I went in with my best friends and my friend ordered a number 1, just ham, provolone and lettuce. She is allergic to tomatoes and they still put tomatoes on it and she requested no tomatoes. She went in to have it remade. They didn't put tomatoes on it however they put mayo, mustard, and pickles on it when it wasn't requested. When I swear that I'm never coming back to a location, I usually end up returning eventually. I ended up here after a trip to another Jimmy John's close to Shoreline didn't go as planned. But that's another story. The service here was okay tonight, nothing special and I was told by the employee that I had a reward for a dollar off, so I accepted it. I honestly don't know if it was applied. It didn't seem that way on the receipt, but it was too much trouble to argue with them about it. I had planned on getting their Italian wrap, since I'm trying to cut down on bread and I got an email from them saying that their wraps are offered all the time. As usual I wasn't able to order on my phone. The ap always gives me problems, so I just went in. By the time I arrived, I was pretty stressed out from the runaround I had trying to find the other location, so I ordered a Tom Turkey on regular bread. I also got their Skinny Chips and a Powerade. I honestly don't know what happened. The sandwich was satisfying enough, but when I got home, my stomach was all torn up and things didn't go well after that. New Zesty Garden Turkey Club Turkey, bacon, slow roasted tomatoes, herb aioli, pickled red onions & cheesy croutons. You really taste the herb aioli right away! It tastes a lot like pesto. Which could be good or bad. I love pesto, so it was good for me! But since it's an overpowering flavor, I could see a lot of people disliking it. The slow roasted tomatoes had a great flavor but their skin is a little bit tough. I was expecting the pickled onions to have an overwhelming flavor but you couldn't really taste them at all on half my sandwich. I wish they had more on the whole thing. I asked them to add cucumber to my sandwich, which they forgot, to my disappointment. I think they also forgot the croutons. If they didn't, you can't tell they are on the sandwich at all & add nothing. I could really taste the turkey and bacon in some bites, and not so much in others. I would probably order extra turkey next time (if I got it again) which is disappointing for the $10.05 price point. I had it delivered to my house, and it got here in less than a half hour. But, the store is only like a half mile away, so keep that in mind. It may be way less speedy for you. Overall I really enjoyed the sandwich. read more

There was also a lady that came in and ordered after us that received her order before us. Stopped in today for the first time in literally years. Checked out the menu board and chose an 8" Caesar chicken wrap and a small pack of chips, nothing else. Didn't see a price on the board, and I should have asked. The total for that 8" sandwich and the chips was $15.24. That sandwich was placed on the counter, I wasn't handed napkins or asked if I'd like a bag.No smile, no thank you, no nothing. Reached over and got my own napkins. The worst part was the sandwich itself which was poor. The chicken was bland, the lettuce and tomato were bland. The dressing that was swiped on the wrap had plenty of garlic but wasn't particularly flavorful otherwise. I ended up tossing out about 3/4 of the wrap. Well, if behave always had great service here at the lynnwood location. I always order the same thing and today I received a sandwich with very little meat. When I specifically added more meat. I paid $23 dollars for the picture below. I called and the manager insisted he made it himself and this is the correct way. My order history shows I have ordered the same thing. However this isn't the fault of the lovely line workers at this location, but actually of the order taker who seemed to be having a bad day. She couldn't be bothered to speak clearly, be friendly, or even ensure that our order was taken correctly. This resulted in a sandwich being made wrong and having to ask for more ingredients. Always quick service. I will say though multiple times Ive walked in this location and had to wait for workers to stop their conversation to order a usual. I only mention this because I honestly don't remember a time that I didn't have to wait a couple minutes for someone to just pivot themselves and take my usual order for 10-30 seconds and continue their conversation. Otherwise haven't had a problem! Nice enough folks, not sure if their the same ones each time, but a nice fast crew. Without any upselling pressure. They want you in and out and on your way. My boyfriend speaks highly of Jimmy Johns and says it can't even compare to Subway, so I had high hopes. I was a sandwich artist at subway and I loved it, except the amount of bread, too much. So I ordered the #15, the Tuna. & he had to have a pickle. The pickle was fine, not bad but not the best I've ever had. Can there be "the greatest" of a pickle?
