I actually used to come to this deli yeeaarrsssss ago and I mean YEARS!!! About 2007 if I'm correct. A year out of high school and trying to find my way, lol that's another story for another time. I was looking for an honest, basic, salad, and I think I found that here at Leaf's deli. It is larger now than what I remember, which is a plus! A lot of space for inside seating. The menu is right on the wall and very basic. I love basic menus because a lot of modern menus are focused on the designs and not the actual placement of the words. This menu was very clear and easy to read. I ordered a basic salad, no meat, just veggies and cheese. It was a nice presentation! And a nice size for $9. I'm always a bit reluctant on the price I'm willing to pay for a basic salad. I've paid close to $20 for a basic salad (I wasn't happy) so to see something realistic and fresh, was a relief. The employees were kind and accommodating as well, answered my questions with no attitude or frustration. I would definitely go back and maybe even take the kids for a fun lunch. Only draw back was that I didn't like the ranch dressing. Had too much mayonnaise in it.

Took myself to lunch after an appointment in Auburn. Never eaten at Leaf's Deli before. It's a cute little place with a max capacity of 30 humans. That's 24 seats and 6 standing. Their menu was great. Lots of options for everyone. If you like Burgers or Philly Cheesesteak or Chicken Teriyaki. I ordered the Thursday entree: Chicken Yakisoba. The lady who served me was so sweet. My food was hot and delicious. The ambiance is typical diner. As I sat eating I watched lots of pick-up and to go orders. Only a few stayed to eat. They had a steady stream of business. Their prices were good. I noticed they had been voted for the "Best of Auburn" for their burgers. Would definitely eat there again

This is a small, I mean tiny family run deli. I see the owner or manager there greeting people by there first name. Which means they are regular! Which means, they probably are nice and serves good food! As I was ordering my coffee and a breakfast sandwich, I showed the lady my Yelp check-in perks, which is to receive a free cold sandwich or soup. She told me that deal was from a previous owner and she doesn't know how to punch it in the register to redeem that offer. All good, but please take down that signage you have from Yelp, that Yelpers love Leaf's Deli. Very misleading the fact that you want to promote your deli through a third party (Yelp) and not going to live up to it. My Americano tastes like a cheap brewed coffee. The breakfast sandwich tastes good, like Costco's croissant, Jimmy Dean's sausage patty, something I could've made it at home. All good, I guess I ordered the wrong item, cuz from what I heard from their conversation, sounded like it's Korean owned, would've had better luck if I went for an Asian dish.

Leafs Deli is my absolute favorite place to go for lunch. Their food is always so fresh. My lunch is at 10:00 so most places are only serving fast food breakfast but leafs is different. They are the only health option around and their food is always amazing! I have had almost everything in their menu and have never been disappointed. I usually call about 10 minutes before I get there and I've even customized a lot of sandwiches and they never make any mistakes. The women that run the deli are literally the sweetest women ever and always have a smile on their face. I would recommend leafs deli to anyone that is in the area just take note that they close at 3:00pm :) my new favorite thing to order is their chicken vegetable yakisoba.

Great little deli! Tiny little place, but it seems very popular... for good reason! There was only one lady taking orders and her mom making them, but they were very fast and efficient. I got the Italian with everything on it. Sandwich was packed with meat and veggies and full of flavor. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely stop in again!

You walk in, sit down, and the place seems to understand exactly what it is there to do. The food is good, the portions are solid, and it is the kind of spot where you can actually relax for a minute instead of feeling like the table is on a timer. It feels like somewhere your coffee might get refilled before you even realize it is low, which is a very specific comfort. I love a polished brunch place as much as the next person, but sometimes you just want breakfast that tastes like breakfast and not like a chef had a branding meeting about it. This hits that lane perfectly. The room has that familiar diner rhythm too, where there is a little movement, a little clatter, and somehow it all still feels calm. my mom would love this place, which may be the highest compliment I can give any breakfast spot in Auburn. Go when you want good comfort food and zero nonsense, especially for breakfast.

Ordered steak and eggs which was described as chuck steak. They mean ground hamburger meat but when the waitress asked if that's what I meant, i responded by pointing at the menu item and saying "the steak?" $17 for a big hamburger patty, burned inedible hashbrowns, and burned toast. My mother asked not to include certain ingredients and they came out anyway too. Took a long time which I would expect for how I order it thinking it was a steak but pretty egregious for a hamburger patty. They've recently painted but took down all their personal effects so it looks very clinical and awkward. Does not help they are having a severe small fly infestation so not comfortable ambiance to sit in for chatting, like their lunch lulls used to be good for. Sounds like they're asking for some leniency in transition but they might as well close. I won't be coming back until I hear from someone else it's worth my time an

I will definitely be coming here again! There are a lot of options for food which can be a little overwhelming. However, it is VERY reasonably priced. $15 for a toast is wild but that's how cafes price things everywhere. However, other cafes smear some avocado on toast and add a tomato and charge you $15, here they give you a whole meal with an egg on top, cucumbers and tomatoes, avocado, and more. It actually feels like it's worth your money. The coffee is good even though it's not too unique. I feel like they used to be a specialty coffee shop before they turned to the crepe/cafe scene. The coffee was very sweet though so I would highly recommend getting it half sweet. The crepe is good, stuffed well and worth the price. It is obviously sweet as well so it's hard to drink a very sweet coffee with a sweet crepe. The barista was kind and helpful with any questions I had when ordering. There was gentleman with a disability ordering before me and the barista was very patient and kind when taking his order. Since it was our first time there, we weren't familiar with the ordering process or menu. I didn't want to hold up the line trying to decide what to order, so I asked if we could sit down first and look over the menu. She cleaned off a table for us, but then told me I needed to hurry up and order because she didn't want other people getting upset about how long it would take me to decide. I didn't respond and simply waited until we were ready to order, which only took about four minutes. What confused and upset me was that shortly after, a white man came in and she told him he could sit down, take his time, and order whenever he was ready because "it's not busy." The difference in treatment was very noticeable and honestly made me uncomfortable as an African-American woman. Maybe this was a misunderstanding, but the interaction did not sit right with me. I believe every customer should be treated with the same patience and respect, especially first-time customers who are simply trying to understand how the restaurant works. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and does better moving forward. This needs to be addressed immediately not deleted

Our server told us to pay for it when we were leaving, which sounded fine. After waiting another 20-30 minutes, we went to the cashier only to be told that we should have ordered it at the front counter. If that had been explained to us earlier, we could have done so right away and avoided wasting more time. The food was enjoyable, but the poor communication and slow service left us disappointed. Pandan was super crispy and rice was soft, not mushy. Adobo was rich in garlic and in smoky and sweet flavor. Love they kept the fat on some adobo pieces. Each dish was just enough for us to finish for breakfast. For drinks, we ordered the calamansi juice and calamansi iced tea. Both taste great. Side notes: You order up front, bring your table number, and sit wherever you like. They will bring you your food.
