It's been five+ years since I have eaten at a Jimmy John's, and can honestly say the subs taste the same as the last time I had a sub from Jimmy John's. Location itself was nice and clean (and it probably did not hurt that I probably came in pretty close to when the store was opening for the day). Was waited on pretty quickly as well. Unlike some other sub places, there is a menu of their subs as well as what comes on the sub (veggies and sauces in addition to meat). But do not worry if you do not want everything that is listed on the sub - the subs are made to order, so you can leave off whatever you do not want. Downsides: *Price: The sub alone was under $5, but when you add on a drink and chips, the meal comes to around $7.40. (Also note that there are different price ranges for different subs.) *For the most part, my sub was great. I hate when I have to write a bad review. Only a few months ago I gave the store five star review. That was before the debacle of big john. The roast beef was very thinly sliced and only two pieces. That was probably a blessing because the roast beef tasted raw. I've had sushi more cooked than this roast beef. The toppings were as pathetic as the meat portion on the sub. If you were going to take the inside bread portion out of a sub, then you better fill the sub up with something. Needless to say, I will never order the big John again. I cannot believe that this actually left the store. On a positive note, the Delivery guy was very nice. It will be a while before I order Jimmy John's again. Was the first customer of the morning, stopped in and was greeted amazingly, all the staff was very polite and had smiles on their faces. My sandwich was absolutely amazing, probably the best one I've had from a jimmy johns. Was a great experience, truly do favor the morning crew. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would do it. I had a hair on my tuna sandwich, called the store and the manager didn't apologize. I asked if they wear hair nets and he said no. Just check your food or don't go there, I will never coming back to this store. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Always order from here as it used to be "freaky fast delivery"... since the pandemic, it's now 30-60 min delivery, all things considered, I get it in 2020, not 2021. That being said, the customer service has gone so far down hill that I'll likely stop ordering delivery. The folks working dont much care that it takes 30 min, and the entire culture has changed. If you call in asking where your delivery is, don't expect an apology, or even a mention of it being unusual... expect a dismissive overworked employee to casually tell you it will take awhile because they had multiple orders. I'll switch too doordash eligible restaurants going forward. Much better tracking, much better customer service. Call out to the fact that I always tipped the drivers 25%... I know it's a struggle.... Just wish folks would CARE more about how far the experience has slipped... read more

I'm not the one to leave negative reviews on Yelp, but this Jimmy John's needs some serious work. I've been ordering from them for years for delivery as I work close by. Back in the day it never took more than 20 minutes for delivery. In fact, Jimmy John's slogan is Freaky Fast. Now, they usually take around 40 min to deliver. Today, my boss and I have been waiting nearly 2 hours for our food. No apology. No discount. Just an absurd wait. I am very disappointed in Jimmy John's and want to warn people to not order delivery from this location. I hope my food arrives, but I'm worried it will probably be spoiled at this point. read more

Always solid service from these guys. And their sandwiches are a great break from the normal stuff. The bread holds better than Jersey Mikes which is a pile of mush when you get home. We went at end of lunch. Out of most bread. Then while we were eating, an employee started tossing potato chip bags over the counter on to the floor to restock the chip rack. Are you kidding me? On the floor? What else are they doing unsanitary??? Used bread knife to cut boxes. Not going back!!! read more

Jimmy Johns has always been a go to place for us in other locations. This location, on North Lake, leaves a lot to be desired in customer service and customer satisfaction. We found their customer service to highly lacking. If I heard 'I can't' one more time I was going to lose it! I asked for a variation of extra lettuce, 'I can't', add pickle...'I can't'....asked for mayo...'I can't'. Funny, their online ordering offers these variations. Any other Jimmy John's I have been to has readily made the sandwhiches with requested variations. That's okay because we 'won't' be going back. Worst Jimmy John's I have EVER been to. Ordered my food, went to get my drink...Sweet Tea canister empty. Waited. Waited. Waited. Waited. Waited. Waited. Everyone after me received their order. Finally I went up to the counter and asked about my sandwich. All 4 employees looked confused and just stared at me. One employee said someone else must have taken it. Another employee said that the register ran out of receipt tape. Another employee told me someone grabbed it with a delivery order. I've found most Jimmy John's to have pretty unfriendly staff- but this location takes the blue ribbon for poor customer service and we didn't even order any variations in our sandwiches or ask any questions! I think if we'd asked for anything out of the ordinary, we may have been asked to leave and eat somewhere else! read more

Always order delivery from these guys. Always make it to my door within 15 minutes. Never once messed up my order. Veggies are always fresh and crispy. Breads never stale. The Jersey Mike's down the street pales in comparison to these guys. read more
