To the manager's credit, she handled the situation professionally and graciously offered to replace the meal with a fresh box of chicken. Unfortunately, the replacement was no better. The chicken was hot and clearly fresh, but it was just as dry as the first order. I appreciate the manager's effort to make things right, but the food quality was disappointing enough that I won't be returning to this location. If you're used to the quality at the Plano restaurant, don't assume you'll get the same experience here.

She finally took my name for a party of three and quoted a 30-45 minute wait, without accounting for the time already lost.
