Night manager was rude and unwilling to help in correcting a mistake that happened during a delivery order on Sunday Feb 23 2025. They didn't deliver all of the order, they were missing two items. They wanted us to pay for the two items we were missing. They didn't deliver it themselves, they used Uber. I will never order from Jimmy John's again. This location is convenient to me when my boyfriend is on lunch. It's hard to get to but I keep going for some reason. I always have to make sure that my order right in the store. I check my boyfriends this time but not mine because he's picky. When I get into the car, mine doesn't have onions on it. The taste is a lesser quality than what I've had at other Jimmy John's. I'm a snob because I've worked at a different location before. The atmosphere like any jimmy John's is douchey. I work at Jimmy John's in Indianapolis and this place is just flat out rude. Sometimes in Indianapolis we get bad customers but all I do is ask for my order here at Westport and the GM or the assistant gives me a glare like I'm stupid. I just want my order.It seems like such a hassle to make me my order but there's nobody else in there except for the customers eating and only one car in the drive-through. I ordered online at 8:49 pm for delivery and was notified that the order was out for delivery at 8:55 pm. By 9:30, I had not yet received my order, so I pulled up the app and checked the tracker. It was marked as delivered. So I called the store, and politely stated that I had not received my order and that the app was showing it as delivered. The person I spoke to said he delivered it to my apartment. I told him once again that I did not receive it. He said "We don't go past the door. We leave it and go," and abruptly put the manager on the phone. The manager was needlessly rude and aggressive. "Look man, it was delivered. If it's not there, it's not our problem and there's nothing I can do." His logic was that because the driver knew my address, it was certainly delivered to the correct building and correct apartment. I assured him that it was not, that I had been sitting roughly 20 feet from my front door on my couch in silence while I read and never heard a knock. He finally venomously offered to refund my food and hung up. I walked around my apartment complex and found my food sitting in front of the door of an apartment in a different building, verified by the address and name on the receipt (which were correct). I called back to inform them that it was indeed delivered to the wrong address, just hoping for an apology for being made to feel like a liar, and all I got was an angry "Okay," followed by him immediately hanging up on me. I am incensed that I was demeaned and degraded for a mistake that I didn't even make, and then didn't even get an apology for it. I wasn't even trying to get anything out of it. I quite literally just wanted my food because I was hungry. I have worked in the food industry before, and I know how entitled some customers can be, but when someone politely calls to report that their delivery wasn't delivered, verbally attacking the customer and insinuating that he or she is being dishonest is never the answer. read more

I can't say anything bad about this Jimmy John's. Fast friendly service. Tastes just as good as the other locations. My favorite sandwich is the #10 Hunter's Club (roast beef, cheese, lettuce & tomato on their white hoagie bread). I get it with no lettuce or tomato and add hot peppers. I then nuke it in the microwave. Gotta grab a pickle too! YUMMMM!!! I guess my only complaint would be when I ordered an iced tea there was a small amount of ice in the cup. By the time I got it home the ice had all melted. It was a minor negative so I think JJ's still deserves a five star rating from yours truly. I'm also a fan of the Italian Night Club and the Beach Club. Their tuna is pretty tasty too and I'm picky about ordering that particular item out. If you'd like a side they have chips, and If you want something sweet their oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip cookies are both great. read more

Upon placing an online order (@ 9:50, they close at 10:30pm) for one simple sandwich for delivery Less than one mile away I got a phone call from the store 2 minutes after putting my order in. They proceed to tell me that they no longer deliver after 9:45... let that sink in... Huh? Now let me say this... They had zero issues allowing my order to go through and they had zero issues taking my money. Was essentially told unapologetically that that's the new policy? And that I would receive my refund back in 3-7 days. Quick to take but FREAKY SLOW (get it?) to give it back. The business should pay me for the mistake and make that refund $18 instead of $9. Unbelievable. Needless to say, something severely wrong has happened with this franchise within the last few months and it's not pretty. I was literally blown away when they told me this. I was expecting the call to say we are on our way! Nope, the exact opposite. I'm a principle person & I think it goes without saying that I will be back to visit any Jimmy Johns establishment ever again! Once I get burned, that's it! No second chances. And by the looks of the reviews on here, I'm not the only one with serious issues with this restaurant. Ordered, and it went through on the website. My confirmation shows 9:55 pm. Manager calls says he will not, NOT run the order even though it was put in before store closing. If you are a manager getting a salary and you cannot fulfill a customer's order, you should not be a manager. It is your fault you sent your people home early before the store close. This location is very poorly managed. They never know from day to day if they will deliver to where I live or not. They say their "delivery range" is 5 minutes from the store. I live 3 minutes from the store (yes, I have timed it) and some days they will deliver fine, with no problems, and some days I call and they are very rude and say I am outside of their "delivery range" most likely because they just don't want to deliver. I am a frequent customer as they can see from their computer by how many times they have delivered to me in the past, but I will not be returning to this location or possibly to this company at all. Avoid this one!!! I placed a order about a month ago for some co-workers and myself. The order arrived about 20 minutes later (not exactly freaky fast). When we opened the bag, half of the order was missing. We called the store and they said they would send someone back with the missing items. After another thirty minutes and no delivery, we called back and were told someone would bring it soon. I said it would be too late since we only had an hour for lunch and it was now fifty minutes into it. I demanded a refund and was told the manager, Tommy would issue a credit on my card. A week later, no credit showed up so I called and spoke to Tommy who said he was working on it and he would call me by the end of the day. A week later, still no response or credit so I called again. He blamed his point of sale system and said he would take care of it again. It's now been a month and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I will never order from them again.
