Adequate. That's about the best I can say. We asked the hostess how long for seats. "10 minutes." 35 minutes later we were seated. We were served food, but given no utensils, and the server left our table so fast we didn't have even a moment to ask. So we sat there for 3-4 minutes, waiting until we could get her attention again. An appetizer we ordered was never served, and the dishes we did get were not prepared the way we asked. The food was pretty good. I really liked the bacon cheeseburger I had, but my wife's Cobb Salad looked like it wasn't even worthy of being one of those pre-packed salads you get at 7-11. Definitely, not worth it. We stayed at the hotel and came a few times to this restaurant. We found the bartender to be very rude today. Service was terrible. Potatoes were terrible. I did ask them for extra crisp but they were just over done and terrible. We were literally served a glass of orange juice with a crack all the way around it and then they charged is for two. We waited forever for our server to bring our check but she didn't bring us the part to sign to room so we waited another 15 for that. I ate here twice in one weekend. The first was ordering from their room service menu at the Silver Cloud Inn-Stadium. I ordered 6 breakfasts, drinks and fruit platters and when the guy on the phone told me it would be up in 10 minutes, I didn't believe him....it came up in exactly 10 minutes. The food was good, they thought of everything a group of girls might need right down to the cute, tiny Tabasco bottles. I'm giving it 3 stars because it is a little pricey for the type of food. I like it. I've been here twice now - once before a Seahawks game and once before a Sounders game. I usually get there about 2-2.5 hours before the game and don't have much of a wait at all. Their brunches are delicious and their bloody marys have a little kick that is super tasty. I ordered the breakfast burrito which was pretty standard and then stared jealously at my boyfriend's challah bread French toast. Ate off the happy hour menu and had their bottled ginger beer. Sadly the ginger beer was my favorite part of the meal. Caesar salad: lettuce was fresh and amount of Thick slices of Parm cheese was good, however there was maybe 2 drops of dressing on it and it was overloaded with croutons. I asked if salad was dressed and was told it was but the staff brought me more dressing without charging me. The hostess seemed to care more about me being there, waitress wasn't very attentive. Fried chicken slider: just skip it, the chicken was moist but the nasty gravy which tasted just like flour and water made the chicken not crisp and nearly inedible. Calamari: Size was it was a amount but the texture was odd, not rings but strips and deep fried. Keep in mind that I love calamari and get it almost always if it's on a menu. The sauce perhaps was cocktail shrimp sauce, too spicy. And the second one was actually the Cesar dressing, not very creative. Most of all the their was a weird not good aftertaste, perhaps from the oil it was cooked in being old? If I returned I'd try the tacos and hamburger slider. Oh and a ginger beer. read more

RIP OFF ARTISTS. Make sure you ask the price of the drinks before you order it. I and a friend asked for a whiskey list and were told they didn't have one, so we asked for one of the cheapest scotches they have, Laphroaig 10y single. It is a 40$ bottle widely available in every state and tends to be one of the top three scotch's in terms of ubiquity. They charged us 38$ dollars before tax each. Yes, that is correct, for a 1.5 oz pour (less than 1/16th of the bottle) they are charging half the bottle price. We asked to speak to the manager as this is a drink that I have not seen at any bar in the Seattle area over 12$. He told us to take a hike (literally). Hope they enjoy the extra 7 dollars of grift. If I could give less stars I would. Won't be back and would actively recommend either staying away or not trusting them to charge reasonable prices read more

This place is in a good location if you've just come back from a baseball game. During the latter part of a Mariner's game, my companion and I were bored, so we decided to leave early and find something to eat. I thought it was hilarious that we were watching the same game we had just walked out of on the TV there while eating. As for the food, it wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't worth the high prices. I ordered pasta with blackened chicken. It wasn't anything that I couldn't have just made at home for $1. If I'm paying $15 for an entree, I expect it to be pretty awesome and chef worthy, so I was disappointed. My friend got a burger, and it looked pretty good, but also not worth the hefty price tag. There was nothing unique or creative on it at all. I wish we had just stayed in the stadium and paid the ridiculous prices for food there. We were visiting Seattle and a lot of local places were close because it's a holiday so we originally decided on IHOP. When we jumped in our lyft she recommended Jimmys if they were open. When we got dropped off we decided to head over and see or they were open. They were, so we went in and right off the bat we were treated with disrespect. Because it is an 18 and over restaurant apparently they started questioning our age in the rudest of ways. When we gave them our I.D.s they kept questioning us about them. I understand that you have an age requirement but there is more professional and nice ways to go about it. Needless to say we walked out and went over to IHOP instead. Stayed at the hotel connected to the restaurant and went in for a late night dinner last night. First off, my server seemed to be a nice dude, but he was either high or drunk ... maybe both. He even asked me for a piece of gum because "he ate an olive and his breath was funky." I had just driven for 5 hours and wasn't in the mood to pick what to drink and he offered to pick for me - awesome. Loved the drink he made. But then he didn't come back, for over 15 minutes. Left the table next to mine's food under the heat lamp for probably that same amount of time. They also noticed that he was clearly intoxicated. Finally, someone else came to take my order (at this point in time, 30 mins after my drink came). I got my food to go. The parmesan rosemary fries were delicious, my French dip was "ok" - I thought the bread and meat was good but not enough cheese and the "gravy au juis" was gross, yuck! Not many options in the area and so we often found ourselves at Jimmy's (even after we realized we were not impressed). The food was disappointing. Expensive for what you got. Your classic breakfast of two eggs bacon toast and potatoes are like 15$ when usually that is about a 6$ breaky and you would get two slices of toast at least! My biggest complaint is their prices in comparison to their quality. They are not standing up to the expecting they are presenting in their prices. Asked a different server, and they asked the kitchen. Answer was no. Too much work to make a serving without the seasoning. So where's the customer service satisfaction?? The thing is, I drive by here twice a day and it's always looked so nice and after an awesome game I thought a non-beer, celebratory beverage was in order. After stepping in, I was kind of surprised how not too-crowded it was. Don't get me wrong, it was way crowded, but nothing compared to Pyramid across the street. I was so looking forward to a tasty beverage after drinking all of that overpriced beer but what I really got was an overpriced, sub-par Long Island. $10 and they don't even poor booze from bottles? They just squirt a brown substance into a glass??!?!?! Grrrrrrrrrrr. It gets two stars because, despite the fact I'm extremely not happy with my drink, the atmosphere was awesome. Dark woods, low lighting, large bar, well-thought out layout and an overall rich, welcome and inviting feel. Overall, it was such a plush yet sleek environment. Props to that. Oooohhh, and the bartender was really friendly, asking me if I had a good time at the game AND I was served really quickly, despite the huge crowd. If you're willing to pay obscene amounts of money after going to a game (which you probably paid ridiculously overpriced prices at) than Jimmy's is for you! read more

All of the diners were really pleased, except our medium well burger came out medium and couldn't be fully enjoyed or finished. Pretty lousy service. Receptionist is impersonal and just not nice. They wouldn't let me sit at the bar and eat breakfast so I could watch the US open. Everyone working there seems sad and depressed. Maybe it's all the rain and clouds or something. Stayed at the attached hotel for 3 nights and ate here several times. Never saw a manager once. They serve your food and never come back to check on you. On the final day of the US Open every TV was on a Monster Truck race. They should fire everyone and start over beginning with non present manager! read more

This is the sort of place I would NEVER eat- I really hate any sort of "sports" themed place. But we happened to be staying at the Silver Cloud so we gave it a go. First of all, I'd say the food is actually 4 or 5 stars. I had the MOST amazing crab macaroni and cheese. The four white cheese macaroni sauce was delicate, creamy and so delicious with bits of real crab. The bowl was crowned with two King Crab legs as well. I also got some really fantastic hot bread with the meal. Oh, and I started the meal with an excellent field salad with goat cheese, pecans, cranberries and rasberry vinaigrette. Delish! I had to take a star off for service and one off for the annoying music (one song playing in the restaurant area and a different one playing in the bar arrrgghhhh.) First of all, the restaurant is open until 11. We came in around 10:30 and it was clear they just wanted to rush us out. Thankfully, amazingly, the food didn't suffer at all. Again, food was AMAZING. But one scene I didn't like was the waitress got our drinks switched. We waited and waited for her to come back so we could get them fixed. She finally came back and literally said, "First I have to do a room service delivery and then I'll take care of your drinks, ok?" Wow. Not so much. Then, after we finished eating she took all the plates- even reached way across me and said, "You don't mind if I reach over and get this do you?" Not cool.
