The cashier Jayden was amazing and so nice. It was my first time in ever. I asked for a sandwich and for it to be half and half she said ofcourse. As soon as it got to my order the girl making it got extremely frustrated and I could hear her say we don't do this. I over heard and mentioned I have no problem paying for a separate one. Jayden stepped in said no it was fine. I got extremely uncomfortable and ended up waiting outside because she kept going making me feel horrible. Ordered a large jimmyjohn sandwhich. It was the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. i ordered roast beef and cheese. There was hardly any meat and the cheese was about 1/64 inches thick. There was about a ton for lettuce And one small slice of tomato. the thinly slice of cheese cost extra. I would call this a lettuce sandwich( not roast beef). The single lousiest jimmy johns I've ever visited. Ordered a full size #1 Pepe It was to be split into two similar ham and cheese sandwiches. The first was plain. No condiments, only ham and the cheese, done. The other side was with everything plus hot peppers. The pricing I realized after walking away and seeing the receipt was GIANT. SEE PHOTO. One photo is the as viewed, the other is opened. I didn't bother taking photo of the plain empty version because it's the same practically. When I inquired upon seeing the wrapped thin sandwich's why a full size #1 Pepe and what amounted to the other half, which was a "slim" That my sandwiches totaled +$20. I wasn't given an answer of any kind of satisfaction. $14 vs $20 was my estimated variance. It was when I was at my home that I saw the puny sandwiches and the receipt that it came clear. I made a error in ordering and instead of being a food service worker who has an interest in making the customer happy, the food service worker made the commerce aspect of the job the priority. Ordering via the JJ App is the best and quickest. I feel you can customize your sandwich and end up with more than just driving thru and placing an order. 45 minutes to walk across the parking lot!! I sprained my ankle and went to urgent care.. the urgent care that happened to be 2 car lengths from a Jimmy Johns. I ordered online and requested delivery as soon as possible. After about 20 minutes I called the store and they said they were a bit busy but the driver was just leaving and should deliver my sandwich first because I was literally in the same parking lot. 10 minutes later.. no sandwich, 20 minutes later.. no sandwich finally 45 minutes after I placed my order I see the driver return to the parking lot, go park his car at the jimmy johns store, then walk my order over to me. I asked him why it took so long, he said he was instructed to deliver 3 orders before mine. Very frustrated. They gave me a refund for the inconvenience of a 45 minute wait for a soggy sandwich. I really love Jimmy Johns and it is a wonderful place but when I came today I had an unpleasant surprise. I ordered one turkey tom for me and then one for someone else. When they showed up one sandwich was significantly smaller. When I asked the lady about it, she said it was the way it was wrapped even though it was so clear it was not. I've never had issues getting my food delivered quickly. Just be mindful of the time of day and which day of the week you place your order. If you order on a Saturday at 5pm, it's going to take you longer to receive your order than if you ordered it earlier in the day when they were less busy. Despite that, I've never used the APP, I've always ordered online, and I always customize my sandwich, I even add delivery instructions as to where I'd like my sandwich to be left on my porch (not blocking my door). My delivery instructions are always followed and my food always arrives in a timely manner and all customizations are always correct. Normally, when I order from this particular location, delivery is pretty quick. On Wednesday 7/14, I placed an order on the online app, @ 12:23pm. I called at 1:30pm to check the status of my order & the lady on the phone said that they were completely swamped with orders & that mine was on it's way out. I wasn't mad being that it was lunch time. And it sounded like a lot of people had called & complained. 2:15pm rolls around and still no order. By around 2:45, I called them back to cancel my order & get a refund because I was getting off work at 3pm. She said that it had been cancelled. I found out the next day that my order was delivered some time after I left work, around 3:30pm & it was put in the fridge by a coworker. When I looked at the order, I was missing an item & the sandwich was disgusting sitting over night, so I threw it away, and I noticed that the app did not show that my order had been cancelled. I think the managers/Corporate need to realize that the state has opened back up and they need to schedule more people around lunch time. While I didn't directly blame the workers at first, I do hold them responsible for not getting my order right, aside from it being delivered over 3 HOURS LATE. I will continue to check my account & the app to see of I get my refund. If not, I will be contacting them. read more

Ordered 1 unwich at around 6pm on a Monday. There were two groups of people waiting already when I ordered. A online order came in to pick up after me and the staff told her that her order wasn't ready. There were about five people in uniforms behind the counter (I'm not sure if they were all working since some were just standing around) We all waited about 5 minutes for her online order to be completed. Another 15 minutes for the other customers order to be completed. I got so frustrated, I left the store and got back in my car where my husband was waiting. He went in and talked to the staff and they told him they were waiting to slice up some onions. My unwich was just sitting there dying on the line. It took over 20 minutes for me to get one unwhich and the ironic part is when we got home, I've notice there wasn't any onion in it. Ridiculous and I will never go back to that store. It's the best and the worst all rolled up in one. I love Jimmy John's? I hate Jimmy John's? YES! When it comes to sandwich shops, I can't find one that does it all the way it should be. Some places have tons of options to choose from and all of the toppings and add ons that you could think of but when they make your sandwich, they hardly put an substance on it. Some places slice the meat to order and that is amazing but their bread is so dang huge that even a good amount of meat and veggies, all you taste is bread. Some places toast their sandwiches or offer hot grinders but the taste is somehow off. Some places make their sandwiches too small and some too big. Some places only offer chips and cookies as sides and other have soup and salad and more. I could go on. Why I love Jimmy John's: 1. The sandwiches are a good size and the ratio of bread to fillings is almost always perfect. 2. They make them super fast so you can get in and get out if you are in a hurry 3. They slice the meat and bake the bread in the store. 4. The people are usually friendly. 5. The prices are reasonable. 6. They make an Unwhich. 7. They deliver. 8. The Jimmy chips are delicious. Why I hate Jimmy John's: 1. They will not modify your sandwich past the add ons on the menu. It really pisses me off because my daughter loves the slim ham and cheese and she also likes lettuce but they refuse to put lettuce on her sandwich. 2. You cannot have a build your own sandwich. You order what see or you don't. 3. The veggies are extremely limited and the only way you can have a pickle is if you eat it on the side. 4. The people can be quite rude at times if you are making any requests. 5. Only mayo goes on every sandwich. You have to request dijon or add your own yellow mustard. 6. They only deliver to a small area so chances are they don't go all the way to your house. 7. You are expected to bag your own order. Don't forget your napkins! So as you can see, I have my issues with Jimmy John's but they are not so bad that I will stop visiting there. I have come to know what to expect whether I like it or not and I just have to deal with the things that I don't agree with. Overall, I like their sandwiches. I'm glad I can now have dijon added to them because trying to add your own yellow mustard to a completed sandwich that is all wrapped up tight in paper is a huge pain in the butt. I opt for hot peppers on my sandwich which kind of take the place of the pickles but not everyone is a fan of spicy stuff. I know fast is there gimmick but sometimes customer service gets lost when they are in such a hurry. Jimmy John's will continue to be the sandwich shop that I love to hate. I now see why this Jimmy John's have a little reading. I placed my order on the app and waited it for the app to be updated to see that my order was ready. After 20 minutes of placing my order it still noted that my sandwich was not ready. So I decided to go anyways went to the store and picked up my sandwich and it was nowhere to be found because they have not even started my sandwich because the order was missed placed in a pile of receipts. While watching them make my sandwich I noticed they forgot a lot of key ingredients that I asked for it when I placed the order. After telling them , they argued that they don't make mistakes, long and behold when I opened my sandwich, it was missing a couple of ingredients.
