This is my 3rd time giving this place a chance and I'm done. I ordered the new picklewich today (10/29) which I was so excited to try after seeing all these other people getting it. When k ordered it the young guy sighed and was very annoyed that I was ordering it. It was the smallest pickle and they didn't even put the cheese on the Vito sandwich. I asked for banana peppers on the picklewich and they put a bunch of t instead. Also!! How do you give someone a picklewich without any napkins in the bag? Idk how every time I've been to this location they mess up my order. Do better. read more

I decided to drive to this Jimmy John's off of 204th for a lunch run. A decent line of cars were in front of me but the line moved briskly. The main entrance is shared with a Starbucks and there will be times when cars are at a stand-still with congestion created by both businesses. The ordering from the drive-thru was relatively easy. Sandwiches 3, 4, and 5 were ordered and the exchange at the window was very pleasant. I was fortunate upon departure, the line from Starbucks was allowing me to leave without fighting the congestion that was originally there upon my arrival. Never receive what is actually ordered. I struggle to understand why when you place an order at a place such as Jimmy John's that you do not get what you ordered. This is partly my fault as this has happened multiple times at this location and I continue to visit this sandwich shop. Let's cover the food- Bread was dry and crunches like it has been left out overnight. Requested extra mayo, received little mayo. Requested Oil and Vinegar, did not receive. Simple requests for the custom sandwich and didn't receive. Now the ambiance- the demeanor of staff at this location is similar to that of the DMV staff. The owner must be proud of the earnings, so proud that they could care less about the customer satisfaction they fail to provide. Disappointed in my decision to continue to come here after so many service let downs. Easy money for this location, customer base- annoying rich blonde house wives. Been ordering from them for a client since they opened up and never messed up anything. There was roast beef on the sandwich and she thought they messed up but it was actually her mistake and she hit the button on the app. They replaced and couldn't be nicer about it. The guy with the colored hair running the drive thru deserves a raise. True professional. If I still ran a restaurant, I'd try to hire him in a heartbeat. Good subs, truly freaky fast. Ordered online tonight for delivery. One of the easiest online ordering processes ever. The site is user friendly. Actually super impressed with how hey handled this... the delivery person forgot my drink. Really not a big deal. But I did call because I didn't want to pay for something I didn't get. Simply asked if they could credit me back the drink. The person on the phone was so nice. And insisted on a $5 credit for it. I said "hey you don't have to do that! It's like a dollar fifty." But they insisted. I respect a place that has good customer service and immediately resolves any issue. The delivery from this Jimmy John's is ridiculous. 1 hour and 20 minutes. For a place that only delivers within 3 miles this is ridiculous. The Jimmy John's chain of sub sandwiches have always been consistently good no matter where I go. This location is just as good as the rest. On my visit today I used the drive thru. Wow was it fast! Granted there weren't any other cars in line but it couldn't have taken me more than 3 minutes total. Also, their bread is amazing. It is what sets them in a class above all other sub shops in my opinion. One bad thing: their iced tea is out of the fountain, not fresh brewed. Just went thru the jimmy john's at the one by Menards ,. I think it would be called the Elkhorn store. The young slender man that waited on me was extremely polite and friendly. Super good customer relations fellow. Need more like him. And he was working past his scheduled time to get off and it was so nice out, still he was very pleasant. read more

Too hit or miss. I pay for extra mayo, you put it on, then scrape it off with your spatula. I say no lettuce, but I've got lettuce all in my sandwich because your line isn't clean so I spend 3 minutes picking it off. You can do better. read more

A review from one of my 8th grade students I went to Jimmy John's on February 5th 2017. I was at the one in Elkhorn Nebraska at 801 N 204th Ave. It was around 12:00 so I expected it to be busy. I wanted to go through the drive through but it was 6 cars deep. I decided to go in because I was in a rush. The line inside was not very long. They had many workers so the stop was very quick. I was with two other people and we all ordered together. I ordered a Turkey Tom with everything on it. My brother ordered a Turkey Tom with no tomato. The last sandwich we got was a Vito. All together the cost was roughly about $20. The sandwiches were $4.25 each. The bread was excellent and the veggies were fresh. That was without chips and an drink. The service was great here. The were friendly and fast. Overall my experience with the Jimmy John's was positive. I was in and out without an problem. I will return to this sandwich shop in the near future. I recommend it to anyone. It is very kid friendly. I would give it a 5 stars out of 5. As far as taste for these sandwiches I would give it a 5 rating however, I think because they think they have to be "freaky fast" they don't make the sandwiches per the customer order. 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. I can live with it if it's just forgetting sprouts or onion, etc but when I am paying extra for cheese to be added on the sandwich and it doesn't get added it gets annoying. Short of staying in the drive thru and opening my sandwich right there, not a lot I can do about it - hence the 2 star rating. How about stop being so freaky fast and take the time to make sure your customer has the correct items on their sandwiches instead. read more

Jimmy John's is usually on top of things. I have to question the customer service and etiquette when we called for delivery. The staff on the phone could not get the order straight and seemed confused when placing the order. We had to ask him to read back the order to make sure he heard correctly. When we finally got our delivery, two of the three sandwiches were not correct! My #11 was with no mayo but with avocado spread (which was a tiny squirt and charged $1.19)and the #5 had no mayo and no vinaigrette. I expected better service than what was given. read more
