    Jims Bleu Sub 6"

I did order for delivery. My Jim's Bleu 6" was a little too saucy for my liking but still delicious! There wasn't much lettuce on it either. Had an order of fries too

    Nice and clean location

A buffalo area staple. This location is always clean and never that busy. Good service. Poutine serving size seems to have changed or at least the size of the container has gotten smaller. This place isn't cheap. That's neither a pro or a con, it's just a fact. Came here with my teen and pre-teen. They are always happy with their poutine and steak fries. Since I'm trying to be more health conscious, I ordered a chicken sandwich. I was happy with it.

Ordered 2 large tacos. And picked them up right away. They were cold like a fridge. Not a good way to enjoy my lunch.

My children are very picky eaters. I ordered a salami sub for my youngest with cheese and pickles, nothing else. They somehow forgot one of the three ingredients, the pickles. My older daughter wanted chicken fingers with a side of BBQ sauce. Low and behold, they forgot another main item, the BBQ sauce. I ordered a sub and philly fries for myself. The philly fries are basically dried pieces of leftover steak from a previous order and a half slice of cheese. What a waste of money. How do you mess up a sub with three components...

    A mess.

I ordered a chicken and waffle sandwich. two large fries and a large drink. Easy right. Negative. 45 mins later I ask where my food is because why would someone kindly update me that it's going to be behind?!? I finally get it. And there is poutine inside the bag. Why? I'm not sure. The sandwich is tapped shut. But the poutine which is a sloppy mess is not. The food I'm starving and dying to eat is now covered in gravy. I do not like gravy nor the smell of said gravy. Disappointing.

Chicken finger sub. Perfect after drinking

Jim's steakout - a Western New York Classic. Service never seems to be great. It's a bunch of young adults playing on their phones and cooking on the grill. The food though? Exactly what I want when I am looking for a greasy, cheesy, fattening cheat meal or drunk meal. Their chicken finger subs are delicious. Their menu has subs, tacos, hoagies, French fries, poutine fries, taco in a bag, etc. Just recently they added a chicken and waffles sandwhich which I have heard is pretty good!

A Jim's Steak Hoagie Deluxe, with fries and a drink!

If you live in WNY, you likely already know of Jim's. If not, you may be living under a rock,- or you are at the very least living a deprived life. A lot of places will say they have moth watering subs.- Jim's actually does! Get a steak hoagie supreme. You will feel like you are in heaven. And the offer a discount for vets too boot.

I always wanted to try this Spot ever time I go to Buffalo. So I decided to get a Cheesesteak Hoagie and some fries , me being a Philly Native born and Raised I wanted to see if they could make a Authentic Cheesesteak. Ok let's start the plus side they use good quality steak and their frie bangin but on the bad side they don't have good Italian Rolls like we have in Philadelphia therefore my Cheesesteak was Mad soggy so I couldn't post a picture off it. I will give them another try just to try their Buffalo chicken finger hoagie

We came on Ash Wednesday for the new "buffalo fish wings" and they were good and creative! However, I didn't really care for how they looked. The advertisement photo vs. what we got was really different. The fish was also drenched in sauce. However! If you told me this was fish, I would be fooled. They tasted like boneless wings. A good twist on fish. Overall, I would rate the food itself a solid 3.

So good it is half gone

On first look it appears to be a typical sub shop but the menu is very extensive. Lots of choices and they all look good! Yes there are pictures! The young lady that took our order at the counter answered our questions and offered us tastes. Prices are good, 12.00 for a sub fries and drink. They delivered our food to our table promptly and everything was delicious. I got steak with fried onions and mushrooms and was able to get a small one as they had three different sizes to choose from. The negatives- the restaurant needs work, painting and cleaning. Didn't love the atmosphere. Maybe takeout is the way to go.

Is this a joke? Half of the amount of food than always before.

Flavorful and fresh.. All the food was made to order. Came to the table hot. All ingredients were very fresh, vibrant in color and flavorful! I went for the chicken fajitas, that came with beans, rice, little green salad, and guacamole and sour cream. Portions were nice size no need ask for extra. My chicken fajitas were delicious. Chicken was cooked perfectly, sizzled the whole time while at the table. Topped with peppers, onions and mushrooms. Normally not a big rice fan, but the rice was so good, I loved it! At first I was like 24 bucks for fatijas seemed little high, but after coming to the table, felt portion to price was good. Others at the table had the chicken chimichurri and a chicken burrito and they both enjoyed as well. Not in my neighborhood but I'd drive to Lancaster again to eat here.

One thing we don't talk enough about is that East Aurora is incredibly walkable. The intersection of Elm street and Oakwood is like NYC Times Square. The place is bustling. The parking is horrendous, and yet they all come. Before we set out on our journey, we spent a few minutes ordering online. It took our large group 10 minutes to walk down to Left Coast Taco, and our food was ready as we walked in the front door. There were plenty seats available outside in the sun on this very hot day, so we chose to walk back to our house two blocks away. The interior featured a very busy bar, as well as a few tables, all of which were filled with hungry patrons. By the time we got home to our pool-side cabanas, we were sufficiently starving and ready to consume all that we had bought. I had the birria taco on a crispy corn taco shell. Very flavorful with a tastydipping sauce. Very delicious, and I would definitely order that again. Let me just say the burritos were enormous. If you think, in terms of the size of a loaf of bread, that's how big this thing was. Everyone had a great time and we were certainly enjoyed the Left Coast Taco!

My husband and I love sitting at the bar and watching the show of endless birthday singing, and patron sparklers with music. There is always music. You can't be in Margaritas and not smile at least once. The spirit in there is infectious. On this particular date, we got to catch some of the Sabres game, which was a treat and celebrate St. Patrick's weekend drinking margaritas. I got a flight, as always. I'm usually not a frozen marg girl, but when at Margaritas...plus on one flavor you always get a mini rubber duck and they are adorable and you can take it home with you. We finally went inside and were told another 10 mins after waiting almost 45. So all told it was about an hour wait. I get they're busy but they were not honest about the wait time. Then we were sat in the bar area and it was just very loud and rowdy thanks to what we found out was a rehearsal dinner, seriously it went down about 10 octaves after they left. Our server seemed very frazzled. When we first sat down we were given a smaller dinner menu and told the regular menu was only for drinks. Our server explained they are training a new kitchen. So we go to order and our appetizer came before our drinks. We ordered the guac and it was tasty. When we finally got our margaritas they were good. Then they delivered a queso to the table that wasn't ours, but let us keep it anyway. Then dinner arrived. I ordered shrimp tacos- and chicken came. I had to wait while they made me the correct tacos, according to the bill the server had put them in wrong. I also felt $20 for three taco shells with 3-4 shrimp each was a lot. You can not mix and match taco types. The only toppings provided are a very spicy sauce, cilantro, and onion. I ended up putting the queso on them which was good. Just never had tacos with that limited toppings for the price and no toppings bar. We repeatedly asked for more water during the meal and never got any so my friend had to go up to the bar. We ordered a soft serve margarita (the real reason we were here!) for desert to share as the flavor was chocolate and raspberry twist. It was really good! Very rich and definitely a sweet treat type of drink. The server said the flavors aren't usually like that or as thick as ours was. All this to say I honestly feel they are trying to figure some things out right now. The food itself and drinks were very good. I enjoyed the soft serve margarita and would love to try some other flavors that aren't as rich in the future. Would I go back? Yes but not for a few months. The service piece of this place is not it right now. I wouldn't order the tacos again either as I don't feel the value is there. My friend has been here dozens of times and she said it's never like this. So I hope to give them another try!
