I ordered the spicy Ramen chicken, which I read was one of the restaurant faves. And I ordered a crispy rice, tuna something which wasn't what I expected. It's basically a cube of crispy rice with them. Some sort of Tunis mix squeezed on. It looked premade and was OK. My Ramen was flavorful and somewhat rich. The temperature was not very hot but hot enough for most people. I love the sauces on the table that help add more flavor and heat to my dish. I ordered the birria ramen and it was so good! 10/10. We ordered a lot of appetizers too. I didn't know the boiled eggs were extra until I saw the bill lol. The food took a while to come out and our server wasn't very attentive. We waited a while for the bill and to get our card back. But overall, the food was really good! While the ambiance and service was great, I ended up extremely sick from this food. The ramen smelled amazing but I knew something about it tasted off. I'm a huge garlic lover and it makes my tastebuds happy that I can get a dish of fresh garlic on the side to add as much as I want to my ramen. Unfortunately the heaters they have for their outdoor patio aren't functioning so be aware of that if it's a cooler night. We started out with the impossible tacos which were delicious! Their ramen dishes were quite tasty. Ask for a side of hot sauce to go with it. It really adds to the flavor of the dish. The pork rice dish was decent but needed more flavor. Came in as a party of 2 and were told a 40 minute wait that pleasantly ended being only 20 min. We had walked over to Righteous Room for a drink while we waited. We were seated at the bar and ordered a bowl of tonkatsu black and red. I ordered mine at a level 10 but our server put it in as an 8. The 8 was fine because I actually don't like that the additional spice makes the soup thicker. Next time I'll order it as a 5 to avoid the up charge and add the table spicy sauce instead. I will say the meat and egg are good. The meat is tender and juicy and the egg is perfectly gooey. Dont forget to add fresh garlic! But overall, the ramen is just fine. The soup flavor is just okay. I forgot the name of the specific ramen I tried but it was with veggie broth and tofu. I do not like soft tofu, I probably should have requested it be grilled. C'est la vie! They apologized, mentioned an egg shortage, and said a refund would be processed after the manager was informed. However, it's been a month and a half, and I still haven't received the refund. They do not validate parking sadly :( 5 stars for food I came during national ramen day so their 3 signatures were only $12. I wound up getting the Jinya tonkatsu black ramen. Very delicious, the broth was well flavored and thick. It came with a big egg and 2 thick slices of meat. I wish there were more mushrooms or toppings, but I'm just a ramen lover. It's considered a chain but the food is solid. I got us Lycheetinis to start the service. Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen for my entree (not too spicy very smooth) and we shared the Jinya Bun, sautéed broccolini, and creamy shrimp tempura.
