Day shift folks are great. They never get an order wrong and are hilarious. Night shift folks were a bit rude this evening. The line for drive thru led through the parking lot and into traffic. I parked to use the dining room instead. We were told dining room was closed and then informed of sign on the door regarding a closed dining room. I walked out and took a picture of the sign I saw. This Taco Bell has a big problem with missing items in the order, and most of the time I'm missing several things from my receipt when receiving food at the drive through. They will also routinely upsell you with add ons like extra meat or extra cheese, charge you for them, and then fail to give you those add ons. Buyer beware! I swear this is the only location that appreciates a full, proportional representation of what they are selling. I never feel like I am getting scammed out of my food-- unlike the one location by my house. I go out of my way to come to this store instead now. Absolutely unprofessional... I've been to this location multiple times and I haven't had an issue before until today. The cashier working the drive they window was extremely unprofessional. She kept laughing while taking our order, she mustang our orders and forgot to add an item, nor did she read our order back to ensure accuracy. All she kept saying was "Anything else?" Like how rude? When we got to the window, she didn't greet us, but rather notated how cute my dog was. She handed our bag of food without saying anything, so it was just hanging out the window awkwardly. When she took my payment, she didn't offer a receipt and just waved us away. When I checked the bag I was missing an item so I went inside to see if they can give it to me. The cashier was confusing and quietly spoken so it was hard to hear him. He gave me the item, but went on and on about some policy that didn't even apply to my situation. Where was the supervisor? Would rate lower if possible. Ate there last night and have been puking it up all evening. As I was eating the food it seemed off, cold and like it had been made a while ago, especially the rice. Been to this T Bell a lot. No real qualms historically, so I'm not gonna say this is a recurring thing, but today I got a meal with my pal. When we got our respective orders the burritos were swapped and mis labeled, so we each ate the wrong meals. Beyond that, the added sour cream wasn't there, which was frustrating. Not a huge deal, but enough in this time of sickness to make me not wanna share my half eaten burrito from my friends order. So we went back and asked for a remake on the order, but instead had to repay?? Which like, again, not the hugest gripe, but having to pay for not only food but also sour cream (already a silly add on) 2 times is pretty odd. More or less, I'm frustrated at the lack of concern or desire to fix the issue, best I got was a "sorry, we'll have to charge you again" which is pretty annoying not gonna lie. I'll be back. Earlier this evening, my daughter went to the Taco Bell in Kirkland, WA, and ordered six beef chalupas. Instead, we received six bean chalupas. After returning to the Taco Bell to have our order corrected, she waited in her car for over 45 minutes outside the store. It wasn't until I called the Taco Bell location that our order was corrected. I heard in the background employees laughing at us during the call because I called, and a person say, "Just make her fucking order." When the person returned to the phone, I informed him that I could hear their conversation in the background. I didn't appreciate how they treated my daughter. I understand these are stressful times, but I do not believe this situation was handled appropriately. The mistake in the order could happen to anyone. However, being disrespected and mistreated because we want the products we ordered and paid for is unacceptable. We hope this review helps Taco Bell train their staff on customer service. read more

This is a very clean and modern taco bell. I like the long glass window along the drive thru that shows the fast food workers making your food. They also make sure you get your food as fast as possible. I have been thru this drive thru about a half dozen times and I've never sat for more than three or four mins. The portions could be larger though. A lot of the meals are only large enough to feed school children. Look at this steak quesadilla meal. Where's the steak ??
