Had to get my brakes/rotors redone by Firestone (who confirmed my brakes were installed incorrectly). I had to take Specialty Auto to court for reimbursement, and I was awarded the judgment. I am still waiting to be compensated even though the court has ordered them to pay. I would NOT go here unless you want to go to court, as they do NOT back their work!

I had an issue with a front tire that hit a curb (have new drivers in the home) and there was a small rip on the tire from the curb. He took a look and let us know that we did NOT have to change the tire and that while it was torn it would hold for a long time. Saved me a few hundred BUCKS, while others probably would have said to replace the tire. This was great as the car gets off lease in a few months.
