    I had to have Ramen.
    D. K. C.

I was finally ready to try ramen and I had no idea where to go. Furthermore, I had no idea what I wanted to eat. I asked my Yelpers how to choose a ramen dish, then it came time to choose a location. As I was in the Buckhead area, I texted my brother who I know eats ramen and asked him where he usually goes in the area and he pointed me to JINYA Ramen Bar. He also told me that the chicken ramen was his favorite. Naturally, I had to go to JINYA Ramen Bar because my brother said it was good. LoL!! Scrolling through the JINYA Ramen Bar website, I decided on the Spicy Chicken. I placed my order and headed to the restaurant. The location was easy to find as it sits in the plaza. Walking inside the restaurant, the ambiance was calming and dim. The surroundings were moderately toned and made me think this would be the perfect place for my next date night. I headed to the hostess stand, provided my name. Retrieved my order and was on my way. The process was easy and the service was good. Let's talk Ramen... One word... Amazing!!! The chicken was tender. The noodles were perfectly made. The seasonings were blended perfectly and then, I added the broth to the food and what was already good went to great. The broth was well seasoned and perfectly married all the ingredients together. I ordered the highest level of spice and it was not too spicy and delivered a generous amount of heat to the dish. JINYA Ramen Bar was an amazing experience and I will definitely be back for another round.

My first visit here and it was amazing. I met up with friends to catch and fellowship. I was introduced and recommended to the Jinya Bun which is a steamed bun with braised pork sandwich like situation. OMG it was delicious, I enjoyed it so much. The next on the list was the Premium Tonkotsu Red which is made with pork braised and you can choose your your own level of heat. I love the decor just the overall ambiance is very nice.

The foot here was great! Everything was super hot upon arrival (which was very fast). The food was tasty, I got the medium level of spicy and it was not too spicy, so if you have a high spice tolerance I'd go for the spiciest. The lychee matcha was also good and not too sweet! Our server was great and very sweet. I liked the ambiance, the tables were a bit closer than I'd prefer but the overall volume of the restaurant wasn't too loud

I revisited this spot after a really long time and it was as fabulous as I remembered it. My favorite ramen here was the spicy creamy vegan and I am not even vegan in the slightest. I like the services, parking is easy and it's always a quick food on the table with them. Ambience is casual but elevated just how I preferred. Definitely returning!

Best ramen! The customer service was a 10/10. Food came quickly. The customer service was extremely friendly. It's a cute location. Free parking, located in like a shopping center area. Had the chicken and shrimp ramen with thick noodles and it was so good! The kids meal for kids comes with a lot of food it's def worth it! If you are looking for a ramen spot definitely come here!

The atmosphere is good. It is quaint. More of a lunch vibe than anything. The service was fast and efficient. Ramen came out extremely fast. I ordered the Pork belly ramen and my guest ordered the tonkatsu black. The broth left much to be desired. The broth did not seem authentic and tasted similarly to packet ramen. The flavor and texture did not seem standard for authentic ramen and the depth was lacking. But it was still good. I would likely try the Tonkatsu to see if it compares to those I've had before. However, the price is comparable to the quality.

Tight dining spaces. Good customer service overall (ran slow a couple times but it was pretty busy so understandable). Love that they have plant-based options. Not the best ramen I've had but it's decent even though it's overpriced...but it's Buckhead and 'ramen houses' are trendy so it's to be expected.

I've been going to Jinya since when I lived in Houston. I've had food a few other ramen joints but Jinya has always been consistently good. I love the variety and the quality of the broth. The restaurant is always clean and service is quick. This time I tried the birria Birria Ramen and I give it a 9/10. It's very flavorful with thick noodles. I normally get the spicy chicken ramen

Tasty Ramen, great atmosphere, wonderful service.and you cant beat the seasoning on the ramen. Delicious

This is going to sound controversial, but Jinya is, in my option, tasty. Is it authentic? Not really. However, is the food good? Yes! I love their unique flavors and their options. They have something for everyone whether you like pork or chicken or veggies! Their broths are flavors and their side dishes are great as well. I personally love takoyaki and brussel sprouts. Despite not being vegan, my favorite ramen is probably the spicy creamy vegan with thick noodles. The service there is a hit or miss. There were times where the service was great, but also times where it took me forever to get a glass of water. I hope they can be more consistent in terms of serviceLines can be pretty long, so keep that in mind as well. Overall, a place that I'd probably keep going to when I'm craving a tasty ramen. The restaurant is medium sized. It can get pretty busy depending on when you go in. I typically like to go at lunch time when it opens since it's usually quieter. Overall, it can get pretty loud at night when the place is packed, but in a good way. It's a lively place and there is a bar for those who enjoy getting food and drinks at the bar.

My friend and I visited this location for a late lunch and absolutely loved everything! We had the fried crispy chicken bites for a starter. I had the JINYA Tonkotsu Black and my friend had the Spicy Chicken Ramen. The food was great and the service was superb! They also have great lychee Martinis!!!

How is this Ramen place compared to to others.. I know it cannot be as good as those in Tokyo..how does it compared to Sapporo Ramen or Kyushu ramen? How does the broth compared? As I know the real deal breaker is the broth itself and noodles.

I would say it doesn't compare to ramen in Sapporo or Kyushu, but it's pretty good and maybe one of the more consistent ramen places in Atlanta.

I hadn't been back in almost two years and unfortunately, this visit just didn't hit the same for me. I ordered the same spicy Tonkotsu ramen I had before, but it tasted completely different this time. I remember the noodles being very fresh and the broth having a much richer flavor. This visit honestly reminded me a little of Jinya's ramen, which personally isn't my favorite style. The broth almost tasted creamy, like milk had been added. Maybe not, but it just didn't taste as fresh to me with a deep flavor as before. Someone also recommended the Okiboru buns, and I wasn't too impressed with those either. I originally wanted the braised ribs, but TikTok hype convinced me otherwise, so that part is on me. Looking back, I think the ribs or even the panko shrimp probably would've been the better choice. The shrimp is my normal app so I take fault for the switch up. Overall, I'd still say give it a try for yourself because everyone's taste is different. There are a lot of ramen spots around Atlanta now, though, and this visit just didn't leave me as impressed as my previous ones did. Just being honest.

E Ramen has become one of Atlanta's most popular ramen destinations by offering a menu that goes…read morebeyond the traditional tonkotsu bowl. We walked into a modern, energetic space that feels approachable whether you are stopping in for a casual lunch or settling in for dinner. The atmosphere is polished without being overly formal, with a layout that works well for both quick meals and longer visits. The energy in the room stays lively, but the service keeps things moving smoothly enough that you never feel rushed. The signature ramen and Dark Knight ramen are among the restaurant's most talked-about dishes, both built around rich broths and deeply savory flavors. We tried the signature bowl and found the broth well balanced, with a depth that comes from proper technique and quality ingredients. The Dark Knight brought a more intense profile, with layers of flavor that built with each spoonful. The lobster ramen and wagyu ramen add a more indulgent twist, while the Dirty Vegan ramen has developed a following of its own thanks to its creamy broth and unique spinach noodles. The variety across the menu means you can explore different styles across multiple visits without feeling like you are repeating the same order. Part of what makes E Ramen stand out is its ability to cater to different preferences without making anyone feel like an afterthought. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free diners will find several options designed specifically for them rather than simple menu modifications. The service tends to match the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere, with staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and willing to guide you through the different options without being pushy. The pacing of the meal was comfortable, and the team checked in at the right moments to make sure everything was to our liking. Rather than relying on a single signature dish, E Ramen succeeds because of its range. Whether you are craving a classic bowl, a richer specialty ramen, or one of the restaurant's well executed vegan options, it offers enough variety to keep both first time visitors and regulars coming back to explore more of the menu. The quality holds up across the board, making it a destination that delivers on its reputation without feeling like it is trying too hard to impress.

First, when you walk into the restaurant, it is very cute, has a bar for solo diners and booths incase you are in a group. The location is very cozy and the employees were great! Our server was very patient and had no problem explaining, re-explaining, and confirming with the chef if he wasn't 100% on an answer. I got a tofu rice bowl, which I typically don't get and it was delicious! I asked if the salad could be put on the side rather than in the bowl and was given a full side salad that I wound up mixing into my rice lol. I also added broccoli to the bowl, which I probably wouldn't do again because it was pretty bland, but overall the bowl was good. Now the vegan dumplings... were FANTASTIC! We shared the dumplings and everyone agreed that they were easily the best thing that we had eaten the whole day. The green color threw me off at first, but the crispiness and texture of the dumpling was amazing. I would love to go back and try the ramen to see how it measures up, but again, great experience. Also, when you are paying the check, they bring you a small bucket full of dum dum lollipops, which I thought was a great touch. Me and my adult guests all left like happy children, which is exactly how eating out should make you feel.

Outstanding ramen, incredible fresh noodles, and excellent service from Aaliyah…read more Okiboru Ramen Takumen in Duluth was absolutely worth the visit, and honestly, I'm just mad at myself for not trying it sooner. I started with the Okiboru buns (chicken and pork) the crispy gyoza, and the garlic nori fries. All three were a great start to the meal. The buns were soft and fluffy, and the pork bun worked really well with the garlic aioli, soy glaze, and pickled cucumber. The chicken one was good too but the pork one beats it on flavor. The gyoza had a nice crisp to them and came with a shoyu dipping sauce that tied everything together well. The garlic nori fries were also really good, crispy and well seasoned, and a fun side to snack on between everything else along with the garlic sauce to dip your fries in. For my main dish, I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, which comes with rich pork broth, pork chashu, half a soft boiled egg, scallions, and thin Hakata noodles. I also added the thick noodle refill on the side, and I'm glad I did because both noodles were excellent in different ways. The biggest standout here was the noodle quality. You can tell immediately that these are fresh noodles because the texture is just on another level. The thin noodles were fantastic and worked perfectly with the tonkotsu broth, but the thick noodles were incredible too. It's one of those meals where after the first bite you immediately understand why people talk about fresh noodles the way they do. The broth itself was rich, flavorful, and comforting without feeling overly heavy, and the pork in the ramen was very good too. Service was also a big part of why this visit stood out. Aaliyah was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she did a great job making the whole experience feel comfortable from the start. Good food is one thing, but good service is a huge part of what makes people want to come back, and she absolutely deserves a shoutout. The restaurant itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was dining solo, so I sat at a smaller table, but they also have booths and larger middle tables that look like they'd work well for bigger groups. Food came out pretty quickly, and parking was easy since it's in a shopping center. And of course, everything got washed down with a Coke Zero. Not fountain, just canned, but it still hit the spot. This was an excellent meal from start to finish. Great appetizers, outstanding ramen, truly impressive noodles, and service that made the whole visit even better. I'll definitely be back.

My boyfriend ordered the truffle shoyu ramen and also found it to be underwhelming. The ambiance has also changed since my last visit. They've replaced the middle bar area with more tables and painted over the previously drawn-on walls. The space feels noticeably darker now and lacks some of the character it once had.
