I usually visit this location more often then not, Tonight 8/2 I sent an online order in roughly 10-15 minutes before arrival, I proceeded through the drive thru and had to wait for the vehicle in front of me for a pretty lengthy time I then proceeded up to the window paid and waited much longer then I truly thought it was going to take after receiving my order I got home excited to tear into some eats, to realize it was not what I ordered !! I then proceeded to call and explain the situation they wanted me to actually come back, I explained I am home now I am not coming back !! Needless to say I didn't eat the sandwich that I was given it went str8 into the trash !! There was no sorry we can make you your order correctly and deliver it to you for the inconvenience instead we'll just refund your card.. I'm curious to see if that happens!! Ordered through door dash a giant club lulu for lunch the next couple days and it arrived with no turkey. How could a worker be so careless.... That's legit the main protein for the entire sandwich. Horrible service! I've been to this location a few dozen times over the years. I don't think I've ever had an issue with service in the past - nothing memorable, good or bad. Yesterday we wanted one sub. When we got the sub the order was wrong. Not a big deal. Easy fix. We explained the error and the entire staff made it a point to get involved to tell me how I was wrong. First, I'm 100% sure I ordered the correct order. It was extremely simple. Second, how can I be wrong? I know what I wanted. I didn't get it. I explained (again) my order with a smile on my face sensing the tension building on the other side only to get a nasty attitude and an eye roll. I received my replacement sub - 16" - and it had two pieces of meat. It was the saddest looking Jimmy John's sub I've ever seen. I brought this up to the crew and again was met with hostility and another eye roll. Order via the app as I do at least once a week! Once I placed my order I waited 40mins for my order to be delivered. I get my sandwich and it's completely wrong!! I call the store and say not only did my order take forever to get here (which it never does), it's not the correct order. The same driver brings the new sandwich back and hour later! Fortunately for us, they've moved up closer to the boonies and we didn't have to drive all the way down to GR! Our sandwiches were nearly done by the time we finished ordering and paying. I generally do not eat fast food, but I gave it a try and I am hooked on their #7 Unwich Sub. It is their Spicy East Coast Italian Sub Sandwich that lettuce is used instead of your standard bread. The menu has many choices to please everyone's palate. I gave JJs a try because their unwich sandwich is Keto Friendly. So very happy I did. I used the drive-up and was greeted with a friendly staff member. The delivery of our sandwiches was given to us in very timely manner. Third time I have been here. Employees range from apathetic to somewhat rude. On third visit (today), multiple sandwiches were mixed up (several people in front of me had issues with their orders). I ordered no avocado plus oregano and got back to my office to find lots of avo and no oregano. Wouldn't have bugged me as much if the employees had been nice (except a new guy in training who was nice to everyone). Been to alot of JJ's - the employees at this one need to pay attention to the customer and the order - try some eye contact and smiling. read more
