this location is consistently freaky slow. Takes 30 minutes for a turkey sandwich. Faster to go to the one 10 minutes away.

Put in an order outside the rush time for curbside pickup. After not having anyone come out for 10 minutes I went in and even though my ticket was hanging in their making area and 3 people were working, they hadn't begun my order. read more

This Jimmy John's has a convenient location right off Shelbyville Road. I was able to place a mobile order and pick it up on my way home from appointments. The location is clean and the staff are friendly. There wasn't much of a wait, despite it being close to dinner time, and I was a basically able to grab my food and go. Always reliable! Like I've said before Jimmy Johns is the same any place you go! It's a crowd favorite at my work because they deliver, the sandwiches are consistent and I love the chips. Today we had lunch ordered in again because we had interviews scheduled all day. This was perfect, we placed our orders online, sandwiches were marked with our names, made the way we like it! They have super thin chips that come in many flavors! BBQ, jalapeño, salt & vinegar, and plain. The pickles are super yummy too, but be sure to have them cut it for you, they are huge! Just picked up our order. 4 out of 4 sandwiches were wrong. They forgot drinks and chips so I had to ask for them. Soda counter was disgusting and sticky. Employees had gangster rap loud as hell with very inappropriate lyrics mentioning abortion. Sorry, this has more to do about service than sandwich. Reagan, the guy who took my order was visibly upset when the new guy made my sandwich incorrectly. I was not. The guy looked new. Reagan then proceeded to make my sandwich himself. He too made the sandwich incorrect by placing tomatoes on it. Again, the sandwich had to be remade. I guess three times is the charm. This only goes to prove that God doesn't like ugly. Kindness and service goes a long way. Tip: places go out of business without good service. You are now two stars in my book. read more

I love Jimmy John's; they are normally my favorite sandwich chain. They have great, fresh ingredients with fantastic, chewy, crunchy bread. I've never been disappointed- until last week. My office ordered Jimmy Johns online. We are literally across the street from them, so it shouldn't have taken long to deliver. The office manager forgot to hit "submit" on the order at 12, so that oops is on us. She submitted the order for "as soon as possible" at 1 and called the store to ask about the order. We were told it would be on its way shortly. We called again about half-an-hour later and were told it was on its way. Finally, after 2pm, we called again and were told the order was put in to deliver between 2:30 and 2:45 and that we wouldn't receive it until then. What?! We double-checked and our order said ASAP. If there's a 1.5 hour difference between when the sandwiches can be delivered and when you order them, the client should be made aware. Don't lie to them and say the sandwiches are on their way. When we finally received our order, it was wrong. My sandwich had cheese, which I specifically said to leave off, and hardly any meat. None of the sandwiches were cut in half like we asked. The menu is fairly simple there, so I don't know why everyone in the order had at least one thing wrong with their sandwich. Unfortunately, my office has vowed not to order from JJ's again after this fiasco. Food is pretty good. Delivery is super slow. Drivers don't wear masks. Employees are not honest about delivery times. Took me 90 minutes to get a sandwich and chips delivered today. I called to check on my order status twice and was told two very different things. In summary I think the employees are nice but this location is badly managed. read more

After a long day traveling this was a great place to enjoy a delicious sandwich. Freaky fast is right. Did not have to wait long for 4 sandwiches in the restaurant. No orders were messed up and everything tasted great. Seating was clean and lots of options so even when it got busy you were not sitting on top of other people. Bathrooms could be cleaner but what can you expect from a fast food restaurant. Overall I would recommend Jimmy John's if you need a fast bite to eat while in the area. read more

Never had a problem from any other location. Always fast and fresh. Will not order from this store ever again for two reasons: (1) 40 minutes to deliver 2 miles away I called to check after 30 minutes...manager said they were really busy (2:30 Sunday afternoon). Every time I go here, all of the sandwich ingredients taste very fresh and the employees are always polite. It's a great place to stop and grab lunch, or order for delivery. I can say from having been a customer for many years that the delivery is always timely. As at any Jimmy Johns, the food is reasonably priced and there's a very nice selection sandwiches. I have seen all the commercials and have always enjoyed Jimmy johns for the quality sandwich, fresh bread, fast service but I never got delivery until today. I work in Middleton on evergreen road which is about a 6 or 7 minute drive with traffic to the Jimmy Johns. I ordered my sandwich at 12:26 and it was sitting on my desk at 12:36. It seems they used to be more generous with the meat. Now for the amount received they seem overpriced. Also, the drivers are not always the most on point. It is pretty bad when extra is paid for delivery, and a very generous tip (over 40%) was already added on, but the driver could not be bothered to actual follow delivery instructions, in fact chose to ignore them completely from what my co-worker in the other office that I had to go to pick up my meal told me. I paid for the service because I did not want to leave the office, and despite the fact the office is a quick drive just across Shelbyville Rd, the driver couldn't be bothered to actually deliver the order directly to me; because I had already added on the tip he apparently saw no need. That was the last easy money for you, and your co-workers can thank you for losing at least one customer that would tip generously.
