Ordered from this location in Euless and got a totally different sandwich than what I ordered. I could not eat it because they sent a meat sandwich and I ordered a veggie sandwich. Ended up giving it to a homeless man outside our office. It was delivered and dropped off, so I couldn't do anything about it. Tried calling the store many times and no one would answer. If you know your Scholtzky's you know there are some good ones and some bad ones. Avoid this location, when, I returned home and bit into my sandwich, I discovered that it was smothered in hot sauce. Maybe a bad joke from the workers? Anyway, I called, and even wrote Schlotzsky's, to let them know. They couldn't care less about the bad service. No one ever contacted my. I can only speak about the drive thru as I have never went inside. The drive thru is always pretty fast even if there is a line. The window lady at this location is always very nice, and efficien. The sandwich is always made right. It is my go to if I want "fast food." I try to anvoid anything fried and burgers. I usually get the medium sandwich (which is always cut in half. Thank you !) and I can get two meals of it. The soup is good too. I wish they offered pasta or potato salad as a side item. just an idea. I called ahead and asked if they could do iceberg lettuce as the bun. They said yes. This is what they gave me. I called to ask about it after receiving this. I said I was given a salad instead of a sandwich. She said they used shredded lettuce as the bun and that they only offer shredded iceberg lettuce. Would common sense tell you that shredded lettuce is not a bun? Why would she have not mentioned this when I called? Maybe she didn't understand the question, but I worded it quite clearly. They put the lettuce on top and underneath the meat. I guess Schlotzky's truly thinks this constitutes a sandwich. After politely attempting to explain how it's not a sandwich, I finally gave up. She basically said "we gave you what you asked for. You wanted lettuce." I'm sure it will still taste fine. I'm just a little concerned for the mental well-being of my local Schlotzky's employees. I guess I'll grab a fork now so I can eat my "sandwich." I've been to Schlotzsky's on numerous occasions and my go to has always been half sandwich- turkey bacon club and either half salad- turkey avocado cobb or flat bread- pepperoni and double cheese with a center of the roll. I had no intentions of eating here the other day, but I was meeting someone and that would have pushed my dinner time back so I swung by Schlotzsky's. I was going to order what I usually get but for whatever reason I only wanted a flatbread and the California Chicken and Avocado caught my eye. Maybe because on the menu it was written out long as hell. IDK anyhoo I ordered it, paid for it, and sat in the parking lot of an LA Fitness. I opened the box and it smelled heavenly. The taste was even better. I was not expecting that flatbread to taste so good. They give you the option to have either flatbread or pizza- go with flatbread. The crunch of the flatbread gave it texture that was needed due to the sauce, cheese, avocado, and chicken. The only thing that jammed my glock was how they cut it. It was cut into these little weird triangle shapes that some of the pieces could not stand up to the amount of toppings that was on there. Toppings falling all over the place. Don't worry I picked them right on up and put them back on top. I'm watching my carbs cause ya know diabeetus, but it was 53g total carbs. With water to drink and the fact that it was filling- not bad. When I do visit Schlotzsky's I come to the one on Hwy 121 because they are consistent! This place is hands down awesome. I cant speak for other locations because this is the only one I've ever been to. I come here at least once a week for lunch, and every time its top notch service, top notch food, and top notch cleanliness. Seriously this place is immaculate!!! Even during their busy times..not a single crumb on the floor or napkin out of place, that in and of itself is impressive. Now on to the employees, usually regular faces working when I go, they are all super nice and accomadating. I always have questions about ingredients and ask for substitutions when needed, and they honor my requests happily. They are super friendly all the time. On to the food itself, I have tried many things here...i always go back to the salad though. Its healthy and refreshing and they LOAD it with ingredients, no skimpiness here. The gourmet pizzas are delish!! The sandwiches are amazing, I think its that sourdough bread that takes it over the top. Cookies=yummy!! The soups, oh the soups....yes they hit the spot, I typically only order them when im not feeling too well. This location offers the cinnabons...yes cinnabons, i said it. Now Schlotzsky's, you really took me by surprise. I have never really been a fan until I decided to color outside the lines a bit and use a coupon I got from work to get one of their artisan flatbreads for lunch. I ordered the margherita style one. The crust was thin and crispy but with a hint of chewiness and good flavor. Delicious mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, fresh basil and balsamic vinaigrette drizzled on top. Wow! Who knew? My first experience was less than stellar and I put in a feedback form on their website. I was informed that they had a newer staff. So I decided to give it another try. The second time around was fantastic! They were able to listen to my dietary concerns and really deliver on the instructions. To be fair, both times the food was really yummy. It was just the gluten stuff they were just starting to get familiar with. I love eating here because I don't feel so guilty about putting bad stuff in my tummy. Not really much to evaluate on a small franchise in a Schlotskys in open from late morning to close and the cinnamon roll business franchise "Cinn a bun" is open early morning with incredible breakfast options. Including my favorite the "cinn a bun" with fresh frosting and toasted pecans. They also offer a nice selection of fresh brewed tea flavors. It is a powerful, well made establishment that is about more than sandwiches. As I said it is about loyalty and who we choose to give that loyalty to. This is some of the best food I've ate this year! In fact the food is so good I'm sure Schlotzskys will lose another popularity contest , just as the best food always loses. Great sandwich but LOUSY Dining room staff. We went to Schlotzsky's on 26. It's closed NOW! So we went to the east side of CV and the one on 121 off Glade. Took forever and they had multitudes of employees and they could not get the order to us. We saw it done and just sitting there so I went to the counter & asked it it was our order. It was but it was cold so I told them to remake it. No apologies when we rejected the first sandwiches nor when they brought out the remade ones. Focus Brands owns Schlotzsky's, and it's clear this isn't the same establishment that used to have "Funny name. Serious sandwich" as their slogan. Focus owns a number of quick service, and mall cohabitation type chains. Carvel, Jamba Juice, Cinnabon, McAlister's Deli, Moe's Southwest Grill, Auntie Anne's etc. I've always liked the Schlotzsky's concept, mixed meats, variegated cheeses, signature black olives all on a freshly made sourdough bun. I do also enjoy their pizzas, which while a somewhat recent addition, remind me of their distinctive bread. I believe the dough is the same, just stretched out and proofed differently. Packets of hot sauce are an absolute must if I visit, and I try to score more than a few for use later. It's a vinegar based sauce similar to Frank's Red Hot. Texas originally had few chain quick service sandwich businesses, with Schlotzsky's being one of the first in my recollection. This landscape has changed prominently in the last 5 to 10 years, with many competing options emerging. Schlotzsky's is still able to stand out however, with their integration of Cinnabon into the restaurants, as well as a kenspeckle taste that most of their offerings have (I believe the sourdough itself is responsible). While I'm partial to a fresh veggie with ham, genoa & cotto salamis, cheese, and bacon (I'm aware this is an oxymoronic sandwich) most of their prefabricated selections are fairly good. Pair one of these with the Caramel PecanBon and you've got yourself a very serious lunch or even dinner. Despite the menu proving efficacious, I do have some criticisms. The price is relatively high, compared to Subway, which of course is of inferior quality, but Schlotzsky's can be almost twice the price per person. $3.99 for a basic Cinnabon also seems skewed rather high, though the portion size is generous. The amount of protein served on all but the large sandwiches is also second-rate, and opting for double meat quickly becomes a pricey endeavor. I do have to applaud them for their Insider Rewards program, as you can get $7 off after 7 visits (minimum spend of $6 per qualified visit). This is roughly 15% off if you keep up with it in the online app, or web portal. While I don't believe they will be expanding vigorously like they did in the 90s, I do enjoy my visits to Schlotzsky's, and this particular location is one of the cleanest and significantly renovated franchises in the area. It would be a shame if they went the way of Blimpe in the Metroplex. read more

THIS is a great restaurant! The food is wonderful We have had the sandwiches, pizza, flat bread AND the salads and they have all been GREAT! The restaurant is always super clean and the staff is super efficient and friendly. In fact, the employees we have interacted with are some of the BEST we have ever experienced. Currently there is an older (over 55) gentleman and lady that take your orders. These two (sorry I don't know their names) are true gems and talk to the customers as if they are your friend and truly care what you order and always thank you sincerely for coming in. Could be the nicest Schlotzsky's I've visited - very clean with excellent service. Love the unique sourdough bread and sandwiches you can't experience anywhere else. I get the smoked turkey sandwich and the turkey version of the original, which includes salami.
