Jimmy John's has consistency down pat. Each time I've ordered from here they've done a great job of getting me my food quickly and as I ordered. The food is always fresh (if you can have fresh deli meat ), but the veggies are fresh, and ordering is simple. Great job guys and keep up the great work. read more

I have eaten at about 15 places in this town and this place and the pizza place are the only two places that even have a clue on what customer service is, and the food is food. To show you how much I like this place, I walked 2 miles in the heat just to come here and eat. So, if I do that, then you know they must be doing something right. Jimmy johns is amazing! The Unwhich is to die for! The service is super fast and really nice! My daughter is so complicated on ordering food and the lady was really patient and tried to help her with suggestions! I love this place and will be a loyal customer! Oh and P.S. I placed an order thru my phone since we live 45 minutes away and received confirmation that the order was received. I waited 15 minutes in my car, thinking it would soon be ready but nope, so I got out and walked in and saw there were a couple of walk-in customers. I waited for my order while the walk ins received their orders so finally I told the employee I had placed an order thru their app a while ago and lo and behold she grabbed the order slip that was in front of her and said " oh yeah, I'll work on it right now ". Unbelievable. If my husband didn't like their sandwiches so much, I would never patronize this particular franchise again. read more

Jimmy John's is a sandwich shop located in Stephenville, Texas. It's themed like an old timey sandwich or malt shop, and it's biggest selling point is how fast they get your food out. PROS + Great tasting food that's also pretty healthy, and right at 5$. Their selection of sandwiches isn't the biggest around, but it doesn't really need to be for how affordable and good the food is. + Gotta go fast? Then this is the place for you. Even on busy days, these guys make their sandwiches like lightning, and they don't sacrifice any quality. The food will come out fast, and it will be neat, pretty and tasty. + The staff are really friendly. + They do delivery. I've never used it since I live literally right next to the shop, but they have it. CONS - The location is a small outlet that's got a pretty small and wonky parking lot in front, and shares the side parking lot with another larger outlet mall. You might miss it if you don't already know about it. - It's small, again due to location. They have only 5 tables inside and one outside for sitting down and eating, which is a shame because it's a really nice little hole in the wall. This is my current favorite place to eat in Stephenville. It's fast, it's easy, it tastes great and it's wonderfully affordable. I feel like they would have benefited from finding a location closer to the University, but it's location isn't bad at all. In all honesty the cons here are just little nit picky things, and thus Jimmy Johns earns a 5 star rating because the cons don't take away from the experience. read more

They simple cannot take an order to deliver at the University, we have had food delivered here before and I asked the person to ask someone who he worked with if they knew where the Tarleton Center was, and he refused. The best way to describe this place, is "better than the other sandwich chain". You know the one with the spokesman and annoying old school, theme song? Anyway, it is certainly a crowd pleaser that won't break the budget. For me the difference is the bread, it tastes so much better than the competition.
