tl;dr - fast service, fresh sandwiches, The sandwiches taste great with fresh ingredients. There's a good balance of bread, meat, and veggies. The Billy Club and Bootlegger Club are my favorites. I like adding the Jimmy Peppers for a spicy kick. I also like the French roll because it holds up well structurally to the wet ingredients. I've usually order online for pick up. They're always really fast and my order is always ready within 15 minutes. One thing that I noticed is that they never include napkins even though I check the box. read more

A few minutes go by and I see a customer go inside, so I realize the door is unlocked. I go in and I go to the counter, let them know that I had placed an order online. They find the order and let me know they will make it and it will be a few minutes. Here's where it gets weird. Four different customers came in after me and placed their order at the counter. One by one, their orders came out before mine. After the third one, I went up to the counter and asked to cancel my order. How does this make any sense?! I have had a good experience ordering and taking out from this location. JJs is however a little unpredictable when it comes to the final product. They have a rotating staff which kind of hurts the consistent sandwich experience. I generally order the Italian and the Veggie club. Overall their sandwiches are decent. I'll start out by saying that the sandwiches were really good and well constructed! However, the young lady with the glasses had some extremely inappropriate behavior while we were there. We came in shortly before closing at 7:50 and she was giving off such a horrible vibe. Maybe I witnessed the following out of context but she was being extremely rude to her fellow coworkers. She made some aggressive comments towards William (I know this because she screamed his name) as he was leaving and he seemed like he was trying to get out of there as fast as he could. She was also putting a ton of pressure on the other girl making our sandwiches who was visibly stressed out. Fast food is not really my favorite thing but my kids get RIDICULOUSLY excited for Jimmy Johns! This particular store is typically clean and prompt in their service. I wouldn't say they blow me away, but I also don't expect to be blown away by fast food places! Before the pandemic we ordered one of their party platters for a kids birthday. It was wondering. 3 inch sandwiches partially wrapped individually. Served in what I'd call a very big pizza box which presented festively to our guests. The value and quality we're perfect. Bought 2 vito subs and 2 medium drinks. 27 bucks with tip, that could be ok, but when we ate the subs it was at least 75 percent shredded lettuce. JJ... you completely failed me today! I'm in shock - what's the deal? Let me set the scene... typical Wednesday where I have a 15 minute power lunch to literally inhale my food between meetings. I placed my typical online order and two/three clicks later I was already thinking about the 'yumminess' on its way. Unfortunately, they completely screwed up my order. Yes, I have some particular things I like and definitely don't like. So, my bag shows up - ummmm, where is the Dr. Pepper - so I call down and receive a half-ass 'my bad' excuse... damn it, no time - I need to eat!!! For anyone concerned about Covid and cross contamination, I was in this location on 10/31 around 4:00. There was a caucasian female employee in mom jeans slicing meat with her nose hanging out of her face mask. Then, she pulled her mask complete off (dangling from one ear), pulled her iPhone out and had a conversation while rolling out bread dough. No gloves. Did not sanitize or wash her hands between the meat/the phone getting/the bread rolling/the hanging up her phone. I believe this woman was some sort of manager or lead because she was telling the other employees what to do. Someone needed to go get three rolls of stickers from another location. I'm sorry, but if you're preparing food, you should absolutely be taking the proper precautions to keep yourself, your coworkers, and your patrons safe. So disappointing... I guess when you ask for extra avocado you get a minuscule amount of spread on both sides instead of one and you get to pay only $3.50 for it. And when you want bacon... The delivery service is horrible. Its not a long drive to get to my work place, 10 minutes max.. However the last few times i ordered it has taken over an hour to even get my food. I put in ASAP. Obviously lunch time is over by then. Today it took an hour and 20 mins... other times they would forget to give me my chips and or cookies when ordered. Its not FREAKY FAST like they advertised. Aside from that, when I do receive my sandwich they can't seem to get it correctly. I always say light to no mayo and somehow it always seems to come with a ton of it on there. I always place orders for pick up, thinking that 15 minutes is enough time for them to get it ready before I get there....Today I waited in the store for 30 minutes for them to make a simple sandwich. I saw delivery orders get priority and then people who placed their order after I did got theirs before me. So frustrating to pay for mediocre food and then wait a total of 45 minutes for it. I've ordered from Jimmy John's in Redmond prior but decided to order on line for work here since it was closer to my work location. The on-line ordering process was pretty easy to do. Arrived for pickup of my order and decided to order a sandwich for myself. I don't do dairy and sometimes I like to only eat 1/2 a sandwich and save the other half so when I ordered the South Beach Club, I thought I'd have them put the avocado on the side. "We cannot do that" was the response. Okay, how about just put avocado on one side of the sandwich then. "No, we cannot do that." Really? What happened to having a sandwich your way? I could almost understand not putting it on the side, perhaps they don't have a container to do that but what would prevent them from putting avocado on half a sandwich? Customer service sucks. Employees mess up the order for two sandwiches and then are rude to you when you call them out. We ordered two tuna sandwiches, one with no tomatoes, light lettuce and cucumbers. The other no lettuce, tomatoes, and no cucumbers. We called right away and added onions to the one with no tomatoes. We get our sandwiches and both of them are wrong. The first one is onions and tomatoes, the other one is lettuce and onions. I mean HOW THE HECK do you mess this order up? Are people drunk at this location? Right after opening the sandwiches, we notice the discrepancy. I call to let them know and the first thing I get, in the MOST RUDE TONE "you called to put the onions on, we got the order right". I explained to the gentleman that they are both wrong. He looked up the order and again told me that everything they did was right. People, this gentleman was so rude to me, what kind of customer service is this? This is the locaton closest to work, and a steady go to for the entire office- from individual orders to company luncheons- they are heavy in rotation. One of my managers insists on buying me lunch all the damn time, so I occassionally relent and a good portion of the time, he goes this route. Perhaps they've had some staffing changes since some fo these reviews, because i've had no order or service issues...and knowing my office, we'd all DEFINITELY hear about it if anyone else did. I don't time the deliveries, but it has never been any length time that I noticed it being slow. The staff are quick to greet and take my order. Sandwiches and made to order. Unfortunately twice over the last four months I have ended up with #9 meat that smelled off. First time I ate it anyway only to regret it. This time I ended up taking the meat out of the sandwich and eating the sandwich without. Didn't get sick this time. If I could give this store -10 stars I would. I work at a local apartment property in the Juanita area and we order from them quite frequently; not only are they convenient on a busy day, but they are also delicious.... It really sucks that I have to write such an awful review, but our last 2 experiences with them have been so bad that we will not be ordering from here ever again- even for pick up. We tried to order online back in June, but noticed that we were 0.2 miles out of range...then we started noticing Jimmy John's delivery drivers bringing food to our vendors and other residents on property. At this time we started ordering over the phone and it was no problem- there were also a couple times that we ordered online and since our address is "out of range" we would adjust the address for it to go through and EVERY single time there was no problem with it..UNTIL we got this very rude delivery driver who mentioned something about the address being wrong. I apologized and we started ordering over the phone again...that is UNTIL about 2 weeks ago we were told that they don't deliver here and were very rude when we mentioned that they have delivered here multiple times. We were very disappointed, but decided to give them another chance and ordered online today...BIG MISTAKE. When the delivery driver arrived he did not come in with a smile at all...his exact words were "Just to let you know we will not be delivering here anymore. You guys keep putting the incorrect address on the order". I responded with "Well, that is because all of a sudden you have refused to deliver to us after the 25+ times you have done it in the past". He didn't really have anything to say and just walked out. I understand if we are out of your range, but if that is the case then NO deliveries should've ever been delivered here. Lastly, you really need to work on your customer service. Regardless of your delivery range we still spent $35 on today's order and should've gotten a little bit more respect from your employees! read more

I just needed to yelp about this restaurant as our office is two blocks away. I was in our restroom, and saw a Jimmy Johns delivery driver in Jimmy Johns clothing use the restroom, flush, and then walk out without washing his hands. Granted, he could wash his hands when he gets back to the store, but I'd hope their management would be stressing the importance of public relations, and maintaining a certain level of cleanliness in the public eye. I literally can't get enough of this place! I usually place an online order about once a week and have never had a single issue. The guy that typically delivers my mouth watering piece of heaven wrapped in paper could have a better sense of humor, but whatever. He probably doesn't have time to laugh at my lame jokes, because he's busy being freaky fast. When I ask them to cut it in half, they cut it in half. If they happen to forget, I walk to the kitchen and grab a utensil to help. You may have even used it before, it's called a knife. I've rarely dealt with any customer service issues, but I never have to call them because my order is always correct. What's not to love?
