Jimmy John's is a chain but with every chain comes the standout locations. I think this is the standout location in our city. I've only ordered in here once. The rest of my experiences here have been ordering online and picking up. Ordering online with Jimmy John's is so easy and with this location, I've never had an issue. I can't say that for other locations. My go-to order? The veggie club(#13) - Cut the bread out of the center. No Mayo. EZ on the Oil and Vinegar. EZ on the onions. Salt and vinegar chips. Perfection. Sometimes I add extra avocado but they usually give you enough with your sandwich. If I want all the veggies in sandwich form, I go to Jimmy John's. This is normally a lunchtime meal for me but I've also ordered it on the way home and had a delicious veggie sandwich as an early dinner. Not only do they live by that "freaky-fast" motto when delivering, but the transaction when picking up is also freaky-fast. The employees are nice. I've experienced better service here than at a lot of other spots around town where great service should be a given. It's always fun going in there mid-day. They don't try to get by with only a couple of employees. They usually have 5-10 employees on deck and busy with their jobs. If you're in the middle of town and you need a quick meal, go in here and get a veggie club. You'll definitely be satisfied! read more

We order from this location a lot for when our office has sales meetings. We are outside of the delivery area but the convenience to place an order online helps. Typically, our sales staff will fill out a box lunch order. Once I've received all the orders, I can easily go online and place the order. By the time I leave the office and get to the store, they are either just finishing putting the order together or it's waiting on me. With the box lunches, you get a sandwich, pickle, choice of cookie and choice of chips. So far, they have yet to get an order wrong (even with multiple substitutions). Service and quality of food is always sufficient. I will always chose this location when placing an order for the office because I know the quality of the product I will be getting. If we were within the delivery area, this would definitely be 5 stars. read more

Stopped by here on a Friday afternoon to grab some sandwiches for dinner for my family. I ordered my usual for my husband and I. The Vito #5. I love that sandwich, I ordered it exactly as it comes, nothing less, nothing more. They do not have kids meals, they do have smaller sandwiches called "skins" it's just meat and cheese. You can not have veggies added. So my kiddo ordered a regular sub. He ordered the BLT sub. He ate every bit of it! He's only 8. We all ordered combos so our meals came with chips and a drink. Went in at 1:30 and was told by a very unenthusiastic employee that they didn't have any bread ready. It's a sandwich place and they DO NOT have bread ready. Isn't it sad that places can't find employees to push a button to bake bread. No one asks them to measure and mix - dough comes to store already made. Heck the oven probably has one temperature setting because they know someone could screw that up. And when you are down to your last ten rolls, the idea of starting to make more BEFORE you run out- well that's crazy and asking way too much for the gen z generation. Haven't left a negative review before but this location is lacking. The over all cleanliness was satisfactory but there were flies around the sandwich supplies (yuck) and the guy making my sandwich didn't tell me when it was ready he kept serving others behind me. There was so much shredded lettuce piled in my sandwich I couldn't even taste the meat (no kidding). The music was so loud at every table I couldn't hear myself think (literally). I had to fight off flies and gnats the entire time I was eating. The bathroom was clean but there wasn't anywhere to hang your purse and the faucet made an ear piercing squealing noise when turned on. The other employees (not making the sandwiches) were cheerful and seemed nice but the whole experience from start to finish was terribly lacking. The worst $12 I've spent on lunch so far. read more

This used to be my favorite Jimmy John's location, but unfortunately the quality has gone down. The past few times had been disappointing but I decided to give them a try again anyways. The delivery has gotten slow but I understand we are in strange times and places are lacking employees. The bread was hard. The new herb Turkey was greatly under filled, meat and toppings only in the middle, ends were just bread. The sandwiches just tasted stale, not as fresh and good as years past. Wish I could leave 0 stars. They messed up my entire order which happens at least twice a week. I called back to get my order fixed and the manager said she'd get me a new sandwich sent out and give me a refund. I'm waiting an hour goes by and still no sandwich so I call back and the first guy I speak to says the manager isn't there, the second person I speak to says the manager decided I was rude on the phone and wasn't going to send me a replacement sandwich. I asked to speak the manager again and she said the manager doesn't want to speak to me. I asked for her name and was put on hold for a few minutes before I was finally told her name was Olivia. She was so rude I'm not even sure how they let her be a manager. You don't get to decide you don't want to speak to a customer. read more

Always an exceptional experience with jimmy johns. Their food is always fresh, always stocked and on hand, and the service is faster than any other establishment! I frequent this Jimmy John's due to its proximity to my work. When I stop in it is usually during the lunch rush, yet the staff is always friendly and the line is processed quickly. Never again. My office is 5 min down the road. At non-peak hours it took 25 min for the driver to get here AFTER the tracking site said it was out for delivery. I was waiting outside in the rain because that's where I said I'd be because our building is hard to find. The bag was smashed and it reeked of tobacco. On top of all that, my order wasn't right. And I'm obsessed with avocado so it was v. sad. Not ok :(. read more

Poplar Level Jimmy John's is the best go to place for the freshest sandwiches around. Located in a small strip mall, JJ's had ample lit parking, an impeccably clean "restaurant" and the fastest sandwich makers in the business. Today I ooted for the Italian on French bread but when I have chosen to be more health conscious I have gotten their sandwiches as lettuce wraps...nice to have that option. The sign in the window says they deliver but I have never inquired about that service. Maybe if it was 10 degrees and snowing but normally if you are going to eat you should at least expend the energy to go get it!! Husband went with the JJ BLT another winner!! read more

My experience today was not good. I placed my order for delivery, hours in advance. When 15 min late I called just to hear my order was forgotten and he had to return to get it. When the young man finally arrived, he was rather rude for the normal drivers. I see the delivery people several times a week, and they're usually VERY nice. He never apologized or anything. He helped himself to my bowl of chocolates and left. I will not base future orders on this one bad one, but I certainly hope this driver doesn't come back. They provide a complimentary cup if you just want water with your meal.
