Still slow. Sandwich's are great but this location has service that is glacial, at best.

Not understanding why there aren't any good sandwich spots. This place was alright. Sandwiches were $10 on a long soft roll.

I made on online order for two sandwiches and typically it only takes about 20 minutes to prepare, wrap and deliver the order, last time it took 45 min!

Finally tried other menu items…read more Fish sandwich (4): decent. Basically 2 of their fish n chips fillets on a bun with tartar sauce. Fish was good. BLT (4): good thick cut bacon on toasted bread. Decent as well. You can add the works (all fixins) on anything. I'm glad I tried these other items but I'll probably stick with their burgermasters in the future. One detail I'll note during our last visit is their dine-in line management needs work. There were 2 lines forming without any coordination. One inside and one out the door. They need to have more clearly marked lines or some sort of management in place or you may potentially wait unnecessarily long. I still love the dining options though. Inside, in your car, or takeout/drive-thru. They even have warmed lockers to keep your food warm in secured lockers until you pick up. Nice new facilities! Overall, this has become one our favorite burger joints in the area. we'll definitely be back.

We stopped in her last month and tried Burgermaster for the first time…read more The parking was not ideal, the spots they did have were incredibly tight and there were too many people and not enough spaces so people were double parking along the curb. It almost deterred us from stopping here altogether. At one point, I said it wasn't worth it and we should just go somewhere else, but my husband eventually found a spot. I liked that they have a lot of outdoor seating. We bring our little dog everywhere with us so that it important. It was also later in the afternoon and the huge Burgermaster logo on the building did a great job of providing shade. There were a lot of bumps in the service portion of our visit. The staff we interacted with seemed young and inexperienced but I am guessing they are still working out the kinks. A gentleman sitting at the table next to us outside got very angry that they did not take his name down correctly and kept calling for someone else, so his meal was just sitting there getting cold until he went to check. I had my husband wait inside after that and it was a bit chaotic. They weren't incredibly busy or anything but they just all seemed to be learning at the same time. The staff did try joking with us to lighten the mood but it was a bit awkward. We ordered a double baconmaster with onion rings, a mushroom burger with fries and a Tom and Jerry shake. It was $45 before tip for 2 people which is kinda crazy for fast food but we had high hopes. The burgers were standard and totally average as were the onion rings. I would give them all 3/5 but I thought the fries were above average. They were cooked and seasoned well. The shake was delicious. 5/5 all day, but it was so small. We asked for large but were told there was only one size available. They are missing out by not offering larger sizes and it makes zero sense. If I had known they what I know now, I would have ordered two shakes and some fries. I might come back when they are more established, even though my experience was left plenty to be desires because I think there is definitely potential here.

It's like getting a fruit salad without all the boring filler fruit. Delicious and colorful! Can't wait to try the fried cauliflower version. My partner had the shrimp burrito and said the shrimp were just ok, they needed salt, but better less salt and add if needed. Another thing, we loved that you're open until 8p every day, we could actually find the truck, and the hours posted are the true hours you're open, unlike many other places. It really hit the spot after a day of intense hiking. Can't wait to come back, save some cauliflower for me! Cheers, Liana

We were able to substitute adobado (marinated pork) for the Carne Asada Fries. The fries were crunchy and the meat was flavorful. The only issue was the guacamole as it seemed to be mixed with something. The price for the size of the plate seemed excessive. The tacos were bought individually ($4 each) we got Pollo, Carnitas, Adobado & Asada. The only negative was the pollo (chicken) as it had no flavor. Both dishes were served with cabbage instead of lettuce which was different but not negative. The gentlemen in the truck were willing to change out anything and very helpful. They were also updating labels on their pictures when we were there to help ppl know what their menu items are. They offered 3 sauces, red, green and a cilantro base. I would recommend them, and if in the area again, would try their tortas.

Nut allergy friendly: No issues with anything I ordered…read more Parking: Plenty in the strip-mall like lot. Time to Drinks: 8 Minutes Time to Order: 23 Minutes TL;DR Pros: Good portions and a decent burger / Cons: Very, very pricey! We arrived around 8:30 PM on a Thursday evening after hiking Mount Little Si and were promptly seated and served. I got a Rockstar burger, and paid to upgrade the normal fries to truffle fries. I got some sticker shock from the burger price at first, but they do include fries in the price so it's not as insane as it looks at first glance. I would say the truffle fries are definitely worth the upgrade, but only one person really has to do them - the portions are massive! We got a mix of sides to share. The onion rings (four to an order) are large and crispy. The tater tots were decent. I'd say the truffle fries are definitely worth an order if you are with a group. Definitely ends up a bit pricey at just under $60 for two drinks and a burger with the upgraded fries. I'd say if it were 20% cheaper or if they had options to order burgers without the sides to share one order of fries/tater it would be solid, but it is a bit pricey for what it is.

The menu hasn't changed in a long time, so I'm usually getting my incredibly messy (and expensive) Rockstar burger. While the burgers are large, the beef patties are just ok, essentially not memorable. The milkshake is not worth $9, and pass on the thick undercooked onion ring app. Honestly the fries are the most reliably good part of the meal. The economy is rough right now, but 2 burgers and fries, onion rings and a milkshake ended up being hella steep for the lower quality and it's hard to justify a return visit.
