Food: 4 stars - I ordered a giant #14 The Bootlegger Club on French bread (it comes with roast beef and turkey with mayo, and lettuce and tomatoes). I added cucumber, onions, oil and vinegar. The giant size is 16" total and was enough to feed two smaller sized people (my wife and I). I took the sandwich home and threw it in the toaster oven to get a nice little golden crunch to the bread and it was delicious! I would just say the price point for a cold cut sandwich is getting ridiculous. I miss the days of the $5 foot-longs but now it's about $10 for 8". Service: 5 stars - There was an older gentleman working the register who was nice, friendly and customer oriented. My order was completed swiftly and there was very little wait time. Ambiance: 4 stars - The place is small but has ample seating for dining in. There are booths and stools (bar-top style seating) along the outer wall/windows. The open "kitchen" looked clean and well organized. The place looked well managed for the most part. Except when I sat down at a booth to wait for my order, I noticed the table had not been wiped down from the previous patrons who ate there. Although, right after all the orders were taken, the man who took the orders immediately went to go wipe down the tables. Overall: 4 stars - Honestly, I don't know why they haven't offered toasted sandwiches earlier. I suppose to each their own, but after toasting my sandwich when I brought it home, I wouldn't have it any other way. However, for a cold cut sandwich, it's hard for me to justify $10 for an 8" sandwich but we don't have much of a choice these days. On 4/10 I ordered through the mobile app for delivery. It was then re- routed to uber and then the order was cancelled and didn't show up. After 1 hour of waiting I called the store and was put on hold for almost 30 minutes. The worthless manager named Tami states she doesn't know how to give refunds ($30) and would have to call the GM. It is hard to find a near parking lot but there are plenty of spaces in the plaza. The entrance is a little Biden in the corner. The service is fast, and the staff are good. The sandwiches are good, the tuna sandwiches I got today was a little dry though, but I "fixed" it with some Mayo at home. The thing I didn't like about this visit is that the guys making the sandwiches we're wearing ear buds hence it was only on one of their ears they guy making mine didn't hear me when I asked for lettuce on my sandwich. We haven't been to Jimmy John's in forever and seduced to stop to pick up some sandwiches before heading to the lake. While service was great our entire visit the food just wasn't great. My sandwich had so much mayonnaise I couldn't even finish it My husband and daughter both waisted half of theirs as well for similar reasons. The bread isn't my favorite and just gives me that almost stale taste. That is of course my opinion. I'll stick to my other sandwich shop from now on. read more

Second the food is fabulous, made exactly the way one requests it, but what makes this jimmy Johns stick out is the fabulous employees... it starts at the top, the general manger jj is unlike ANY gm I have ever encountered...being in the business for over 20 years, I know competent, and am able to within five minutes can comprehend how their establishment is run and this one is run with ease care and making sure everyone has an APlus experience. Being acknowledged when one comes in by name, asking about one's day and doing what they are able to do to put a smile on one's face is exactly how jj has trained their staff along with their fabulous ast manger Frank . This restaurant is unlike any others as it's like one big family and you're coming into their home and they are taking care of you! There is no designated parking for curbside, and this parking lot is a nightmare so there's never parking. Don't bother ordering curbside unless you're parked absolutely right in front of the door (good luck!). The ap requires you to "check in" when you arrive so when I walked in to ask for my order, then ask if they still do curbside, they said "we didn't see your car". Even though I was one over from right out the door, I could see the door the entire time, no one came to the door to even check for my vehicle. One of the fascinating things about Jimmy Johns is that they're all about making your order super fast and this place was no different. My friends and I all ordered giant subs. They made a mistake with my order and gave me a regular instead of a giant. I went over and told them I ordered a giant and was prepared to pay for it but the general manager said he'd upgrade me to a giant for free. That was extremely nice of him. Sandwiches have never been really great here. Always teenagers who don't care about quality of service or cleanliness but I've never seen something like what I did tonight. The shift lead or manager was yelling at the other workers in there and throwing stuff around the kitchen. This Jimmy John's location is amazing! We were looking for help with lunch for my son's Boy Scout Eagle Scout project. They were sooooo generous with what they offered to donate that it blew us away. The manager that helped us and all the employees were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything went perfectly for us. The food was awesome, just as I would expect from Jimmy John's. We also have Jimmy John's from this location brought to our charter school for lunches and they are always delicious. Do NOT order for delivery on their app. Twice now I've had failed deliveries- the first time I tried a few months ago, they just cancelled it on their own. Today I decided to try it again...made the order at 11:25am, app stated it was "out for delivery" at 11:46am...waited until 12:50pm to call them because I hadn't received it and it had been an hour since it was "out for delivery" and I only live half a mile away...I gave grace thinking they had multiple orders to deliver...the guy who spoke to me was very rude, said that it should be there when I literally was standing outside and I have proof with my door cam that NO ONE had come to my door. The guy said well it hasn't been marked as delivered yet so it's probably on its way. I waited a little longer then noticed on my app it was marked as "delivered" after 5 minutes of that conversation. There was no delivery, so that was a lie. This was my first time ever having a Jimmy John's sandwich! My husband and I are keto, have been for years, so we just never thought about going there. Our daughter told us to go, because it was amazing, and to order our sandwich's un-wiched. OMG! So amazing! We both ordered the turkey club with extra hot peppers and extra onions. My cashier was Skyler, he was on his phone and he was rude and did not seem like he wanted to be there, we've all been there but that's your job. Went in to order 3 trays of their party sandwiches for a party this past Thursday .. I ordered a variety of ham, turkey and roast beef.. they were dressed with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese... Adam was very kind and helpful with my order and said he would have them ready for the time we decided ...I arrived at 4 to 3 perfect trays of sandwiches as well as condiments ... Adam also gave us 3 complimentary pickle buckets which everyone loved ..These sandwiches are perfect for parties , they are cut into thirds and loaded with delicious ham, turkey and roast .. the bread is fresh and delicious !!!
