Love Jimmy John's but this location has the worst service ever. Went into the location and one of the sandwiches I ordered was a Slim 6 meaning only bread and cheese, that's what my son likes. Well I got home and his Slim 6 had bread, cheese and avocado spread. Called and spoke with male employee who told me I can drive back over there and get a new sandwich made and refused anything else, then spoke with the manager Alisha who told me the same thing. I suggested how about remaking the sandwich correctly and delivering it to me but because my house is outside of their computer system's tiny range she refused saying it would take one of her drivers 45 minutes away from their regular duties, and instead she implied I should waste my time to go pickup the right sandwich. What happened to "the customer is always right" and fixing problems the right way? This location is not "Freaky Fast" they are just "Freaking Rude." Tonight my wife called JJ's with an order and delivery. JJ's have delivered to us several times in the past at our current location; 2 miles from their location. Well, the young lady taking the orders told my wife to wait a minute, she didn't think they delivered to our area. My wife reiterated that they always had in the past; it's 2 miles away. The order taker came back and said they couldn't deliver because traffic was too heavy. My wife, "what?" Oh, wait a minute, no we can't deliver because we don't deliver to that area. Me, "last order from us, C' ya". I have reported this to JJ's corporate as well. We did receive an order for food less than 30 minutes later from Hungry Howies directly across the street from JJ's. Apparantly JJ's doesn't need our business or any other 2 miles away. They absolutely confirmed that they do not need my business (January 2012) Update, first YELP decided to "filter" my review which makes me suspicious of how they operate and second I was pulling out of my neighborhood on March 10 and who do I see delivering? The Jimmy Johns that told me they do not deliver in my neighborhood. Interesting way to do business. We'll just make up the rules as we go. read more

This location takes forever to deliver. Ive ordered probably 15 times and I would say almost every time it takes an hour. One time my food never ended up being delivered because their driver quit. read more

This location is a joke. Training employee's is definitely lacking at the Commerce location. They never seem to know what is going on and have absolutely NO sense of urgency!! I have ordered from this location twice in the past month or so where I received a call OVER 30 minutes after placing my order to tell me that there is no driver or that they are out of bread and my order cannot be completed!! And if I am actually able to order, it is DEFINITELY NOT freaky fast! It has taken 45 minutes easy (I live 3 miles down the road). Safe to say I will NOT be ordering here again. Use this place a lot to grab a quick sandwich. Today there's an extra wait because "the bread needs to cool down". A couple of weeks ago they couldn't make a number 9 because they had no ham. I live 3 min from this location. Previously, orders have always been delivered within 10-15 min. I placed order at 8:03pm. By 8:30 I was getting irritated and called for an update. The girl apologized for the delay and said it was on its way now. Again, I live 3 min away. The food arrived at 8:47pm. 1 of the 2 sandwiches was incorrect. The original order taker read the order back to me correctly and the receipt was correct. I called to let a mgr know that I was very upset. He said he was the mgr. I asked his name. Do not order on-line. It has been 1 1/2 hours and I still don't have my order. They consistently lose your order and you have to call them an hour later to find out they lost it, or they always forget something with your order. Whether it is the cookie or the chips or they don't cut the sandwich when you specify them to. Terrible service over the last few months and I used to order from them 1-2 times a week. read more

Worst customer service ever! Employees are just clueless! Normally, JJ is excellent - in and out and good to go but not this location.

I am not sure why I keep giving this location my business, probably because this is the closest one to my home and the other locations in the area are great. A few months ago we ordered for delivery. Their "freaky fast" delivery took over an hour. My husband made a comment when the driver finally showed up and he mumbled something and walked away. Today I placed an online order for pick up. I was not greeted by any of the four employees in the store or asked how they could help me. I greeted them and said I had an online order. The employee closest to the register pointed at a bag. There was a recipt with my name, so I thanked them and took the bag. When I got home and opened the bag, the order, listed properly on the recipt, was not correct. I immediately called the store and asked for a refund of the missing item and was told that was not possible. But they would take my name and I could pick it up the next time I visited their location. This Jimmy John's is consistently bad and the organization should really consider closing the franchise. read more

This location seems to have a problem reading their online orders. This is the fourth online order that was delivered entirely WRONG. Had to wait over an hour for it to be delivered and took over 11 minutes to get the payment reversed, so I could have the honor of paying for the wrong sandwich. Totally just going to starve instead of ever ordering from here again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more
