I have been ordering from this restaurant many times since I moved here almost 10 years ago. They have always been consistent and rarely have I had any issues with them. Now, I think corporate had decided to not be freak fast anymore by getting rid of their delivery people. As a result, they are using Iber Eats. Before the change, I would order the app and get my food delivered within 15 mins but with Uber Eats, it could take 30+ mins. Sadly, as much as I love Jimmy Johns, this will prevent me from being a semi regular customer anymore. When I wake up, I have to leave within 1 hour and there is no time to hope Uber Eats will come within that hour. read more

Came here twice within the last 2 months, first time genuinely took 15 MINUTES in the drive through for one sandwich (I was the only person in the drive through, maybe 2 people inside) and they gave me the wrong one. Second time took around 5 minutes which is whatever. read more

Really bad service, I went there to get a couple sandwiches for dinner and when I walked I I was told they were under staffed and the inside was not filling orders. But then was told I could go through the drive thru and order. Mind you while I was being told this by the worker there was no one in the drive thru. Slow slow slow. And skimpy with ingredients. We are stuck with the Orchard Road Jimmy John's as the Rt 71 location in Oswego closes early for some reason. Our whole family has noticed a huge difference in the amount of ingredients on the sandwiches from Orchard Rd and their prep/delivery time is ridiculously slow. Order tracker shows received 40 mins ago and still not out the door for delivery. It's Sun night so not a super busy time. Rt 71 store was always on point. The first time, it took over an hour to get my sandwich and on top of that, they got my order wrong and I couldn't even eat it since I asked for no mayo due to a dairy allergy. I don't like JJ but this one has a drive thru which I find to be pretty convenient when I do stop here for a quick bite. One time I did order for delivery and they messed up the order, but were freaky fast to fix the mistake, bring us a new sandwich, and even let us keep the first (incorrect) sandwich..although we really didn't want it. I loved Jimmy John's but for some reason this location can never get it right. It's closest to my house but they get my order wrong honestly 70% of the time. Finally this last time they came back to deliver the correct order, which was nice, but then they asked for the wrong sandwich back, which I happily provided, but I felt that they were questioning my honesty. The past 4 out of 5 deliveries (not exaggerating), were incorrect. Either they forgot to bring something or the sandwich wasn't made correctly. The other day I wanted lunch so I thought I'd stop in in person and give them the benefit of the doubt. Yet again my sandwich was made incorrectly and it was a simple as asking for extra cucumbers and not getting them. So that now makes five out of six times ordering from this location where something wasn't done correctly. I've given this JJs many chances. I've tried pick up, drive thru, delivery and staying in shop. None of it every goes well. They consistently mess up my sandwich or give me the wrong chips. They once gave me a straight up cup of ice with no drink in it. Super disappointing. I used to work for a different local JJs so I know the corporate policies and this one def has old bread, not washing before gloves, and more issues. The sandwiches are inconsistent too. The sandwiches at JJs are supposed to be the same every bite and this one never ends up the way it should. Delivery times in the half hour range. Any Jimmy Johns makes decent sandwiches for a fast food joint. This particular one though has a few issues with following directions. I order a couple times from this Jimmy Johns and got pretty decent service. Drivers were fast sandwiches were good. A couple times though when I ordered online I wanted the sandwich cut in half to share with a 5 year old and needed mayo and mustard packets on the side for my part of the sandwich. Well they never cut the sandwich and put mayo on the whole sandwich after I requested not to. So I figured I would try again at another time. Well basically the same thing minus the mayo on the sandwich but this time no mayo or mustard packets. Sorry Jimmy Johns I wish I could give you a better rating but this is happening too often. I love jimmy johns but this location has some improvement that needs done. Of the last 5 times I've ordered something was wrong. 1 time my pop was flat. 1 time a driver got stuck but I had to call to ask where my food was, they should've called me. 1 time I got someone else's order. I live a couple blocks away from here but always 40mins to deliver. That's not freaky fast. However, every time I called to inform of my wrong order they gave us a comp sandwich. They have always been nice and friendly. I've gone thru drive and not once did they mess up order. I'll still go to this location. I just think they need improvement. Worst service ever! They were fast to deliver, but the person I talked to Louis screwed up the entire order. When I called back I talked to Louis again who i could hardly understand the first time and was even worse the second time. I ordered the gargantuan and i got a sandwich on two pieces of bread. What I think he told me is that my sandwich, that was half the size of the one I was supposed to get was right. Long story short they argued with me then asked if they could get their sandwiches back and send me new ones. I told them no and hung up. Of course I would not take the sandwiches from them after the argued with me so they could spit in them or do something worse. not a CHANCE! I then called back again and got Cynthia which could speak English. I demanded my money back and she asked for their sandwiches. BEWARE! I suggest if you want it right go in. This isn't the first time they screwed up! AND NOT ONCE DID THEY SAY THEY WERE SORRY When I ask to talk to the Manager they said their was not one their!
