Tried to order delivery online. Site said my billing zip/address was incorrect and they couldn't complete the order. But they charged my account 4 times. I called for assistance and spoke to the "manager" who wasn't very helpful or apathetic and advised me to contact my bank. So I verified with my bank that i used the correct info and now i have to wait a few business days to get my money back because they have to dispute the charges with this place. So i paid 4 times for an order i didn't receive and have to wait a few days to get my money back. Poor management and poor website ordering has turned me away from Jimmy John's. Not like it'll change anything, but it's upsetting and wanted to share to warn anyone who orders online. read more

Worst sandwich I've ever ordered from a sandwich shop! The bread was right out of the refrigerator; very hard, dry and cold. The ingredients were very skimpy and tasteless. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

Called in for a deliver and they apparently could hear me so they kept passing the phone over and over after I gave my order to someone else. The put the phone down and began talking about me not thinking I could hear them. They can't keep a good staff there! read more

Never been to JJ till today ! I passed by it and was hungry and stopped by . I got a turkey sandwich with provolone cheese . Basic and tasteless ! They don't toast and bread and they don't melt the cheese !!! I will stick with subway for now ! I want my bread toasted darn it !no wonder the sandwiches are made fast ! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I stopped in to grab a couple of sandwiches like I do many other Jimmy Johns locations. I ordered 2 sandwiches and when I got home one of them was wrong (I live 30 minutes from the location). We politely called up to the store and explained the situation which the nice lady answered and said they would credit us back. 5 minutes later the store manager Aldair called my wife back and starting arguing with her rather than voiding a $4-6 charge. I then got in the phone and he started arguing with me and was calling me a liar about what I had actually ordered. I then asked for the owners information which he didn't give me and then he gave me a wrong number to the so called area manager. Will not be going back to any jimmy johns because of this terrible experience. read more

I am in sales and use Jimmy John's 3 times a week to feed my medical offices and I have to say this is my favorite Jimmy John's I have EVER used. I messed up an order late at night and had them deliver a large catering order to an office at 11 pm instead of 11 am the next day - I called and the general manager was nice enough to not charge me again and had the large order re prepared and delivered the next day at the right time free of charge. If you need catering for any event this Jimmy John's is the way to go!! read more

I'm glad I finally tried this place. You can tell the difference in quality compared to some of the other sandwich chains. I wish they offered hot sandwiches,but I'm sure that not offering hot sandwiches helps keep their prices competetive. Great place to grab a quick bite if your lunch break is limited to 30 minutes. First time at JJ's and totally underwhelming experience. Girl taking order clearly disinterested and barely audible. Tables dirty, ask for napkin to clean my own. Sandwich had no napkins had to get back up to ask. No drink glass offered, had to go ask... Counted 5 employees but no one ever wiped the tables or picked up the trash from floor. Only 3 customer... my coworkers and I used to eat there several times a week, because they delivered and the pricing was great. After 3 years, they apparently rezoned and we were literally one block outside of their coverage area and were not able to deliver anymore. Instead of a curtious explanation why, the manager called us back and told us we did not spend enough money to allow for the extra 1/4 mile of delivery. I didnt know 7-10 employees 3 times a week was not enough profit to allow for an extra 10 minutes a week for a driver. I finally got my husband to try Jimmy Johns. I called in the order to ensure it was correct. Needless to say, they cannot build a sandwich based on the instructions printed from the computer. My husband opened the sandwich, realized it had mayo and threw it away. People request omissions from menu items all the time. These request are from aversions to food items or allergies. I love Jimmy Johns! I come here about once a week and order a number one with no tomatoes. They are never very crowded when I'm there, so I don't have to wait more than two or three minutes to order. I'm always greeted when I walk in the door. Prices are fairly good. Less than 8 dollars for a sandwich, chips and drink. I'm always out of there in less than 5 minutes. I love it! read more

Can't commend this location enough for their customer service. I placed an order online and on my way to the location my kids fell asleep in the car. Rather than wake them just to run in and get my order, one of their amazing employees actually brought the food out to my car. This means so much to a mom of small kids. The Beach club is amazing!! Service was great all the employees were really friendly and nice.

I love the food and service is good. However, the web ordering option doesn't seem to be on par. Our house has ordered food a number of times from this location through the web page and gotten the confirmations just to wait an hour to call and learn that the order was never received by the restaurant and have to re-order over the phone to wait another 30-45 minutes to receive the orders. Subs are not always cut when requested to be cut but other than the cut in half and web order the actual food and quality of food is excellent. The IT webmaster or whoever manages the web orders needs a serious update and re-configure to be more reliable. 10 out 15 times ordering online the order seems to not ever make it to the store. Not confident of the online ordering process. It is also so,what difficult to navigate the menu when your trying to order more than one sub at a time. Just my personal experience. read more
