I have to leave a bad review because I've been coming to this Jersey mikes for years and within the past 2-3 months the sandwiches have been very inconsistent and mediocre . My order has been wrong so many times and it's due to simply not paying attention. I ordered a sandwich with Swiss cheese and another with American cheese and both sandwiches will have Swiss cheese, wrong bread, certain requests missing. Recently I've been receiving ONE slice of meat! ONE slice of meat is ridiculous! These sandwiches cost $14. I'm not sure if there are new staff or what's going on but this place used to have it together. It's very hit or miss now. read more

I ordered sandwiches for a church meeting from this location. From the beginning advanced order, to the pick up, and help to the car, my experience was amazing. Customer service is so rare these days, and this Jersey Mike's really has it down. Thank you to each one of the gentlemen that helped me. Our group enjoyed the sandwiches on a very hot day. This Jersey Mike's opened last year and it's very convenient since it's close to where I live. The people are always very nice and the service is quick. The sandwiches are very good, and they have "subs in a tub" as well. If you haven't tried their cookies, give them a shot, I think they are delicious. When all the craziness hit this year, they were only offering take-out, but now they have limited seating inside. Is Jersey Mike's a little more expensive than other sandwich places? Yes. BUT, I think you get a better quality sandwich and more quantity. I feel the price is worth the quality. This is the best JM I have probably ever been to. First thing you notice is how clean it always is. Even the meat slicer has been clean every time I go in there. Most other locations have a pile of crumbs or meat bits all around it. The sandwiches are always great, and the staff at this location is very friendly. Had a great experience here. Have been waiting for the store to open for a while since I live nearby, but the manager and staff were AWESOME. The sandwich was as good as I always expect from JM, but the staff made the difference. There was a "gentleman" ahead of me who was making a MAJOR deal about something he didn't like with his wife's salad or something. I couldn't hear it all, but know the type. You know, the jackhole that's threatening to write a bad review because someone got disrespected, yadayadayada. At one point there were 5-6 staff people listening to a condescending lecture but working on "fixing" his issue and bending over backwards to make it right. He wasn't as accommodating. Regardless, I was in and out quickly, had a great food experience and just didn't want a post to show up before I had the chance to compliment the customer service that they seem committed to. read more

LOVE JERSEY MIKE's. But you wear gloves for a reason as I watch my sandwich being made the employee picks up phone with the gloves on uses a pen to take order. Then goes right back to making sandwich on grill doesn't change gloves...so at this point the only person you are protecting is the employee. I ask for no tomatoes, he puts tomatoes on sandwich then takes tomatoes off, good thing I am not allergic to tomatoes. My experience was amazing! I had an issue with DoorDash delivering my order to who knows where. I called Jersey Mikes to see what options I had to try to fix the problem. Brian went above and beyond! He chose to remake my order himself and personally delivered it to my house. He also threw in a brownie because he said he wanted to make up for any inconvenience I had already experienced. So glad to see a Jersey Mikes close to my house. This location has tremendous staff who are always friendly and efficient. Today, my 10 year old son went in alone to order us 2 subs. An employee named "Will" was so friendly to him and even complemented him coming in by himself while I watched from outside.
