Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, really great service and staff. Food was INCREDIBLE, I would come back daily for the pork bao if I could. Everything was fresh and felt like it was made with love. Plates were all completely cleared, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Main items ordered: Shrimp & Pork Xiao Long Bao - traditional steamed dumplings filled with shrimp, pork and soup served from the bamboo steamer. Garlic Butter Chicken Fried Rice - fried rice with chicken, egg and vegetables finished with garlic butter. Stir Fry Broccoli with Garlic - fresh broccoli and carrots stir fried with garlic. Appetizers: Crispy Shrimp Rolls - crispy fried rolls filled with shrimp. Pineapple Buns - traditional baked buns with the signature sweet crackled topping. Drinks: Strawberry Lemonade Coke Dessert: Portuguese Egg Custard Tarts - flaky pastry shells filled with egg custard and baked until deeply caramelized across the top. Rabbit Coconut Pudding - coconut milk pudding shaped into little white rabbits with red eyes. The Experience: We had heard about this place opening and with Fort Collins not exactly overflowing with dedicated dim sum restaurants we wanted to give it a try. The restaurant is brand new and the interior reflects that with a clean polished dining room that is a little different than what you normally expect from a traditional Chinese restaurant. We started with the Crispy Shrimp Rolls and Pineapple Buns. One thing worth mentioning about the shrimp rolls is that what came to the table did not look like the picture on the menu. The picture looked like they would have more of a wonton style crust and what we received was much more like a traditional thin crispy roll. Not necessarily a bad thing because they were good, just noticeably different from what we were expecting based on the picture. Next came the Garlic Butter Chicken Fried Rice and this was excellent. You could really taste the butter throughout the dish but what impressed me was that it didn't have that greasy texture, taste or feel that fried rice can sometimes have. There was plenty of chicken, egg and vegetables throughout and the butter flavor gave the entire dish something a little different without making it heavy. The Stir Fry Broccoli with Garlic came out next. This was a simple dish but very well executed. The vegetables were crisp and fresh and had not been cooked into submission which happens far too often with stir fried vegetables. The garlic added plenty of flavor without burying what you were actually eating. The Shrimp & Pork Xiao Long Bao were next and these were excellent. The dumplings are filled with a mixture of shrimp and pork along with the soup inside each dumpling. That combination of the filling, broth and steamed wrapper all together made these one of the highlights of the meal. There is a reason soup dumplings have become so popular and when they are done correctly like these well.... you understand why. My only slight complaint about the meal was the timing of everything coming out. The food itself came out fairly quickly but it came out more or less one plate at a time. We had the appetizers, then the fried rice, then the vegetables and finally the dumplings rather than having several of the dishes on the table together. Nothing took an unreasonable amount of time and the service itself was excellent, but it would have been nice to have some overlap between the dishes so we could enjoy them together. Then came dessert and both desserts came out at the same time. The Coconut Pudding may have been one of the most interesting things from a texture standpoint. They come shaped like little white rabbits complete with tiny red eyes and almost look too good to eat. The texture was surprisingly similar to the white of a hard boiled egg. The consistency and chewiness were almost exactly the same which was definitely not what I expected when I bit into one. It made for a very different dessert experience and certainly something we had never had before. The Portuguese Egg Custard Tarts were unbelievable. The flaky crust... the egg custard... everything about these was just very well executed. The pastry had that delicate flaky texture you want while the custard inside was smooth and rich with that darker caramelized finish across the top. These were easily one of the stars of the meal and something I would order again without hesitation. Overall Impressions: The service was excellent and for a new restaurant they seem to already have the hospitality side of things figured out. The staggered arrival of the dishes was really our only criticism and that is a relatively small issue that should be easy to refine as they settle into their rhythm. read more

Everything we order is good ! here is the rate from our family : Pork Xiaolongbao猪肉小笼包 : 5/5 . No different as those we had at SD. black golden lava bum流沙包 : 3.5/5 . I will say . It's average . chive pancake韭菜饼 ： it's good . 4.5/5 Recommend dip with their homemade hot chill oil . tastes yum . Although, while I had it . It's a bit cold in the middle . Not that's not cook . Still tasty. pork wonton soup猪肉云吞汤 ： 3/5 ,soup is way too salty . Wonton skin is too thick . Hard to cook through. spicy pork wonton( we asked for extra spicy and it did came extra spicy , and it tastes great! ) :红油抄手 for that reason 100%. 5/5 . We tried so many places for this dishes at different restaurants. This is one that super close to the one we had at Sichuan China . Just Love it ! Recommend extra spicy . sweet and sour baby back pork ribs . 糖醋小排 ！ 5/5 taste just like we had at Shanghai , Beijing , so if you like traditional Chinese food . Give it a try ! This is northern China foods . That's exactly how their dim sum gonna be . It will be different as southern China food , wonton at southern China , their skin will be much thinner , and broth will be so much different. But overall . This is a good place to go. The girl serves us , my son says , she just had the best service. everyone is super nice also ! Price wise, I think that's pretty fair. Restaurant looks very clean and well decorated . GO HERE! At first, I thought maybe this was a "mistake" listing, since there is also a "King Dumpling" - but it's not!!! It's JING Dumpling. I came here today, 7/29/2026 and it is their 5th day open! Cute clean comfortable spot. Definitely family friendly. I am a dim sum lover. I live in CA and drive out to L.A. to seek out the best spots with my family. This place is a WINNER! I posted pics of the menu and food. I tried quite a bit. I sat next to a couple who were also here for the first time, and we shared everything! It was so sweet and bonding experience. So nice to connect with friendly strangers while I'm on travel for work. The bok choy was DELICIOUS. I love that they have lots of fresh veggie options!!! It came with a generous portion, as well as with shitake mushrooms in the center, which were JUICY! The sauce wasn't thick (as it can be in some places), and it had chunks of garlic & ginger. YUM! The BBQ pork steamed buns were light and fluffy, just the right consistency, and the inside was ON POINT! A DEFINITE repeat order. The pork Xiao lam Bao was PERFECT! Lots of soup inside, the dumpling wrapper wasn't too thick (as it can be in some places) and the inside was juicy and tender, not hard, firm or chewy. It melted in your mouth. REPEAT order for sure. I tried my neighbor's egg custard bun, and while it's not really my thing (not a fan of sweet custard in my bun), it was really delicious. I posted a pic of the outside and inside. I also tried my neighbor's crab & pork xiao lam Bao, and shrimp & pork soup wontons/dumplings...it was ALL PHENOMENAL. Guys, this has GOT to be the best dim sum restaurant for MILES AND MILES! Final note: very reasonably priced!!! I got 3 huge dishes and a soda and it was only $40! I'm coming back tomorrow - so so excited One last addition: they brought me and my neighbors a complementary dessert at the end!!! Maybe because I was so enthusiastic about this place. I am not an authority on Chinese food and certainly no on Dimsum. As I usually go to a restaurant off of Alameda in Denver. But I do know what is ok or what is great. This is great. Incredible! FoCo has desperately needed a great dim sum place, and now we've got one. This is the kind of place you could go for a quick lunch, or for a nice dinner - the decor is very nice, the staff is caring and professional, and the ambiance is a perfect balance of relaxed yet sophisticated. We've gone a few time already since they opened a few weeks ago. The cucumber salad is great, their xiaolongbao soup dumplings are wonderful, and the fried rice options are awesome. Beautiful interior, but the food we had was pretty weak. Had the pork and the chicken dumplings. Not that tasty, and the filling was the consistency of paste, as if they weren't fully cooked. The tea was lukewarm and service was below average. The green bean appetizer was good, but didn't make up for the other weaknesses. read more

I had 4 different orders to go for a family dimsum dinner and the food was excellent, we ordered close to closing time so the kitchen was moving a little slow but the food was excellent. It gives off Roblox tycoon vibes inside, not to much character. read more

Food is great but out of 4 things we ordered (that is alot of items to be out of). Music way too loud and crackling speaker very annoying. Also very cold in restaurant. So ambience overall poor while we were there but this seems alterable. Long waits between waitress checking on us. I am optimistic re improvements and will give them another try. read more
