We always get the hot pot so I can't really rate the BBQ experience. I always get the mushroom broth and order the meat and veggies as needed. I also make sure to go to the seasoning station and make the suggested seasoning mixes. I add some seasoning to the broth as well as use it for dipping the cooked meat and veggies for extra flavoring. The meal also includes self serve finger foods (like chicken wings), fruit and ice cream. Only critic would be that the kimchi (specially the cucumber) could be fresher and the chicken wings tend to be a little dry. However, it is to be expected when it's usually sitting out for a while. The service has always been friendly and when ordering the ingredients, they come out in a fairly quick manner. The restaurant is pretty spacious and great for larger groups. But be aware, you will come out smelling like BBQ or your hot pot so I wouldn't wear your best dress or suit.

The curry had amazing flavor, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. You order at the counter and grab your own seat, which was a bit different than what I'm used to. I also tried bubble tea for the first time. I was a little skeptical at first, but it ended up being so good that I went back for a second one. On a recent trip to Indiana I had a fabulous experience at Zing as usual. It has become a tradition to eat at Zing Japanese Fusion. We were promptly seated at a table for two. The restaurant quickly filled with customers creating a lively atmosphere. We shared a couple of sushi plates while enjoying wine & Bobo Tea.
