Super friendly stuff. Crazy fast drive-through. I always get the Italian nightclub unwhich and it's incredible every time

Went with my Dad for his first Jimmy John's visit. Lunch was great - sandwiches were perfect and well made. He had his #11 heated and he LOVED it! I had the #4 and it was very tasty! Dining area was very clean! One of the employees was cleaning tables while we were there. Great experience. We'll be back!! read more

Definitely wasn't the warm and friendly customer service I would have liked. The lady was cold and nasty disposition even when I tried to smile at her. I would highly suggest she NOT be the face of this business.I will definitely not patronize this establishment again. read more

Nothing Freaky Fast here! I walked in and placed my order (per the receipt) at 7:09pm. There were a few cars in the drive thru and 2 orders inside in front of me. I asked for a #16 add cheese only lettuce and a #10 add onions only lettuce. There was 1 person working on the orders that were in store and she was obviously relatively new since she had to look at the menu to know how to make the sandwiches. There were 2 employees standing together up front, both with drive thru headsets on. The man was obviously making sandwiches either for the drive thru or what appeared to be a large delivery order. They both chatted and giggled together as the other employee struggled to make the orders in the store. I finally got my order at 7:30pm and walked to the car. Given the fact that I had someone new making my order, I checked it. Both sandwiches were wrong and had tomatoes and condiments on them. I walked back in to let them know this and the "new" girl said she did not know that I only wanted lettuce. The man, with a smirk, said that the ingredients are listed under each sandwich on the menu board. I pointed out that none of the sandwiches showed ingredients and he responded "well that's the way they come". They then told me, again with a smirk, that they could not remake them since they were out of bread as he pointed to the bread rack. He then offered to remake 1 since they had just 1 piece of bread left. This was the worst service I have ever seen at a Jimmy John's and I will not be back. I had to give it 1 star to write the review. We ordered delivery and it took over an hour and a half to arrive. There was so much sauce on the sandwiches they were dripping through the bag and the bread was so soggy we couldn't eat most of the sandwich. I decided to give the DT a try to see if it was any better - it wasn't. Requested extra onions - they rang through extra onions but put NO onions on the sandwich. Pretty good sandwiches, they can't toast them but they're delicious as any around. The large is enormous and not for the average lunchon.. They also do a breadless version that's outstanding. Try it out. read more

I'm currently sitting in their drive thru. They have walked past multiple times, and will not acknowledge me. This place opens at 1030. No professionalism anymore. Might want to rethink your staff. read more

The worst experience with any restaurant I've ever had. I called to get my sandwiches delivered. When the women answered the phone she was very short and wasn't helpful at all. When I was asking questions, it was one word answers as if I was wasting her time or something. I finally ordered my food and was getting it delivered but I was 7/10ths of a mile "outside of there delivery range" so I asked them to meet me at a hospital right down the road from my house. I got to the hospital after leaving my house 5 minutes prior and waited for 20-25 minutes at the hospital on the delivery girl. When she got there she was in no hurry to get out of the car, taking her time. I was excited to see a little pace in the delivery because I thought jimmy johns motto is "insanely fast". I was very disappointed in my experience with jimmy johns and wouldn't recommend ordering from here. 1 out of 10 rating. read more

I went here for a quick lunch for the first time and, when I took a bite of my sandwich, I was very disappointed. I ordered the Perfect Italian. The bread was extremely hard on the outside, and it didn't come with that much mayo (It was very dry so I had to get some out my fridge.) The meat tasted okay, but overall there was a lack of flavor. Not only that, the chips were hard and tasted stale. I tried to finish my meal, because it cost around 10 bucks for it all, but I couldn't do it. read more

I usually never have issues with this one but I ordered my sandwich today and when I went to take a bite, I noticed the bread was hard as rock. I don't know if it was because I was in uniform or not but I am very disappointed in this store. It was almost like I was getting the bread that was left out over night. read more

I placed an order for delivery and was told it would be "right there" It's been over an hour and I still don't have my food. I called to check on the status and spoke to a manager who told me she didn't know because the driver had multiple orders and it would be here when it got here. She just kept saying what do you want me to do, cancel your order?... sub par customer service. Won't go here or order from here again. read more

Made my sub wrong. Mayo smelled and tasted sour. $21 for two sub combos is high for only an 8" sub. Asked for yellow mustard on my sub, was given 2 little mustard packets. Had to asked for bag so I could carry my subs out, was handed a bag for me to put my own subs, chips and mustard packets in. A whole lot of employees standing around for some reason while there were dirty tables and seats. The sweet tea was actually very good and refreshing. read more

Giving 3 stars because the delivery driver when as sweet as she could be but if it wasn't for her id put a 1. I placed my online order at 9:24 & just got my 1 tuna sub at 10:15. I live maybe a 1/2 mile from the store so I thought for sure with all the advertisement about Fast delivery it would be faster to choose delivery vs loading the kids up but I was wrong. The guy that answered the phone when I called to see if the order came threw was very nice as well but sadly being nice isn't what's advertised. I could've order something much better then a sandwich if I would've known it was going to take almost an hour. read more
