I smooshed my front end drifting into the back of a pickup at a stoplight one day as it started to…read moresnow and my brakes had zero traction and I braked too late. So dumb. I didn't want to raise my premium and it was totally my fault and I thought it was relatively minor(I could still drive it), so didn't want to use insurance-- but 2 other places would only give an estimate for restoring to pre-accident condition that came out to 3x cost I was expecting! George's was the only place of 4 I got estimates that could immediately produce an estimate of a third of that cost by leaving out non-essentials to just make it safe (I don't care what it looks like!) they got it done a day early and were completely courteous, matter of fact, explained things clearly, answered all my questions, very pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Very opportunistic…read more I took my car in to be serviced. I told him what the dealer had informed me and he said he would do a diagnostic. He NEVER actually did a diagnostic and just fixed what I told him they said was wrong with the car. He says that he'll fix it but he doesn't know if it'll stop the engine noise. I was told that the diagnostic would gather the information needed to make a sound decision about the repair. It was a ripoff and I'll be reporting this business to everyone that I possibly can report it to. He should have never fixed my vehicle when he knew that my car still would not function properly after the repair.He's fixed an oil leak and still charged me $90 for an oil change as if he wasn't going to have to put oil back in the vehicle after the repair. He's suppose to be mechanic and be thorough. He took advantage and then got upset when I told him that the credit card charges are too much because he's going to write those off on his taxes. DO Not patronize this business if you want someone who's honest and ethical. He also never called me back after I called with concerns about all of this!
