My iced coffee tasted weird asked for a different drink, food was made wrong with raw potatoes and was charged for the drink I didn't drink. When we asked about they brought out a new ticket barley let us see it then took our card and when we tried to ask why the price was what it was the server talked to us like we were stupid. Then they actually finally listened and realized they didn't leave the itemize like they thought they did so we could see what we were charged. Barley got checked on. Hadn't been here before. No drive thru. No social distancing seating. The food was good--not to die for but will definitely fill you up. Their menu does not have pricing. We ordered breakfast to go from here. The customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Food: Cinnamon rolls were tasty but nothing special. My husband got the bisket debris he really liked them but said they needed more gravy. My father in law got biskets and gravy and liked them a lot. I ordered a create your own omelet with cream cheese, queso, bell peppers, tomatoes, avocado, and chorizo. It was good but again nothing really special. They forgot the queso so I had to go back up to get my order remade. They went above and beyond though to make it right. Over all it was a pretty good experience but there are probably better places to eat. You probably won't find the same great customer service elsewhere though. read more

We went in at 6:11 am and no one was there. We sat down and I asked if they could turn music down as it was blaring in dining room. Waitress went and turned it down a little. She came back with coffee and water but we left. The rock music blaring at 6 am was more than we could take so we left. At next restaurant, we were visiting with waitress there and she said she has been there a few times and the music is always loud when she has been there. Seriously. The music BLARING at 6 in morning? How inconsiderate of workers!!!!! Oh well. I guess that could be reason that minutes after they opened, we were the only ones there and we left. My first experience in 2017 was amazing. Everything was perfect, service and food. Service is still impeccable, and coffee really good, but that's where the good parts ended. My hubs ordered two eggs, pancakes and potatoes, and I got the eggs Benedict, same order as last time. It was perfect then. Some of the best eggs Benedict I've ever had. But today was downright scary. When it arrived at our table, I was shocked they ever let it out of the kitchen like that. The hollandaise sauce was a mess. I order this dish often and I've never seen it look like that. It wasn't creamy at all, it was liquid and the color was weird. It looked like it was full of grease bubbles. Hard to explain, but it was just gross. My husband, who would rather eat dirt than send something back, even said "I wouldn't eat that if I was you." I gave it a shot and quickly realized that the poached eggs were completely raw. They literally disintegrated. Raw liquid egg covered everything. And it was so unbelievably salty, I had to spit the bite out. My husband's eggs were also completely raw, not even close to over-easy. He decided to eat the potatoes and pancakes and leave the eggs behind. They brought me biscuits and gravy instead. Biscuits were just okay, but gravy was good. But seriously, if you can't get fried and poached eggs right, it's time for a new cook. Or perhaps more training? I hope they fix this, because otherwise it's a great place. read more

Don't mind the "Wait to be seated" sign at the front door, just find a seat. You will stand there looking like an idiot while all the employees stand around looking at you. It seems like there is no direction from management. There are not enough employees on the floor to keep the customers satisfied. I would have been better off going to IHOP a few blocks away, but I thought I'd give it a chance. If you are hungry right away, definitely go somewhere else because I've been waiting for 40 minutes now for my food. I put it politely earlier, but I'll go ahead and say it, "The Service Sucks!" So after waiting the for my food for forty minutes, my waitress approached and apologized for for the wait. She advised that the food should be out in another five minutes. Approximately 10-15 minutes later, I see her with her face in her palms shaking her head. Oh wait, it gets better..........She approached and apologized for the wait again and then advised us that she did not know when our food would be ready because, "THEY HAD RUN OUT EGGS!!!" I will say that there are some "sides" that are an additional charge and we didn't know about them until we got the bill - but we would have ordered them anyway.
