Canned chili. Staggs to be exact.
    Brittany A.

Chili is canned Staggs. Watched them pour it right out of the can. Normally I wouldn't care but I paid $10 for canned chili. My wife had a turkey sandwich and fries. She liked them. That's where the two stars come from. I won't be back.

Very delicious and comforting sandwiches and soups. I ordered the half sandwich with soup and I'm so glad I did! I got to taste both and I enjoyed the soup way more than expected. Even my boyfriend loved it, he polished it off for me lol. Customer service seems like they're family, and it feels like they're treat you like family. Restaurant is clean and we also enjoyed looking at the art on the wall from the local school

    Veggie Wrap meal

I ordered a Veggie wrap, Kettle chips, V8, and Chocolate Chip Cookie. Not only was the food great, but the customer service was great. Friendly, attentive with prompt service.

I asked for everything, and all I got was lettuce and tomato.
    Ric V.

It was not a very good sandwich. I ordered a turkey melt with everything and it just had lettuce and tomato. The fries weren't seasoned. It was fast service.

Suppose to be a chicken Caesar wrap

The place was empty first off A coworker and myself went in for lunch and the lady that took our order made some racial jokes about avocados from Mexico and a person across the street dressed in all red laughing and saying look it's Santa Anyway My coworker ordered the chicken club special with broccoli and cheddar soup Barely any bacon or any ingredients and it was very dry and extra condiments were asked for and that did not happen Soup tasted like the earth WENT BACK TO SPEAK TO MANAGER ABOUT THE SANDWICH AND TO REMAKE IT EVERYONE WAS RUDE AND ACTED LIKE IT WAS MADE CORRECTLY AND THAT THE MANAGER WAS NOT THERE I ordered the chicken caesar wrap Dry not enough dressing and poorly wrapped and nothing came with my for almost 10 dollars And the bill was 23.00 for bs WONT BE RETURNING

One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. First time trying this place since I've heard so much about it. Will definitely be back for more!

    Hot Sicilian

My favorite place to get to-go food in Federal Way. They have a large selection of items and drinks. Staff is always extremely friendly. Atmosphere is great. My favorite dish is Hot Sicilian with jalapeño's added, but the breakfast dishes are also amazing

In fact maybe she needs to not be in front of customers at all. My girlfriend and I stopped for lunch after a worker at Home Goods told us about this place. I ordered the tofu sandwich, she ordered the BBQ pork sandwich and then I got an order of chicken wings in the "Asian Zang" sauce. I saw that that the most popular items are denoted with a star (I CAN read) but I asked the gal at the counter which sauce SHE preferred. She proceeded to tell me in a b$tchy tone that the 2 most popular flavors are noted with a star. Yes I told her I could see that but is there a particular flavor that SHE likes or recommends? At that point, just lie or tell me that you don't eat chicken or anything other than just repeating yourself and telling me that the 2 most popular flavors are denoted with a star. If you are having a bad day, force yourself to smile and be pleasant or go hide out in the kitchen or the bathroom. Don't take it out on your customers. The food was a 3.5 but the customer service was a 0. The guy who came out and served the food to us was fine and he seemed to be having a better day than the girl working there. Onto the food: I had requested no pate on my sandwich. There was a lot of mayo in this Vietnamese sandwich, more than I have ever experienced. But that wasn't a bad thing as I like mayo. Some others would say it was too much. The bread was super fresh: crispy outside, soft inside. The wings were delicious. They came out hot and I appreciated that they gave us gloves. Will I try it again? Yes I would. For now I'm rating this place a 3 but will revise my rating when I try it again and if the customer service experience improves.

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #117…read more We visited Onit Cafe on a rainy Saturday afternoon in June, hoping to score an after lunch boba. Sprinting through the downpour, as we hadn't expected the rain, we threw ourselves into this modern, yet industrial shop, where we saw a couple of people sitting inside like us to wait out the rain. We placed our order with the friendly bobarista and got our drink within a couple of minutes. Jasmine Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($6.75) - The milk tea has a heavy powdery creamer flavor, but it's not gritty or silty at all. Unfortunately it's so heavy that the drink tastes almost entirely like creamer with only a tiny bit of flowery finish. It's not the most pleasant flavor due to this quality. While the creamer is on the heavier end, the sweetness is not; at half sweet it's not too sweet. The boba is very good, super bouncy and chewy with basically the ideal texture. They aren't marinated that long so aren't quite that sweet or flavorful. Milk Tea Rating: 3/5 Boba Rating: 4.5/5 Onit Cafe is one of those rare places where I liked the boba far more than the drink. I don't visit Federal Way too often, but if I'm even down there again, I'd give it another shot to see if I can get a better drink next time. He got the spicy chicken teriyaki, and I decided (against my better judgment) to try something different and ordered the cheesesteak instead of one of their burgers--which I already know are really good. I should've just stuck with that. The cheesesteak was okay. The meat was tender and the flavor wasn't bad, but it was really dry. By the time I got home, I had to add my own condiments just to make it more enjoyable. It just felt like something was missing. My husband wasn't impressed with the teriyaki either. I didn't try it myself, but he said it wasn't the best he's had and probably wouldn't order it from here again. One highlight though--the peanut butter banana milkshake was delicious. Their milkshakes are definitely a win. Overall, I'd say this place is still worth it, but stick to the burgers--they're what they do best.
