I tried to give this location another chance but they always mess up my order and when I ask to scoop the bread out they never do. Plus they use some type of Italian dressing not the oil and vinegar on the Vito which makes the taste seem very off. If I'm going to pay $10 for a sub I want it the way I ordered it. read more

Manager Laura insisted that the only way she could assist me was for me to BRING MY SANDWICH BACK FOR INSPECTION. I mobile ordered via the app a sandwich. My sandwich was missing Cucumber, Peppers and Mayo. I called and spoke with Laura who instead of saying I'll credit you for the mismade sandwich, you can come grab cucumbers, peppers and a pack or two of Mayo she tells me she needs to inspect my sandwich. After I told her that was ridiculous why would I lie about cucumbers, peppers and Mayo she went on to tell me that she couldn't do anything without me bringing it back. Then she said "are we really doing this over some cucumbers, peppers and Mayo. Just as she is concerned about her profit, I'm concerned about money I'm spending. We ordered our food at 11:31 am and it took them 45 minutes to get it delivered. And I live across the street. The ice in our drinks was completely melted and well , it ruined our drinks. Although I doubt my review will deter anyone from going here I would still like the management team to know about my recent unsatisfactory experience with this location (if they even bother to read these) On 1/25/22 I placed an order via the app. I ordered a #16 with no tomato and add avocado spread with an unsweetened iced tea. Normally JJ is very fast and it took almost 45 mins to get my order, but I understand with the snow and lack of help these days sometimes there will be a delay. My issue is that when my order came I put my straw in my drink and BAM hits me like a truck because I was given some kind of soda! I do not drink soda of any kind nor have I in many years. I called the manager and he was polite and apologized and said he will send someone out with my drink asap. Well now after I hang up I get to my sandwich and notice there is literally not even a quarter sized "smear" of avocado on it so I call back to discuss this as well. The manager assured me he would fix it and get someone out right away About 40 mins passed by before someone came back with my food and drink. The drink is now fine but I feel like the joke is on me again because while my sandwich is correct this time, the bread is hard and stale and I know it is not from a batch made today. Luckily I still had the old sandwich and I just moved my toppings on to the first bread (which was still very soft) I understand people make mistakes and the manager did seem to be polite when I called but cmon after you mess up an order once, you need to make sure the replacement order is PERFECT especially after now waiting over an hour and a half for a simple sandwich!! read more

Great job fellas(sarcasm)...4 or 5 guys working behind the counter, I'm the only customer in line so they're not busy. I order 2 sandwiches a Veggie with no mayo and a Beach Club with easy mayo which is turkey, cheese and avocado. They put mayo on both sandwiches and they forgot to put the Turkey on my Beach Club. It was a to-go order so I didn't realize the mistake until I got the sandwiches home. I guess that's one of the few downsides to low unemployment, it's hard to find good help. If I could give a zero for crappy service I would. I used to go to the JJ on 59 by Hobby Lobby. Gave them my business for almost 15 years. About a year ago they said they couldn't deliver to us anymore because there was a new store being built. Well low and behold a new store was built. They delivered to us once and then stopped. We literally live 3 minutes away. When I called for another delivery they said we were out of their area. I even called corporate to complain. Still no delivery. They could really care less. I went to this location about 10 minutes after closing. I didn't know it was closed and the workers were still there. I walked away and the manager came and got me from my car and said that he would still make a sandwich. I asked was he sure and he told me yes. He made me one sandwich and offered a new pre made sandwich with salami on the house. The food was still fresh and his entire staff was nice. read more

I wish I could give an even lower rating, but 1 star will have to do. I have had so many bad experiences here solely due to the fact that the staff is extremely rude. For my most recent experience, I had a T-Mobile Tuesday coupon for a free little John. After placing an order for my entire family. The store called me to let me know my ordered was canceled because they ran out of little John bread. I called pretty annoyed because they hadn't updated the app to reflect being out of that particular bread. I also completely lost the coupon because the order was cancelled. This location just lost my business. None of the staff were wearing masks when I walked in. Then they started to put them on when they saw me. One raised her mask with the gloves she had on and then continued to unload the bread from the tray without changing gloves. Doesn't seem like they take COVID very seriously! read more

Ordered over $300 worth of catering sandwiches and the bozos didn't label any sandwich or even the boxes. Had people with food allergies and little kids who of course would only eat certain things. I don't fault the high schoolers working there I fault the management for not instilling common sense into their process. Called to speak to Manager and of course he wasn't available.
