    Not a stinger hoagie...

Had high hopes, but... order was both incomplete and wrong. Ordered an online delivery order around midnight on a Saturday. 4 items: an 8" stinger hoagie, 8" steak hoagie, larger fries, and garlic parmesan dip. Problem is, received 2 steak hoagies and no dip. Huh?! Of course, it being late and a delivery order, there's no easy way to report the mistake or correct it. The Uber Eats driver was gone by the time I opened the bag to realize the sandwiches were wrong. It's a delivery order, I'm not going to take it to back to the restaurant to try and get it fixed. So you're just left to suck it up. Wasted money. Left unsatisfied. The steak hoagie was only ok, not worth $15. The large fries order was more like a small portion, limp and soggy and bland. I'm sure the dip would've helped, but I'll never know! And after this I'm never going back to find out.

Disgusting disgusting disgusting What's the point in ordering food and requesting it to be made a certain way , only for the people to make it how ever they want ???? Most time you don't find out that your order is wrong until your home , which is probably far away. So you can't take it back. It's a waste of money and very unfair !!!!! I ordered a Frenchie with extra Cheese and light onion... they must have put extra onions on the sandwich they were huge !!!??? And not even chopped up. No extra cheese And it was soooooo much pepper on it. The sandwich was really unable to be enjoyed. It was disgusting!!

Pros- More meat than bread. Meat had good flavor Bread held up to the grease Cons, I didnt care for Jim's special sauce. Being from Philadelphia I'm always looking for "The great" Cheesesteak well this is good but not that one. Everything is 4, 8 or 12 inch. I'd love to see a 6 inch. The sanwhich is one of the better Cheesesteaks in Buffalo, lots of meat and cheese but they put that Jim's Secret Sauce on it which they can lose it. Bread is decent where it didn't get soggy. Bottom line- One of the better Cheesesteaks around, definitely worth a try.

Ok so it's Jim's steakout but I'm not a huge fan as the only thing I really would keep going back with would be the chicken finger sub yum!! But today I ordered the poutine fries and I was not impressed at all. The flavor of the gravy was poor and the cheese was a plain shredded cheddar which is not a normal cheese for poutine in my option. I would like to have cheese curds and flavorful gravy on my fries if I could choose a good poutine. The fries also fell flat as they where not that crispy which made it fall short as the fries got soggy quickly for me. The major positive today was that it was quick and easy ordering!! The food came out fast which was nice too.

Service is cool, they're fast and nice. Prices are ok. Food is just bad. No better way to word it than to say just don't go. Pictures speak for themselves. 2 star experience

There is a toppings bar with many sauces and fixings to add to your meal... The rice included as a side is just OK, in my opinion... totally edible but not as flavorful as everything else The service was friendly and adequate... there are many employees with limited English, so as a English only speakers, we had fun trying to understand each other! They did not have them available when we arrived (appreciated the heads up) and we got them about an hour after we got there. We had to be there quite a long time for a counter service restaurant. They stated that each one is about 3 shots worth of liquor, so my friend and I split one and my other friend didn't finish hers. I finally got to order them and the bartender walked away seemingly towards the soft serve machine and then idk where. 5-10 minutes later we got her attention and reminded her about them. Then had to wait again before receiving them. Had to wait an additional few minutes after receiving them for the extra cup we had asked for (to split as they were large and due to alcohol content). When I then asked for a spoon I was informed "we don't have spoons we have forks" but then did receive a tiny spoon that usually comes in the drink. The soft serve was pretty good but not worth the drive nor did it make up for the overall experience. I also had to piece of plastic catch in the back of my throat on what made it my late bite of soft serve. Upon further inspection, were some scraps of plastic on the straw in the soft serve probably from cutting them in half. People who had ordered before us seemed to have have waiting for but too for the drinks and when they had them ready the workers took atleast 3-5 minutes taking pictures of them before they served them to the customers. The other customers seemed annoyed like "are those are drinks we have been waiting for?!" I get posting on social media etc. is important for businesses but it's probably better to wait to do that when you don't have a bunch of people waiting for their drinks. The chips and dips (we got all of the dips) were fine. The tacos were also fine to good. Of the ones we ordered the favorites seem to have been the pork and jerk chicken. Least favorite was the shrimp po boy as it lacked flavor. Nothing we ate was so great that we'd choose this place over various taco spots. We also got the churros to go and tried a few on them. They ran out of the caramel sauce but they were good. I think it could be improved by having utensils (forks, spoons, knives) available at all and then easily accessible and possibly a better ordering system. Currently you wait to order food and then go to the bar to order drinks. The common theme is waiting. Might run more smoothly if you can order all at once. Also, there's numbers on all of the tables but then when your food is ready they just yell your name and try to find you.
