Like the the Name suggest, Tacos were the main entrees. I settled on a chorizo and a shrimp Taco. Both were excellent. As I enjoyed those, I thought about my next taco, but my stomach told me I was full. I chased the tacos down with a couple of adult beverages. Her side salad, was a small plate with a few lettuce leaves, cut tomatoes, hard boiled egg and lots of croutons for filler. Me? I chose the Swiss mushroom burger. Kudos here. Hot, juicy, and tasty. The "ding"? When food is freshly cooked, there's simply no excuse for lukewarm fries served with a hot burger. The taco salad, ordered by my son in law, was, as he put it, "off". I ordered the "Cinnabon Centers" because, like any reasonable human, I assumed this meant the soft, gooey, scientifically superior middle of the cinnamon roll. You know. The part we all fight over. The reason siblings stop speaking. The reason forks were invented. What I received instead? A cup of what can only be described as cinnamon roll edges. EDGES. The dry-ish outer spiral that society has collectively agreed is the supporting actor, not the star. Calling these "Centers" feels legally questionable. I expected elite, melt-in-your-mouth, fork-sinks-without-resistance goodness. What I got was the cinnamon roll's crust wearing a disguise. Were they bad? No. Were they centers? Also no. If these are the "centers," then I'm the center of the solar system. Would I eat them again? Probably. Will I trust the word "Centers" ever again? Absolutely not. It's slow, unreliable, and just frustrating start to finish. I don't mind a simple setup, but it still has to work. There is drive thru where a person with an ordering pad will take your order before you go around to the collection window. I warn you, there is always a long line for pickup so ordering ahead for takeout or going inside to order may be quicker.
