As the crow flies, my office is probably a mile or less from Jimmy John's. Today I ordered lunch. Granted, its a rainy day so I was generous with my tip. 50 minutes after my order, the driver calls to say maps took her to an incorrect address. I'm on a college campus which is a focal point of the town (second largest employer other than the Department of Corrections. Driver says she's not familiar with the campus. Your shop is on the edge of the campus. I ordered through Jimmy John's app, not a third party. WtH. Now 7 minutes to the one hour mark and still no food. So much for "freakishly fast". $25 for a sandwich, chips & a drink, and hour wait. Never again! read more

We may not be the stores most regular customers, but my significant other and I have ordered regularly enough in our over a year of ordering from this store that reimbursing us our full price or replacing the order shouldn't be out of the question. Instead I put a complaint in and had to pester JJ corporate for over a week before the owner even deigned to respond to the issue at hand. His solution? Giving me a $10 credit meaning I got a third of what I paid for an order we couldn't eat back. Needless to say this is unacceptable and that $10 credit will sit unused on the account as we won't be giving this store out patronage any longer. The manager Mike was always kind and responsive to mistakes, but unfortunately he is tied down by what the owner allows. Paid $30 for inedible food. Response? $10 credit. For anyone wondering what happened? They left my food sitting in the hot sun respite my account having a very clear "Call when here" instruction attached to it. The sandwiches were baked in the hot Texas sun and the oil and Mayo seeped through the entire bag leaving us with soggy inedible sandwiches. The owner outright refused to reimburse me more than a third of what I paid despite this being completely the fault of his store. read more

These are the least friendly Jimmy John's employees I've ever seen. They hide the napkins, and if you ask for some, they give you 2 napkins. That isn't enough for a parent eating with a 5 year old. They other times I've been in here it's like they are mad you dared disturbed their peaceful working nap. Most of the tables were dirty, and the two people working behind the counter could care less, they were much more interested in talking to each other than clean anything up. read more

First time coming, and the staff was so patient and kind. They helped us order and it came out VERY fast. Sandwiches are perfect after a long day like I had, and the COVID protocols are up to standard. A great spot in Huntsville and not too expensive at all! I am a Jimmy John's fan but this place is the exact opposite of Freaky Fast...or even normal fast food fast. We have waited in the drive-thru 15min to 40min depending on the day. Our orders are almost missing items though we are charged for them. Gave it a few tries but we won't be going back. read more

Yes, the sandwiches are expensive. And I would dock them for that, but they're also arguably several tiers above the rest. They're fast- too fast! Sometimes I see two deliveries to the same building at almost the same time, but hey, that's their thing. Chips aren't great, sodas are OK. I called to ask if they could deliver to me, and the man on the phone asked if I was someone else and then kept asking me to hold. never answered my question then proceeded to just take my order. I'm not a Jimmy John's fan but I must say this store impressed me. Every other JJ's I've been to they over cook the bread to the point you need a jackhammer in order to get through it. It's Jimmy John's. Not much else to say, some people I know love their sandwiches and some people don't. I like them better than Subway but I don't think that's that huge of a compliment. I personally do really like the French bread and their BBQ chips in particular. Their sandwiches are okay, but sometimes I've gotten ones with hardly enough filling and you just get a big bite of bread, like they're trying to skimp on the meat, cheese, and veggies. And that's coming from someone who likes their bread. I think it's kind of overpriced though. Just a sandwich and chips is like $13 after tax. Service at this location is ok, never had any horrible experiences. And they deliver, but once again, even more expensive than going in and getting it. read more

I ordered veg sandwiches on 2 occasions, and thought that their sandwiches are REALLY bland. Bread, cheese, finely shredded lettuce, a few pieces of cucumber and salt. I wouldn't eat such bland food even on a hospital bed. read more

I love their sandwiches, even if they are bit more expensive. My problem is the last time I ordered from them when I paid with a cc they said it was declined, then I check my statement and wouldn't you know they charged my cc after I paid tip & all in cash. When I called about it the manager told me to "file a fraud claim, I don't have time for this" So I no longer order from them and advise you to only use cash if you go there. read more
