I paid $2 for a pickle with my sandwich and unfortunately it was left out of the order. I know Jimmy John's prides itself on speed, but accuracy is just as important. Part of the responsibility is on me for not checking before I left, but I didn't expect the order to be incomplete. Since I had already finished my sandwich, I no longer needed the pickle, but management also wouldn't allow me to swap for an equivalent side (like a cookie) on a return visit. It's a Jimmy John's. The staff is fine, friendly and quick. The sandwiches are basic but that's what I want at Jimmy John's.

I have eaten here many times from various meetings where this food was brought in. I have not been into a store to order and will not again. I told the girl that I had not been there before and i wpuld have expected something like thanks for.coming in. At least 4 workers talking to each other. I was the only customer and no one greeted me or said good bye or anything. That sounds petty but in a highly competitive world friendly staff makes a makes a difference.the bread on the veggie sandwich was dry. My husband's Italian sandwich was dry. Came in on Labor Day, waiting for my sandwich to be made and a man comes in, refusing to hang up his phone to order. Places his order and then asks the cashier a question regarding his order. ( I'm not entirely too sure what he asked her to do, something about wrapping each half of his 3 sandwiches separately but he was pretty crass from the beginning.) she explained they could not do that. He started screaming at her, throwing a tantrum and threatening to message her boss... He called her rude and other names... This poor girl was so kind and as accommodating as possible.. He did not deserve to be treated with as much patience and kindness as she was giving him. He literally screamed at her in jimmy johns for about 5-10 minutes... So, I enjoyed my delicious number six, told him to stop being such an ass to someone on a national holiday, and took his photo. Hopefully her manager sees this review and brushes off this man's absolutely absurd complaint/massive temper tantrum... Of all the sub/sandwich shops this is my favorite. Always quick. Always fresh Always tasty. My favorite is Vito with hot peppers added. The French bread is my choice most often. On occasion I'll get the tuna which is fantastic too. read more

This Jimmy John's refused service to me. They asked if I had a mask to wear and when I stated that I couldn't because I have a medical condition, they told me to leave and order out side. THEN, they never answered the phone when I called to place an order. I won't be returning. read more

I have gotten their subs for quite a few years, and my place of business uses them too. All of my food from has been great, and of course, they're fast. Their staff has aways been polite and pleasant to top it off. 5/5 read more

Came here after working two 12 hour shifts in a row, was starving and exhausted. Employees acted like they did not want to be there at all. They were rude and they said they couldn't put sliced pickles in on my sub for no reason. Very unimpressed with the service here. read more

I placed an order online for lunch this morning to be delivered between 12:00 and 12:15pm. I received a call at 12:05 apologizing for the delay and the driver showed up at 12:12, before the window was even up. Talk about prompt and great customer service! Don't see that much anymore. I had surgery last week and called Jimmy John's tonight to have a beach club sandwich delivered, only to be told that I live too far from their location and they couldn't deliver to me., otherwise they would get in trouble. Even though I spoke with someone who was identifiedas a manager to make an exception because of my surgery, I was told no. Very disappointed!!! read more
