The Girls at the counter did a great job taking our orders. There were so many of us that it caused a pretty long line but it moved rather quickly. The employees at the front counter were Jasey and Jordyn. Duane was the Kitchen Manager and he did an awesome job getting our food out! Freddy's has added a lot of new items to their menu. When they first came to town, I seem to remember they only had Hamburgers, Double Hamburgers, Chicken Tenders and Hot Dogs. Now they have a Freddy's app that really is helpful. It has pictures of each item and the ingredients of what is included with each dish. They have Steakburgers, Steakburger Bowl Combo, Crispy Chicken Bowl Combo, Grilled Chicken Bowl Combo, Veggie Chicken Bowl Combo, Prime Rib Steak Burger, Patty Melts, Grilled Cheese, Hot Dogs, Salads, Kids' Meals. Desserts are hard to pass up at Freddy's. I am guessing that 12 of us bought desserts. They have Brownies Delights, Strawberry Dream Cakes, Custard Sundaes, Signature Turtles, Shakes, and Root Beer Floats. We had a wonderful time. Visiting with each other, enjoying our meals and desserts was fun. We probably talked a bit loud since there was so many of us, but normally it isn't as loud as it was today. We've been here probably a half dozen times and there's never been a wait and the dining room has always been clean and well-stocked. I'm the kind of guy who usually finds what he likes at a place and pretty much sticks to it. Oddly, I have 2 things at Freddy's. The Jalapeño Pepper Jack Double Steak Burger or the Patty Melt. On our most recent visit it was the Jalapeño Pepper Jack Double Steak Burger and fries. My wife opted for a bacon burger and onion rings. The person that took our order was friendly and funny and was throwing jokes back at us as we were ordering. #FunTimesWhenPlacingAnOrder Less than ten minutes later and our food was ready. Prepared just like we ordered, and to borrow a phrase from my fast-food days, "hot food hot". Burger we hot and the fries, while shoestring, were hot and well seasoned. The burger was a cheesy, double-patty, heart-friendly masterpiece...and I loved it. The staff was hustling making sure food we getting served, shakes were being made, and the drink station was clean. This time of the year they were decorated for Christmas and a number of the employees were festively dressed and in great Holiday cheer.

However, the pricing is out of control. I could have gone to a nicer restaurant with full table service and wider selection for the same price or slightly more. My 12" sandwich with a cup of soup was nearly $17! The sandwich was very large though. They have priced themselves out of my patronage. They also ask for tips now?! That was a nice thing they had going o for them and it's gone too. It's a shame, because the deli shop model can be strong, but it can't have prices on par with nicer restaurants.

They have many sides including thin fries, Parmesan garlic fries, Creamy Mac & Cheese, and Sweet Vinegar Slaw. Their chicken is available in wings, drum sticks, Sammie's, you can add chicken (fried or grilled chicken ) to the Kale Crunch Salad. They also have Chicken and Waffles which my husband and I ordered. That is our favorite entree to eat at Joella's Hot Chicken. Marv and Sawyer took the orders, and Dany delivered the food to the tables. They did a good job bringing the utensils, the sauces and clearing the tables. Rachel is their District Manager and lives in Indianapolis. She is a big supporter of Swan Pointe. We had a nice time sitting with some of our newer residents and getting to know them.

The chicken didn't disappoint as it was spicy but well cooked. The mustard sauce was delicious as well taking back to a South Carolina flavored barbecue. Their mac and cheese was slightly disappointing as it didn't seem fresh bit pre packaged and just zapped 30 seconds in the microwave. The team was very nice and provided good service one thing I didn't get a picture of is banana pudding which I'll eat at home after the fact. I'd try this place again but get a milder chicken for sure.

Although I have visited this location many more times than I would care to admit, I have never thought to check in and have never written a review. With my latest visit I am changing that! The staff have always been courteous, as well as fast and efficient. The drive thru line can be long at lunch, but it moves rapidly. The interior of the restaurant is bright with plenty of seating. It has always been clean and the condiment area well-stocked. This location is located in a large shopping complex that can be confusing to navigate on a first visit, but it is worth the effort! Her name is Kiara and I just love her to pieces. She carries my Iced Tea and follows me to whichever table I want to sit at, and then goes back to the counter and brings my food to me. We were happy that substituting green olives for black olives and omitting the mushrooms was an option (pizzas were not pre-made!) and came with no additional cost like we have experienced at other places. The pizza was a chef's kiss! It was LOADED with toppings and the crust was amazing. The ingredients tasted fresh and had just the right amount of crunch. It was so filling that there was plenty to take home for dinner. The restaurant is clean, bright, and has plenty of seating. An employee continually came around to clear tables of plates so that they are not taken back for use at the buffet and to prevent the table from being overwrought with empty plates. I really love the atmosphere! The restaurant is just so clean and bright. They have a drive-thru, carry out or a dine in. Mason was our cashier and was just so helpful and pleasant. She was very good at getting all of us through the line and seated. Our food was delivered to our table very quickly. There were so many choices to make. They had 12+ types of Chicken Salads, 4 salads, Mac 'n Cheese and 3-4 kinds of soup. There's Chips and Desserts. There's a Kid's Menu and they do catering. I had the Fancy Nancy Scoop and Fruit. My husband had the Fancy Nancy Scoop and a Kelly Scoop and a cup of Tomato Bisque. We really liked our meal and our friends really enjoyed their food as well.
