I recently visited Jins Valley Fair to get my glasses adjusted, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Beverly, a team lead who assisted me was incredibly rude and impatient from the moment I walked in. They displayed a lot of attitude, constantly talking back and making snide remarks whenever I asked a question or requested assistance and took my glasses out of my hands without asking. I almost walked out because of how uncomfortable the entire interaction made me feel, but I decided to stick through it because I needed my glasses. I expected professional and courteous service, but instead, I was met with disrespect and a complete lack of customer care. Very disappointing. I hope the management addresses this issue because It's shocking to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially from a team lead. read more

I had a wonderful experience at JINS Valley Fair thanks to Alycia! She was incredibly helpful, thorough, and informative, making sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. I really appreciated her patience and the way she explained everything so clearly--it made the process stress-free and enjoyable. The wait time was reasonable (about 15 minutes after check-in), and when I came back around 40 minutes later, my glasses were ready. I don't usually write reviews, but my recent experience left me really disappointed with the customer service. I had a few straightforward questions about optical lenses, mainly regarding shipping times and the price differences between lens options. However, the sales assistant I spoke with was surprisingly unhelpful. Instead of answering my questions, he kept telling me to go to the counter for the information, which didn't make sense, especially since he wasn't busy at the time. I see the store by walking by and knowing more by Huy. He told me alot about Jins glasses and pick the right shape for my face. I really like his service and his choice of glasses for me. It's always a challenge finding the right shape of glasses for myself and I have been to so many stores, but none of them was helpful. Perhaps Jind train all their employees very well or Huy himself has a natural skill for eyeglasses fitting. I am interested and since the price is very affordable, I definitely like to buy more frames for different occasions. Definitely come back and tell my friend about Jins. read more

Always stop to check out glasses here even when I don't need them because the space is so open and nice. Huy helped me choose out frames, and even though I ended up going against his choice he was still super curteous and nice. I always love the frames here. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming. The frames are adorable and the service is really quick and easy. I'd recommend coming in here and dropping off your prescription while you shop. They'll even call your optometrist if there are any run-ins. Definitely recommend coming here!! read more

A very unique eyewear store. Can wait until I get my first pair of frames. There's no other store like this in Vallyfair . These guys are about to replace Lens Crafter, and Warby Parker, becuse thier ONE: WAY MORE AFFORDABLE, TWO: FASTER, THREE: VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. I'm very excited for this store. As I first walked into this store, I was overwhelmed with many variety of glasses. It took me hours; trying on different pairs and debating which one to get. When the staff, Huy, noticed I was struggling; he immediately came to me as an assistance. Jins has a great selection of frames that are incredibly fashionable while still inexpensive. I really love it here! Its still unbelievable to me that I can grab a pair of new glasses within 30 minutes and that the process is pretty quick (the only thing that takes a long time is deciding which pair to buy!) Service was bad during the COVID 19. Ignored all the customers who wait on the line. Works saw customers waiting outside and they won't come to have a ask or say "waitlist if full" we wait been a well and finally I called them "hi, I saw so many customers walked out and why you don't call people who waiting online to come in?"
