I tried this place for the first time and I was sorely disappointed. I ordered a turkey sub, but they got the order wrong and gave me a slim. When I tried to explain the mix-up, they told me I ordered wrong. Not only did I not get any lettuce, tomato, mayo or mustard, I got a hard roll...and did I mention that I was told I ordered wrong? This is a franchise location and they let you know. Ask for sprouts they tell you as a franchisee they Dm t have to carry them. Ask for a little mayo on a skinny they say they are not allowed to do it but put a package of exposed mayo right in your sandwich for you to open yourself. Bread was stale service horrible. I had lunch here yesterday and man was that place CLEAN and FRIENDLY. The manager was on top of all the young talent teaching them 101 sweeping and wiping down everything. Jimmy johns is always super fast and efficient with my delivery order. Of course the subs don't compare to publix. I usually get the Vito, and I think it's pretty tasty because of the dressing they put in it. I just like them because when I want order for delivery, I don't have to purchase $20 worth of Chinese food or pizza. Service is usually polite. This location is hit or miss. This is the 2nd time in a row that they've gotten my delivery order wrong...even after repeating the order back to me correctly. They also seem to be skimping on meat...I had to tear off 2.5 inches of plain bread with mayo slathered over it but no other toppings. Consistent is the best word to describe jimmy johns. Every time you walk in and order you will always receive the same delicious sandwich you ordered previously. The cost of each sandwich is very reasonable. Their signature sandwich bread is what makes Jimmy John's so unique. They pride themselves on being very quick and they certainly deliver this promise. I have never waited more than 5 minutes after ordering. You can even call in or order for delivery for further convienience. The dining atmosphere is also fun as they have intersting signs and pictures all around the shop. The employees are typically happy and enthusastic. Although not the most authentic sandwich shop, still one of my top favorites. read more

They never put their sandwich in the bag. They told me customer has to do that themselves for sanitary reasons. I think store policy is what they need to be sanitized more than ever. If they feel their policy make sense, they will think again once they realize after non of customers returning. read more

I was really hungry and too tired to go back out. JJ delivered a decent sandwich to my hotel room. For that I'm giving them the extra star. The sandwich was ok. Horrible service. It took them one hour this past tuesday to deliver my sandwich. I called and got a rude person on the phone who was non apologetic. I tried again yesterday and it took them an hour again. The manager on duty yesterday told me that she pretty much has nothing to do with what happened on tuesday as she was off that day and didnt apologize for the delay today.... The food was perfectly fine here, no complaints on that. But the customer service was so shocking that I will never go back. The last time I had any business with this location I ordered a sandwich online. The next day I noticed a discrepancy with the amount I paid, I was charged an extra $9. I thought it was odd so I called the corporate number to figure it out, and they redirected me to the local Jimmy John's. About two days later the manager calls me back, I tell them the issue and was instantly told that it was my fault and that I must have made a mistake and put in a $9 tip. Since "they have no control over that". I told him that I know for a fact that I did not, and that my online receipt did not reflect this $9 tip, but that it is on my bank account. I also NEVER received a receipt from the driver. Which made me think that there was a possibility that the driver put his own tip in...The manager seemed to be clueless and told me that all he can offer is store credit, but I was fed up and just wanted a refund to my card. I was told that a refund would be "difficult" and take "too much time" to process but I told him that I have time. And that I would wait. Frankly I found his entire attitude to be rude, and any "solution" that he came up with seemed to derail my initial issue of how a mysterious $9 was added to my bill. The question was never answered. He only ever said that I must have done it. So, I called corporate. After explaining my situation to them they also seemed astonished as to how this could happen. They even supported my claim that it seems fishy and that either the driver put in the tip, or someone else did and they're neglecting to address it. The corporate office called the owner to try to get me in touch with them for weeks. I never heard from the owners. I'm sure they assume I'm a crazy customer at this point, but I know that something was wrong. So for anyone who is planning on getting their sandwich delivered, I'd recommend against it. read more

You can tell by the finished product this is way above, the average sub- par/ sub way sandwich.... The turkey is real turkey, same with all the meats that are used. Nothing is processed... Had the tuna, Chicken of the Sea not some Sams Club brand... Bread is so good its a shame its not sold elsewhere... I highly recommend Jimmy John's for a great sub... and they deliver....as long as your in their zone... read more
