I just had to send an email with the information, they sent us an invoice, and then we called to make the payment. Easy peasy! We requested delivery for 10:45 a.m. and they were about five minutes late, which was enough of a delay that I went ahead and called to check on the order. Thankfully, the driver arrived shortly afterward. The delivery itself was a little chaotic, though. The driver was in a personal vehicle, and when she opened the trunk, a few of the lunch bags fell onto the ground. We had several people arriving at the same time, so we all grabbed a bag and helped get everything inside. I will say that the bags did smell a little bit like smoke, which wasn't ideal, but thankfully the food itself was fine. The lunches were delicious! We ordered club sandwiches with chips, a cookie, and of course, a pickle. I also really appreciated that the vegetarian and gluten-free meals were clearly marked, which made it very easy to get the right meals to the right people without having to open everything up and figure it out. Aside from the slightly late delivery and the delivery mishap, everything went smoothly.
