I explained our situation and that I need to get to the wedding! He said, "not a prob, we will get u fixed right up!" They immediately got our car in the bay and are getting us fixed up!! Here's the thing about Les Schwab, I had inadvertently take. The paperwork out of our car! However, they had our history and records of purchase from our shop in Ellensburg! They found us, and we are covered, cause that is Les Schwab! They stand by their work! Sometimes it might seem better to get tires from other places, but I'm telling you from years of driving cars and many issues with tires over the years! When we contacted them again and sent a video, they told us it was actually a wheel bearing issue and quoted another $1,150 for repairs. At this point we lost confidence and sought another opinion. A different shop diagnosed the actual problem immediately: the transfer case, which explained the noise and the acceleration issues. So to summarize: * Heritage charged us $560 for a repair that did not fix the problem * They then misdiagnosed the issue again as wheel bearings * The real issue was the transfer case, which they completely missed What is most concerning is that they were prepared to perform another $1,150 repair that would not have solved the problem either. Good mechanics diagnose problems before charging customers for unnecessary work. This experience felt like guessing at repairs while the customer pays the bill. I like to understand, more than most, what is being done and why. They have always taken pictures and even videos showing me exactly what the issue is. I have appreciated this. 2. They have worked with me when I bring in my own tires and parts. Some other shops have been less than ecstatic when I have pre-purchased the replacement tires or parts. 3. Evergreen has done well combining labor totals; for example when two things need to be done, but half of one job is done by another... ie. if it takes an hr to pull everything apart and two different items need to be replaced once apart, they have not charged me twice for the same first hr of work. Some shops don't pay attention and total up shop hrs for all work regardless. (usually they are charging from a predetermined amount, and if they don't manually tell the computer to adjust, the computer won't know to adjust. for the two similar jobs.) 4. Fletcher working the counter has always been positive, and had things in order. 5. In my experience they've had better than average knowledge of lifted vehicles. The Bad: 1. In my experience they cost more than other similar shops in the area. Other: 1.Not everything has been perfect, I had 35" tires balanced pretty poorly, massive wobble at most speeds, but when I brought the truck back they took care of the issue quickly and did not recharge me for the re-balance. 2. They looked at, but would not work on my supercharged e46 M3. They referred me to PDQ in Lewiston as they felt they were unqualified. I actually appreciated this. I want things done well and like to know I can trust them to tell me before they get into something they can not correctly remedy.

They gave me a time appt in 1 day. They also double checked my records, gave me a rough estimate and discussed probable problems getting a vehicle back on the road. They put me in touch with a brake specialist, not the person at the front desk. They made sure they will be ready with inventory in stock. I changed the appt to Les Schwab. I do understand current workloads but waiting longer than 7 days for a TEST is a signal they don't really want to earn my steady business. Maybe they have too much business. This was my first experience with Meineke, closest to my house, and I get lots of advertisement from them. They are off my list.

You can purchase lotto tickets and "put twenty dollars on pump ten" if that's your style. Some hot food but it's certainly questionable. Give the other reviews a view.
