This is my second time at Jin's! Last time I got the carousel food dish and it wasn't bad! Very cute~ this time we wanted a quick drink and place to relax, so we ordered a mango pineapple slush and it's reallllllly good. The slush was also filled to the brim of the bottle! The place is very aesthetic, with themes of fairy garden. You are paying for an experience!

This is a perfect spot for Instagram reel post. Ambiance is very beautiful. I purchased 2 drinks to go via Kioks. Ordered Berries Fruit Tea and Lychee Strawberry. Both drinks were refreshing but it was too sweet for us. Service was quick and friendly staff. I will definitely be back to try their delicious entrees.

Cute spot for a date, they have full meals like fried rice and garlic noodles, tea sets, drinks, desserts and much more! Me and fiancé came in for tea and left so full with other foods!

Super great service, great recs for for food and dessert. Open 11-2 am all days except Sunday. Beautiful interior with lights, butterflies, garden concept. Highly recommend

Stumbled on this spot by accident. The entrance, interior, and outdoor decor were charming and whimsical. The whole vibe makes you feel relaxed and happy while you hang out. This is definitely a place where you come for the ambiance. Food was a bit on the pricey side, but everything came in creative containers. We got the 5 Snack Platter (calamari, chicken wings, popcorn chicken, fried mushrooms, and mac & cheese wedges) with sweet chili and ranch sauces, BBQ boneless rib fried rice, molten chocolate cake, and a few smoothies and slushy boba drinks. The platter came in a cute Ferris wheel display, but the snacks were too salty, and the fried rice was also on the salty side. The boneless ribs tasted like a McRib from McDonald's. Cake and drinks were ok. The server was friendly and helpful, showing us how to order with the QR code. She seemed busy with multiple tables but checked in on us when she could, and even gave my niece a sweet little unicorn stuffy.

Stopped by Jin Tea House in Walnut for dessert and ordered their Honey Brick Toast. This is not just toast with honey on it. It comes out as a thick brick of toasted bread topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and a mix of fresh fruit with honey drizzled over everything. The outside of the toast is crispy while the inside stays soft and buttery, and once the ice cream starts melting into the bread it gets even better. The fruit adds a nice balance so it is sweet but not overwhelming. It is a big portion and definitely something to share unless you are really committed. The vibe inside is cozy and relaxed and the service was friendly. Solid spot if you are in Walnut and craving a legit dessert.

You order in the front and they bring out your food around back in a larger back room dining area. The room is filled with faux flowers. There's some claw machines around and knickknacks for sale. It's very cute on the inside. I ordered from this app called too good to go and got a vegetarian meal and drink. The cashier was really nice with getting my order. The drink and food was good being a random meal, I'll come back again to try more specific meals.

Don't waste your time or your money! We (sadly) went here for Mother's Day. The place is extremely cramped and hot as there isn't any ac, the staff are rude and the food is extremely over priced. Upon entering the 'restaurant', you are greeted with the stickiest floor you've ever stepped on. No one was there to seat us or help us figure out what to do so I had to find someone. They have you use a QR code to place orders, but it is an extremely frustrated process. If one person places an order, it freezes everyone else's ordering process at your table. They need to just switch to ordering with a human. One of the employees was dressed so distasteful I couldn't believe it. She was wearing a crop top that said 'Chula' that exposed her entire back every time she bent over with a mini skirt. (Remember, this is Mother's Day.) After my sister ordered her very over priced (and not good) popcorn chicken that took forever, she asked the employee for sauce, to which her response was, 'Later'. After ordering and waiting a long time for over fried (and again overpriced) avocado, I realized I never received my iced tea. I informed the same employee whose immediate response was, 'It's being worked on.' Over 20 minutes for iced tea? Isn't that the main beverage of the tea house? After waiting another 10 minutes without receiving the iced tea I had to go to the kitchen to receive it. I was disappointed I was not offered a second tea as an apology. This place is absolutely embarrassing. Please go anywhere else.

Beautiful space with a Monet-garden vibe -- much more than just a tea shop. The watercolor class was thoughtfully guided, relaxing, and great for both kids and adults. All art supplies were included, plus a lovely afternoon tea. A very enjoyable and unique experience. Highly recommend!

This is one of those spots you don't hear about enough in West Covina. The inside is whimsical and cozy, the food is comforting and delicious, and it's a great place to hang out, study, or grab a bite with friends and family! Zoey was fantastic she made all the food for us and gave a thorough rundown of every item! What was ordered: - lychee paradise - strawberry mango tea - bbq ribs with fried rice - jalapeño bites - yakisoba with steak

Such a cute and memorable spot! The decor is absolutely beautiful, and the moving flowers and butterflies make the whole place feel so magical. It's definitely the kind of place where you want to dress up and take lots of pictures. We got some food. And the Bubble Waffle Sandwich was so good. The waffle had the perfect texture, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and it really stood out from anything we've had before. The sweetest part was that the staff gave us little gifts before we left, which was such a thoughtful touch. Experiences like that really make a place stand out and leave a lasting impression. I'll definitely remember this visit.

From start to finish - what a fantastic, delightful surprise! Ambiance is top notch! There is beautiful floral decor everywhere!! Mismatched patterns of couch pillows and tablecloths and delicate rose patterned dishware. Menu is scannable per a QR code, staff will come out and assist and can be called by a push of a button located at the edge of every table. Food is delicious, great quality with a vast array of choices! There are so many cute photo ops and I love the fact that you're pretty much in your own private little garden wherever you sit. Again, top notch service and such kind staff! This was a surprise for my mom and we really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Such a cute and comfortable place to dine and chat with your friends with a diverse menu of food, snacks, and drinks! We need more places like this in the U.S! The whole restaurant has an anime/Alice in Wonderland vibe; it's really colorful-chaotic and fun. The quality of the food depends on what you order: We got the steak pasta, which was delicious , but the chicken sandwich was overcooked. The drinks were expensive and meh; the gardena boom tea was pretty watery and cheap-tasting. We didn't get to try the snack wheel as the serving sizes were pretty generous but maybe next time! Huge plaza for parking with a supermarket and other restaurants. It wasn't busy at all on a Sunday afternoon; there were only two other tables the entire time I was there. This seems like it could be a good place to study and work; there's wifi and some outlets.

New experience! Food: 4/5 Calamari Marplantese: 5/5 The Calamari here is very fresh. Its very soft, and chewy, and the outer batter is very light and crispy . The tarter sauce also adds to it, since it has a very nice tangy mix. Empanadas: Beef empanada 4/5 The outter dough is very light and crispy, and the inner filling as beef, onions, peppers, and peas i belive. Its very well seasoned, so i think its a nice item to try for your first tine. Spinach and cheese empanada: 3/5 Not my all time favorite, but its still pretty good. Good mix of cheese and spinach inside. Personally, the cheese isn't it for me. Fettuccine De La Estancia: 4/5 I love the thin flat noodles that it has! The fettuccine flavor isn't too overpowering, and its very creamy. The chicken, is well.. chicken! Would order again next time, but id like to try new things! Overall, i would give this a 4/5. Ive seen many other negative reviews of the cleanliness or rude staff, but didnt get any of that today! Honestly I think its a good experience to go out and try this resturant. After months of planning, I was naturally nervous, but Bill made the whole process so much easier. He was incredibly accommodating, patient with all of my questions, and always willing to work with me to make sure every detail came together. Most importantly, he was true to his word. Everything we discussed beforehand was delivered exactly as promised, which gave me so much peace of mind. The staff was just as amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that everyone was having a great time. They kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes so I could relax and enjoy such a special evening with my family and friends. The venue itself was beautiful, clean, and created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the space, the service, and how well everything was organized. Seeing the look on my husband's face when he walked into his surprise party is a memory I'll treasure forever, and this venue played a huge part in making that moment possible. Thank you, Bill, and your incredible team, for helping create a night our family will never forget. The service was extremely slow to start--we waited a while just for water and to get drink orders taken. We ordered the Ahi tuna appetizer, which was good, but the course pacing completely fell apart after that. Our salads took 25 minutes to arrive. Before I could even get the fresh ground pepper I requested, our main courses were rushed to the table while we hadn't even started our salads. The food quality was unacceptable for an upscale restaurant: Both my wife and I ordered our steaks medium-rare. Mine arrived completely leathery, dry as a bone, and thoroughly overcooked. I didn't eat a single bite of it. My wife's steak arrived medium-well, and her side of rice was completely dry. The bottle of red wine we ordered from their very small wine list was served warm. When we declined having the steak re-fired or free dessert, we finished our wine and asked for the check. The $62 inedible steak was still on the bill, so I asked to speak with the owner. When I calmly explained the issues, the owner became angry that I didn't want the steak redone and walked away mid-conversation. He eventually came back, removed the $62 steak, and told us he didn't want us back in his restaurant. To top it off, for an establishment charging fine-dining prices where guests dress up, the owner was wearing shorts and sneakers. One chance is all a restaurant gets to make a good impression. Lincoln House missed the mark completely. We will not be returning.

For appetizers, we ordered (1) house salad (which is just iceberg lettuce with dressing). It also comes with red cabbage salad. The red cabbage salad was very good. (2) clam chowder soup. The soup was good. It has a lot of clams and potatoes. For main entree, we ordered (1) petite steak and shrimp. This is a 5-oz top sirloin steak with 3 grilled shrimp. It was delicious. (2) petite filet mignon. It was very good but the portion was very small. All entrees come with a choice of side. We chose baked potatoes. It was a huge potato and it comes with butter, sour cream and chives. Delicious. For dessert, we had key lime pie tart and chocolate mousse cake. The chocolate mousse cake was very good but I did not cared for the key lime pie tart. The key lime pie tart was mostly whipped cream. Our meal also comes with cheese bread. The bread has a good taste but it is soggy because they wrap it in aluminum foil after toasting it. I would have liked it better if the bread was not soggy! Overall we enjoyed our meal. I also got to try the calamari, which was equally as incredible. For the entree, I had the bacon wrapped filet. Again, cooked to perfection and the taste was wonderful. The side was definitely not quite right. I got the garlic mashed potatoes. They were the most plain potatoes I have ever had. No garlic, no salt, no seasoning. I think they might have accidentally missed the seasoning. For dessert, I tried the bread pudding. It was good; however, I was expecting more from the dessert. For example, he never let you finish your answer after he asked a question, before replying again and walking away. So overall, an excellent experience. I would return again and give it another try!

We ordered to go and Eric the guy who answered the phone did a phenomenal job. We had lot of questions about the different combos and which deals would be better. Eric was EXTREMELY patient, which you don't see often nowadays. Servers are always spread so thin they don't have the patience to deal with us over the phone. Eric did not give that vibe that at all. He gave the BEST customer service we've gotten in a while. So a sincere thank you Eric! On top of that, we are about a 10-15 min drive away from this location. We usually accept it's going to be mediocre or decent by the time we get home. Plot twist, the food was actually well cooked and perfectly seasoned when we got home! This is one happy fatty.

Great food, but the service ruined our experience…read more We came in for happy hour after work and sat at the bar. The bartender completely ignored us for several minutes, despite repeatedly walking back and forth right in front of us. We eventually had to wave him down just to get service. Our food was good, but once it arrived, he never checked on us, asked how everything was, or offered refills. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we've received this same level of service from this particular bartender. It's frustrating because we actually enjoy the food and would like to come back, but being repeatedly ignored makes it difficult to justify returning. Happy hour is supposed to be a relaxing way to unwind after work, and instead, we left feeling frustrated and unwelcome.
