Jordanelle Ridge is 1.7 miles from the store. There are hundreds of homes here. I spoke to the store rep a few months ago and they said it's a no brainer to add the location for delivery. Freaky Fast? More like Scary Slow. It took over an hour to get three sandwiches. I know it was busy but the majority of workers working at the pace of a DMV employee didn't help. Never again at this location. read more

For Jimmy John's there was nothing "Freaky Fast" about it. Initial delivery took 40 min. Order was incomplete (missing 6 chips and 12 cookies). Here it is 40 min later again and as I write this still don't have missing items. Will definitely drive to Subway next time. read more

The Jimmy Johns in Heber is very clean. Food is go. But they have so many orders it is not fast. So many to go orders you wait forever. We waited 30 minutes to get our order. They don't give you numbers and just call out the order. Very conusing and if you are not paying attention you miss it. I watched a lady waiting forever. She finally goes up and somebody had taken her order. It was 10 sandwiches. We had to wait while they made them again. read more

I love Jimmy Johns but this location has bad staff and management. We've been three times and each time have had a bad experience. they have gotten our order wrong or miss charged us. When we ask them to fix it the employees and managers are not cordial or pleasant about it. We don't feel welcomed, we won't return. Other places are nicer to their customers. read more

Truly the worst jimmy johns. Let me start by saying i love jimmy johns! Thats why i put up with this location and keep coming back. I work in the valley and eat at Jimmy John's almost weekly and usually here on Saturdays. Without a doubt it consistently is 15 minutes to get your sandwich every time I visit this location. I can't quite put my finger on why it is so bad up here. What it appears is that they place to go orders over the 20 people in the restaurant. You will have one or two people come in and grab a bag of sandwiches while you are here and 10 to 15 people are standing here waiting to get their sandwich in store. It truly is so frustrating. I can't stand this world of to go orders and so I know it might be me because I could place my order at home come in and pick it up but then I am contributing to the problem. I feel like if you get up off the couch, come into the restaurant and order a sandwich you should have priority. read more

Jimmy Johns wont get another dime from me; rude boy at the register was the laziest, unmotivated person with a bad attitude I've seen. I received numerous emails advising that we had a free sub, but my phone number wasn't coming up on the screen. After 2 attempts I asked if there was a chance he could type my number in. He said "just type it again", which yielded nothing. I advised that I had the emails and he blatantly ignored me. When I was called up for my order, this kid was standing by the guy making subs, waiting for HIS sandwich. Before I left I spoke with store manager who was standing no more than 5 ' from this kid the entire time. He was either paying no attention, or didn't care to deal with it. I let him know there were other options in town, and I would take my business elsewhere. Just wondering who trained these people, and if the franchise owner would even care. I usually really like Jimmy John's to get food for picnics or boating, etc. We stopped at the Heber City location. It was probably one of the slowest locations I have ever been to. It took 20 minutes for 4 regular, nothing extra sandwiches and drinks or sides. They seriously need to hire some more help or figure things out! I'm pregnant and was CRAVING a sandwich so bad. I ordered for delivery and they didn't put the bacon on my sandwich even tho l paid an arm and leg for it. Embarrassingly enough I called them, I was just going to ask for a refund for the 2.00 bacon, the rest of the sandwich was perfect. But to my surprise they delivered me another sandwich! Let me start by saying that we have heard many great things about Jimmy John's. We were excited to try the one in Heber before going skiing. THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chad the guy at the register was rude and pretty much a jerk. We had questions about the menu and he was annoyed by anything asked. We ordered a total of 6 sandwiches and the order gave us a bad taste in our mouth. We did get our food in a timely manner and The sandwiches were delicious. The bread was yummy! Managment please work on your employees. You can have the best food but if CUSTOMER service lacks people won't walk in the door. We will not come back to this particular jimmy johns unless reviews of CUSTOMER service improve. read more

I stopped here while traveling through the town and got my usual sandwich and it was not good, the bread didn't taste fresh and it was a really tough. I have been to the Heber Jimmy Johns several times and they have never once got my order correct, but have continued going because my children like the sandwiches. The last time my husband insisted I did not go in, sent me home and picked up the order. When he got home we opened the sandwiches and I had the wrong sandwich. We called Jimmy Johns to get a new Sandwich with their Freaky Fast delivery and were stunned when we were dismissed and told that it was our fault, we must have mis-ordered. The manager then proceeded to hand up on me and when I called back suggested that after I held on for five minutes, he just did not hear anything. If you can't correctly make a sandwich, why are you even open? 2 out of 2 sandwiches we just ordered were incorrect. The first was ordered with NO onions add hot peppers, it was made WITH EXTRA onions and had NO hot peppers. Do you understand what you have done to someone's lunch experience when they travel 20 miles to find its ruined and their money spent might as well go in the garbage with the sandwich? The second was ordered to add hot peppers, (good thing it didn't come with onions on the menu or it would have been requested without and probably included as well.) and there were none on the sandwich.
