It's ok don't get me wrong it was good, but as for veggie options they don't have any. The only veggie they have was tomatoes, lettuce and that's it. Seriously when I want a sandwich or a wrap I would like more in my sandwiches. read more

so i just left this place and had ordered and italian and subbed the ham for turkey, which was an extra cost, (that's fine.) Upon looking at the menu multiple times to make sure that mayo was not one of the ingredients on the sandwich, i figured it would not have mayo on it. Anyways the sandwich was given to me and sure enough i opened it in the car and bam mayo slathered on both buns like one half isn't enough. so i went back in to let them know i cannot do mayo and would see if they would replace it as there is nothing written in the menu stating that that sammy should have mayo, its and italian sub it has oil and vinegar, and oregano, why put mayo on it too, and if you are going to do that at least put it in the ingredients list on the menu. but low and behold after having the whole crew walk to the back of the store and leaving me standing at the register wondering if i should just leave, or if they are just ignoring me. i didn't quite know, so i continued to wait. after a couple minutes the woman comes back and says, "so we are going to have to just run that again to get you you're sandwich." "the manager said, since all our sandwiches come with mayo you need to rebuy it." (and by the way the manager was not the least bit friendly, seemed more so like she just did not want to be there.) i think if mayo is on all the sammys maybe that should be listed in the ingredients for what comes on it? I'm not sure but how the hell am i supposed to know all the hidden toppings that are not listed on the menu but actually come on it? needless to say i did not rebuy another sandwich to fix an error i would have corrected from the start had i known that it would be coming on my sammy without me knowing. i just threw the sandwich away as i walked out the door and will never be going to another jimmy johns again. that experience really turned me off, their customer service was lacking if any at all exists. i didn't find any of the employees there super helpful, and again the manager was seeming to not care too much about anything, i actually felt like i was inconveniencing her just by coming in. all said and done i felt very unhappy with that experience and was disappointed to say the least that such a large food chain restaurant would train there managers and emplyees to have such poor customer service, it ended up being a waste of my time and money to stop there today and I'm sorry i did, and will never waste my time there again. read more

Very clean and very fast. Yes, Freaky Fast. Unfortunately there's nothing special about their taste. I ordered a Lulu sans tomato which is turkey, bacon and lettuce. I didn't know I could add other things to the sandwich. Would have been nice had the clerk asked me although it is my responsibility so I take the blame. My sandwich looked more like a salad in bread than a cold cut lunch. (See picture) Reminds me of a famous 1980s commercial "Where's the beef?" The only thing that stood out was the jalapeño chips which were spectacular! Food wasn't gross, it just happen to be very bland. read more

It isn't necessarily their fault but they won't deliver to my home- they will deliver to the house next door but not my home.... I agreed to meet them at Giant Eagle to get our order. We ordered 2 of the exact same sandwiches (Club LuLu) One didn't have lettuce.... I'm accustomed to the Westlake location which is extremely fast. This took 25 minutes. I've had sandwiches from JJ's twice, and they were just OK. The tuna sandwich was very bland, and definitely needs some 'kick'. They need to add more lemon, mayo, pepper, onions, dill, etc. That said, the breads taste fresh, and the service here is fast. I'll probably come back and try another type of sandwich, but for now, my favorite 'go to' place for great subs and wraps is 'Jersey Mikes'. That place is AMAZING! read more

THE MOST unprofessional child runs this store-- Mitch. 2 hours after placing a $60 order for delivery, I called the store to ask when it would be here. He (The General Manager of Store #9 - Mitch) responded with "Never. I have it as a pickup". I read him my order number and offered to send him a copy of the email receipt showing that it is IN FACT a delivery, hence the delivery charge and LEAVE AT FRONT DOOR option. He literally said "That's not what the order is, so I'm afraid you're out of luck. I don't do technical support" I asked that he simply send the sandwiches (that had been sitting there for over 2 hours) with a delivery guy (now that he knows it is IN FACT a delivery), and he again said "No. I'm not doing that because I don't know how to change it in the computer. I'm just cancelling your order." I asked for his name, and he said "NO! You don't need my name. I'm the boss that's all you need to know." He then made several rude and sarcastic comments about how we don't get to eat now. He also made several comments about how we don't know who he is and there's nothing I can do about it. Well, I DO know who he is, because he called my house from his cell phone once during a delivery to ask why there was no tip on the credit card. I explained that I was tipping in cash. Just ate in at this location, my first time there. Not bad, fairly tasty but nothing amazing. I would say it's a little better than your average Subway. The bread is very good. Poor service. They shorted our takeout order on May 17th. We called when we got home and realized this. The person who answered the phone suggested they could deliver to us. Then the manager told him we lived outside their delivery area. Our home is 2.4 miles from their shop. We won't be going there again. read more

I have never been to a Jimmy John's before, but since I had an outside experience with one of their rude employees I would never go there. I was waiting at the Chick fil a drive thru on a Saturday night so naturally, it was busy. The line to even get in the parking lot was so long it continued out to the street. I was stuck at the front of the lot waiting to move up in line and when we finally did, a Jimmy John's employee in their company car drove right next to me, flipped me off, and drove away. Completely uncalled for. I had no other choice and couldn't do anything about it. It's not my fault that Chick fil a is so busy that the line is out on the street and an employee from a DIFFERENT restaurant decided to use this entrance to cut through to get to your own restaurant. And got mad AT ME that it was busy and the line was barely moving. I don't know why an employee would be so rude in their job's company car because it paints a clear picture and gives a bad impression of how you could be treated in the restaurant. read more
