Worst sandwich I have had. Initially I thought maybe I accidentally ordered a slim. 3 thin, small pieces of turkey and bacon and the lettuce was brown. We also tried them toasted, not good. I never received my order: I put in an order almost an hour ago! There was no update within a half hour so I called the store. The employee said "your order should be the next one to leave the store" well 20 minutes later there same employee could not provide any updates or offer any solutions as to why the so called "freaky fast delivery" was not happening. I wasted my entire lunch break waiting on food. The employee was so off putting and no help at all. It should not take an hour for something that's literally 7 minutes away. read more

This Jimmy John's always has orders prepared on time. Customer service is excellent. I always get the Pepe which has ham, provolone cheese, letter and tomatoes. It tastes delicious every single time. The six inch sandwich is $7.49 and is super filling. They have an excellent rewards program in the app. The pick up area is on the left side as you walk in. There's indoor and outdoor seating. There's a huge parking lot right outside the restaurant. Overall rating: 10/10 read more

I ordered an unwich. They loosely piled the ingredients in the paper and "almost" rolled it up. What they handed me was a sticky mess with sauce all over the outside of the wrapper. To add insult to injury, the Diet Coke was out in the fountain - leaving only sugar drinks I can't drink. I just spent $13 on junk I just threw away. TERRIBLE QUALITY AND SERVICE!!!! Definitely not freaky fast. I think it is time for corporate to take a look at this store when all the reviews say the same thing. I went in last night, three employees working behind the counter. The young kid that was leaving hurried and took my order. Very nice, very fast, but the machine didn't work to ring me up so moved to a different one. There I noticed her charged me for a bottled water when I wanted a cup for water, which he verified by picking up a cup and asking if that is what I wanted the first time. He did go back and take it off. Then I proceeded to wait 15 minutes while the other two employees talked to a friend of theirs that was applying for a job to work there with his dad sitting there. They talked about homecoming and what to wear. They talked about how it would be when he works there and what shifts not to work because of who works those shifts... All while I am standing there waiting for my sandwich. They would get the bread out then stop and talk. Lay down some meat, stop and talk, tomato, stop and talk... you get the idea. 15 minutes later I am leaving a bit disgruntled but whatever, they are teenagers. I get home and my sandwich is wrong. So the whole deal here is freaky fast subs. I visited their location today and sat there for 15 minutes. That's not freaky fast, that's Freaking forever. I watched them make one take out order after another. I am there and I am waiting but apparently takeout orders take precedence over customers at the store. I walked inside and ordered a sandwich. The guy was wearing a mask but not over his nose. Half of his mouth was pretty open too. He was talking to others and making sandwiches too. This is a place where they work in close proximity with food and I think someone should talk to him about his mask. Maybe a training issue. read more

We've ordered from this place three times and all three orders have had issues. The first order was delivered in a reasonable time but a cookie was missing. My daughter was sad but not too big of a deal. The second order took more than an hour to arrive. I figured this was probably a fluke. The third order we are still waiting for at almost two and a half hours. I've tried to call the store and cancel four times and apparently they have their phone off the hook. We order online for pickup at the Lakeville location quite often. It's always ready and on the shelf when we arrive to pick it up. Only had an issue one time when it wasn't ready so I'd say they do a great job! read more

I honestly wish I could give a 0. I have ordered from this location so many times with the same outcomes most of the time... you would think I would have learned by now. If you order for delivery you can expect the following: - Minimum wait of 45 minutes and most likely over an hour. I've had two waits over an hour and a half and one over 2 hours. - They will not inform you if they are having problems (such as running out of bread at 5 pm on a Friday), and will instead just allow you to wait... wondering how a sandwich takes significantly longer to prepare and deliver than a pizza does from even a non-corporate pizza place like Ol' Piper. - Wrong items are a pretty regular occurrence. - The staff if you call is typically snarky or rude. Anyhow, either drive in to get your sandwich, or don't order from here. It's hard to see how efficiently the downtown Minneapolis location runs and then see how terribly this location operates. read more

My wife and I stopped in for sandwiches tonight without masks and showed "Exempt medical condition ". They were disrespectful and asked us to go out and order online and they would bring it out to us. We did not appreciate the crap attitude. 2 others were in the store without masks. This was our first visit and probably our last. So the sandwich was ok. Very light on the meats, especially when we ordered the "ultimate porker". Then one of the sandwiches we ordered (we were the only ones in the store) was wrong. We asked to remove an item and they still made it with it. If there was a 0 Stars they would get 0. After placing an order for lunch and waiting an hour, there was no food. We called back and after the "manager" said that it was no problem cause they still had the food (seriously? You're going to serve food that is an hour old???) the driver shows up and apologizes and says it will be free. Well, it wasn't free because they still charged my credit card. What makes it worse? We call this place to talk to the "manager" and the same person is there. She goes on to basically argue with us, saying the driver has no right to say it would be free...that he was here and we didn't answer the door (bell never rang), "they called and we never answered", (the number was from Pennsylvania and we didn't answer and no voice mail was left). Here's the deal. It's restaurant 101. An hour after an order is placed at lunch time...you missed it. Apologize and make it right. Plus, with Grub Hub, Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc...your room for error is shrinking. This is awful guest service. And don't offer to bring the 1 hour old food to us. Seriously!?! There is a reason the google reviews are at 2.5 and yelp is sub-4. I would appreciate being contacted by a real manager or district manager, if that person actually understands hospitality. If not, don't worry about it. We won't be back, and live about a mile away in a neighborhood that many people order from you. Maybe not anymore... read more

I feel that Ive had more issues with this store than good experiences. My first experience was ordering online, little did I know the store had closed 3 hours early because of a snow storm. I ordered and paid and my food never came. I tried calling the store and there was no indication that they had closed early, it went to voicemail. We then had to drive to the store to see a small paper sign they if they closed early. I called the next day and they wouldn't give me my money back, they gave me a free sandwich, and told me they didn't have the ability to refund me... My second experience was a phone call order. The employee who answered the phone was not friendly he simply answered and said "jimmy Johns" I then didn't receive my chips, I called and asked to be refunded and they told me I would receive free chips on my next order. I am now waiting on my order as in writing this that has taken 30 minutes to deliver, I thought jimmy johns was supposed to be "freaky fast"? I would recommend Erberts and Gerberts across the street instead of this Jimmy Johns location. read more

JJ's is not my favorite sandwich by far. However the price is right for what you get. What puts this location ahead of the pack is the staff. Not only are they friendly and pleasant while maintaining an extreme sense of urgency. Typically you have one or the other but I have never seen both at such high levels. *This review is for the catering service only* I used the catering/delivery service for a family get together earlier this month. I ordered the sandwich platter online more than 24 hours in advance, and received an email confirmation for my order stating that it was to be delivered between 1:45 - 2 PM the following day. Around 2 PM the day it was to be delivered, my husband called the Lakeville store to see if our order was on its way, since it was already at the tail end of the timeframe window we were given. The woman who answered the phone responded that it was on its way. About 20 minutes later, the order still hadn't arrived, so we call the store to find out what happened. They asked us to call them back because they needed to call the driver to find out where she was. I should point out that we live about 5 miles from the store, it shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes to get to our house. At 2:32 PM, the driver finally called my phone (the number provided in the order) to tell us that she couldn't find our house. 31 minutes after the order window! My husband gave her directions to our house. I still don't understand why she didn't call sooner if she was that lost. We finally received our food around 2:45 PM, well after the delivery window we were given, and well after we needed the food. Needless to say, I was kind of upset. I asked for a refund, and she said she would make sure her manager refunded us our money. A week later, and still no refund. At a minimum, I'd at least like the driver's tip refunded since I paid for it in advance (lesson learnt on my part). I'm disappointed that no one reached out to at least apologize, and will not be using them in the future. I'd suggest using Erberts and Gerberts if you're looking to cater sandwiches. read more

The bread at this JJ's is fantastic. Every time I go in there it is super soft and fresh bread. Overall the store seems fairly clean, there is clean tables and the bathrooms are tidy. The staff seems friendly and almost always greets me when I come in the store. read more

I'll go 5 stars, not because of the food, though I am fond of Jimmy Johns. This location has been good to me over the years. Have been here a number of times since probably 2008, and each time they are quick and friendly. And of the many times I've been in this place over the years, from 1 sandwich to an order of multiple for the whole family I don't recall them ever getting a single order wrong, and they're always a consistent quality. Props to management for hiring solid staff for the past 7 years! And props to those who work/who have worked here, good job! read more
