I like Chipotle, seriously. But sometimes they just don't make it. I ordered a sofritas bowl to go. The pan of sofritas was empty and the young man working the line seemed determined he was not going to get a refill. With me watching, he scraped the burnt pieces at the bottom of the pan until he managed to get about half a scoop. He deemed that sufficient and then added a half scoop of peppers and onions. I asked him to add more peppers and onions, which he did reluctantly. Maybe it was the end of his shift, I don't know. But the dish tasted as you would expect: half built, burnt, left over. I always enjoy getting to go to this location. The staff is always so friendly and helpful! A lot of my former students work here and always ask about my baby! I do most of my ordering at this location through DoorDash. The food is always brought to me exactly the way I ordered it! It is warm when it Afro DZ and they never skimp on ingredients! Not very good for a chipotle. First, service hasn't been great for years. Eaten here multiple times and each time it feels like the employees care less and less. This specific experience I had a question about portions because I felt like it was less than how I had experienced it before. The response back from the employee was a rude face and complete silence. Just didn't feel very cared for, or that the boy that helped me had any care for my experience. Second, the food taste terrible for a chipotle. I think I had chipotle once if not twice every week for the past year. It has truly become one of my favorite revisits. The rice tasted bland, the chicken over cooked and seasoned Terrible, the guacamole tasted only like cilantro. It was a sad taste experience. Lastly, cleanliness was poor. From disgusting bathrooms with deep stench to tables not being cleaned customer to customer. Most times I have come to this location there is not a cleared off table as it is expected that I do it myself. This is a sad excuse and poor representation of Chipotle. I would be fast to bet that it is a management issue, trickling down into the hands and feet of the company. Today was the worst visit to this chipotle. First, I and other customers in line were ignored until they got the online orders prioritized and filled. When the girl behind the counter did start making my bowl, I noticed she had the same gloves on after touching the refrigerator, the cash register, and such. She inadvertently put cheese in my bowl, and when I told her, I said no cheese, she began to pick all the cheese out of my bowl with her fingers. I informed her I did not want her fingers all on my food and she said we have our hands on the food all day long. That's how we do it. How disgusting is that? I know the health department would have a lot to say about that. You are supposed to wash your hands, change gloves frequently after touching things other than food. And also, I'm sure it's somewhere in the policy to use utensils when picking up food. There is such a risk to the public of food contamination with these types of practices. Not to mention the very poor customer service I received, after calling her out about contaminating my food she got mad at me, stared me down and said I was being rude. I guess I'll just have to take one for the team because when I see contamination, I'm always gonna call it out even if you think I'm rude or not. Who wants to eat food that someone has been picking through with their dirty fingers? My advice to management is to do some remedial education with your staff on safe Food handling practices and good customer service skills. Walker County health department will surely find out about this. I would suggest that you get ahead of it. And lastly, as a very frequent customer of your establishment, I hope you accept this feedback as a gift because I do enjoy chipotle, however, you have to do better. Respectfully. read more

Im a very plain person I only get chicken and rice in my burritos and bowls and by definition that is a 3 pointer which is supposed to be cheaper since I put basically nothing in my burrito and it's tiny. Every time I go here they argue with me and act like they don't know what a 3 pointer is. The ingredients are always fresh. It's very consistent across all locations too. By the way you can eat healthy as well. My choice for best meat is the barbacoa. Service is always fast. I have to say my rating is not based on the food although I thought it was so so. My review is two stars because Chipotle was doing a fund raiser to benefit SAAFE House, a local non profit which provides shelter to victims of sexual abuse and family violence. We advertised it all over town and social media. The staff and members of the board of directors went during the appropriate times and mentioned SAAFE House as required. When we asked Chipotle what the outcome was we were told SAAFE House did not meet the $300 minimum and would receive nothing for our efforts. Discussion resulted in the realization that SAAFE House did not receive credit for all the sales on it's behalf. My sales receipt and the ones of others who went there did not say fundraiser on them while others did. I mentioned SAAFEHOUSE when placing my order and was told "that's what I need to know". Nothing was written down or rung up on the register and there was nothing on my receipt. HOW CAN THEY SAY OUR SALES DID NOT TOTAL $300 when at least three receipts were not counted --and how many more might there be??? When Chipotle was questioned about the uncounted receipts they said there was nothing they could do about it. It's clear Chipotle benefitted from our added sales and did not uphold their side of the bargain. I can't speak for any one else but I only bought food from Chipotle because it was supposed to help SAAFE House, a very deserving non profit organization. Would I ever eat there again?? Had to give this chipotle a one star not because of the food but because of the workers there. The white girl is with dark hair was very rude today and I don't plan on returning to this chipotle because of it. I got a Barbacoa bowl Togo as my usual and keep in mind I go to chipotle VERY often probably even 2 times a week. She did not fill the tongs of fully with meat as chipotle workers always have in the past and then tried to pass my bowl along the line but I asked for more meat since I could clearly see she didn't give me a full "scoop". To this she said so you want double meat (in a rude way in my opinion) and I said no just a little more since the tongs weren't full to which she literally picked up ONE string of Barbacoa and put it in my bowl. Literally one!! You would think I'm joking but I'm not. It was so rude especially when she didn't give me a full serving of meat the first time! I almost walked out without paying right then she was so rude about it. Keep in mind I got to chipotle at least once a week sometimes more so I KNOW what a full scoop is and the way she handled the situation was too rude to look past. This chipotle has lost my business.
