The food is always good and made the way I ask which makes the service here awesome! The ambiance is always cool sometimes they have music playing but not always. I wish I did NOT have to give this place any stars. Flies everywhere ! They have meat and bread lying around uncovered while being attacked by flies. The guy that is the cashier and making sandwiches has a body odor and looks unclean. The young lady cutting the meat has on gloves but using those same gloves while on her cell phone.Please clean up this location and keep the food covered as all of this is health hazards. read more

The worst service i have ever received at a jj, first off the body odor from both workers was so uncomfortable it makes you question the sanitation of the restaurant. No-one with that particular odor should be selling food. I Was told i couldnt add ranch to my sandwich i can only get it on the side (paid for the sauce and of course never received it) . Was also told i could not get american cheese because that particular cheese was only used on another sub. Baffling. If I could Leave zero stars, I would. The customer service absolutely sucked. And you have 5 people behind the counter. Not one person said welcome, nor how can I help. 1st time I ate here, I got sick on my stomach. Decided to try it again after about a year with trepidation. Called in my order, arrived and picked it up. The guy making bread came over and took my money. Finished the transaction and went back to the bread without gloves or a visit to a sink. I called him over and told him about it, he offered some foolish feeble explanation. I asked for my money back and the lady said she made my sandwich. My problem was with the making of the bread, the sandwich and every other process that requires workers to wash their hands or better yet use gloves. read more

I order from this jimmie john's all the time and I called jimmie johns to attempt to change an order, I was left on hold for over 9min. when the gentlemen came to the phone I expressed how I wanted to change an order, the man (who refused me his name) told me I was not able to. I then express that I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund, because I didn't want to pay for something that was not going to get eaten. I ended up talking to the area manager (NICK) who also denied me a refund nor did he offer any type of solution to my issue. I asked what happens if I refuse the food, he simply responded I DONT KNOW. I told him I did want to food to be delivered to me and will be filing a complaint. The person who it supposed to be trained to meet customers needs and be a problem solver....seemed unbothered and not did care. I am confused as to how any business can deny a customer a refund. I even went as far as the file a BBB complaint and they didn't even bother to respond to that. That shows how LITTLE regard they have for there customers. read more

I love Jimmy Johns in general but this is the worst one I have ever been to as far as the staff/management goes. At first it was based on how fake I felt the management was, but I understand that alone is not justification for a negative review or to stop going. What sealed the deal was finding out the management trains the employees to automatically up-sale your order without asking. I've worked in places like this in college and this is a very unethical business practice. When I expressed my concern with the practice their was response was "well, we do that because it's only 20 cents more for a large and we feel like we are ripping people off if we don't give them the large size." You be the judge of that one. They also told me they would stop doing this and I went in two other times and saw the exact same thing. It's a shame it wasn't resolved because I enjoy eating there for lunch. They no longer have my business. read more
