to our neighbors in the same building multiple times and by the time we picked up our order it was cold, soggy, and disgusting. We asked for them to remake it and they wanted to charge us double! I will never eat at any of their establishments ever again and I recommend others heed this warning! read more
