    tonkotsu black ramen

Savory ramen!! The price point is higher than other competitors in the area- but will say the broth itself is richer so it's worth it if u do a tonkotsu versus a shoyu/shio base ramen. Service was super quick as we sat at the bar. They were habitually cleaning the tables so the store was super clean. We got some drafts of asahi/sapporo ($8) and the fried tuna sushi (3 pieces/$9). The sushi was super easy to eat and not too fishy with the tuna. The ramen ($18) was super rich and a great portion. The egg was slightly overcooked and the chasu piece was slightly fatty. Saw some other reviews saying similar things with the meat. Really good ramen and for the area decent price point. I'd love to see if jinya did a tsukemen item on the menu since the broth was so well done/rich.

Well pleasantly Surprised by this place! Our waitress Emery was very knowledgeable of the menu and made perfect recommendations! The Birria ramen was perfect! I have no remarks to add! It came with the thick noodles which is my favorite noodles ! It was full of flavor and not too heavy! The ambiance was good for friends or a date night! Oh and let me not forgot the brussel sprouts, it was perfect no sauce needed. Not everyone does great brussel sprouts! I will get this everytime

Consistent and super yummy. You do have to heat it up when you get take out. The egg is really good and here different vegetarian options which is really nice. Definitely recommend. We haven eaten in the restaurant yet but that'll be the next thing for us

I got crispy rice spicy tuna. The tuna was soft and delicious and didn't taste too fishy at all. The rice was fried and delicious. It was easy to eat the rice and tuna together (like eating sushi). I got tonkatsu black ramen. It was pretty good. I think the chashu pieces were kinda fatty. The noodles were delicious and I liked the broth. The egg was a little overcooked but not too much.

If you're craving an authentic taste of Japan with a vegan twist, look no further than Jinya Ramen Bar. Nestled in Victory Park, this culinary gem offers a delightful fusion of Japanese flavors that cater perfectly to plant-based palates. My recent visit to Jinya Ramen Bar left me thoroughly impressed, starting with their innovative Vegan Impossible Bun. Featuring smashed avocado, impossible meat, thinly sliced cucumbers, all nestled within a soft Japanese bun, each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors. The freshness of the ingredients truly shone through, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Next up was the Spice Creamy Vegan Ramen, a dish that surpassed all expectations. While tofu adorned the bowl, I must admit I didn't indulge much in it. However, what stole the show was the creamiest veggie broth - rich, flavorful, and utterly comforting. Each slurp was a symphony of taste as the various elements intertwined seamlessly, leaving me craving more with every spoonful. What sets Jinya Ramen Bar apart is not just their commitment to offering vegan options but their dedication to crafting dishes that are as delicious as they are innovative. From the vibrant flavors to the cozy ambiance, every aspect of the dining experience at Jinya Ramen Bar is carefully curated to delight the senses. Whether you're a dedicated vegan or simply looking to explore new culinary horizons, Jinya Ramen Bar is a must-visit destination. With its delectable offerings and warm hospitality, it's sure to leave a lasting impression that will have you coming back for more. My Overall Meal was a 10/10. Overall Experience 10/10. Jinya Ramen bar is located minutes away from the home of the Dallas Stars at American Airlines center offering high quality ramen with tender juicy cuts of pork and appetizers for the whole family to enjoy! I came by after the big game at the AAC right before closing and was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from the lovely staff. Upon entering this fine entablement that is nestled on the corner of Victory Blvd in a dimmed low light natural setting with ample tables and chairs along with a bar. I placed a drink order of Asahi super dry and ordered the miso ramen while waiting for my uber in the downtown Dallas Traffic. My order quickly arrived, and the ramen was looking stunning with 2 circular cuts of tender pork char su and a soft-boiled egg and 2 slices of crisp seaweed and finely sliced green scallions. The miso broth was full of heartiness and umami flavor. It was savory and nutty with a slight bit of saltiness coming from the long cooking process. The noodles were cooked al dente with a nice snap back when biting into. The noodles were a thick cut and soaked up the broth fairly well and I enjoyed slurping them while enjoying my ramen. Altogether I enjoyed dining in at Jinya and eating the ramen here. I'll definitely be back after another game to enjoy more delicious ramen and maybe try the tonkotsu black ramen and get some appetizers like the crispy chicken and gyoza.

Good ramen spot tucked away on High Market St. A bit pricy for ramen, but highly recommend the tonkotsu original for the best flavor. Service was okay, we ran out of water a couple times. Ambiance when we arrived was nice but after about 530 they cranked the music up so high we could barely hear each other.

I absolutely love Jinya's spicy creamy vegan ramen, but the Dallas location isn't my favorite. The noodles were a little underdone, and the restaurant's layout is a little strange. The server, Graciela, was sweet though.

I really liked this place! The service was amazing and the menu had lots of very yummy looking options! I went with the spicy chicken ramen. Great flavor! My only complaint is I wish I got it with thick noodles! But I'm guessing I could request that in the future (which I will). I loved the experience inside, it felt very cozy and made me ready for the evening!

Jinya never disappoints with spicy creamy vegan. It's my all time favorite and to go too! Honestly it's all I ever ordered when I go to Jinya. I also tried one of their mocktails. They had the matcha lychee and it was good!! Service was also good. The server was very kind and attentive. She made sure my visit was good. I went on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn't too busy.

Very nice ramen restaurant. The food was so good. I loved the Brussels sprouts tempura. I also had the Premium Tonkotsu Red. I tried level 5 that has some spice to it but I still added more hot sauce. Antonio was are server. He was very nice and made my first time eating here enjoyable. I will be returning.

I stopped at this ramen bar prior to going to a winery and I'm so glad that I did. It was my first experience at a ramen restaurant. I ordered the spicy chicken ramen and added fresh garlic and a seasoned egg. It was soooo good! The broth was fantastic!!!!! The portions were huge I couldn't finish mine. The lycheetini was the drink special and I ordered that as well. It was my first time trying it and I'm in love! I def plan to visit this gem again. The service was fantastic. We were greeted and served immediately and the food came out quick! The restaurant is very cutesy and clean! It was an excellent experience.

Fast, friendly, shockingly, competent, and basically everything you don't mentally prepare for when someone says, let's get Ramen in Texas. It's more attentive than what I'm used to standing Ramen, to be honest basically they are self serve. So if the service is bad at your own fault. Finding the place, however? A quest. Google, yelp, Apple maps all tried their best and still acted like I was searching for the lost city of Atlantis. Even now, I'm not convinced I can find it again without divine intervention. A treasure hunt for Ramen at the end of the rainbow is only cardio I'm signing up for. Confession, I'm not even a Ramen fan. Like at all. And yet. OMG. I ordered the weekly special, the Rose cream Ramen, which is basically Korean tteobokki rose sauce but instead of chewy rice cakes, you get chewy Ramen noodles living their best life. It's creamy, spicy, comforting, and absolutely worth popping a Lactaid for. Lactose intolerant folks, unite and suffer intolerance together and noodle induced bliss. I have to admit this bowl was spot on amazing. Honestly, better than the instant Ramen I tossed into my Rose tteobokki at home, and I don't say that lightly because that combo has carried me through some dark times. Parking? Well let's just say walking from far away was a blessing. After inhaling that bowl, I needed to trek a walk of the incoming food coma, that was swallowing me whole. Impossible to find. The inside is tiny and there isn't even a proper "waiting" area. I've also tried coming here before, and there was also a long wait. I'm glad I decided to stick it out this time. We ordered the Wagyu sushi, Yakitori, Tonkotsu Miso Ramen, and the Tomato Ramen. The Wagyu sushi is torched right in front of you! The Wagyu was incredibly tender and the sauce was delicious. My only *nitpicky* critique is the rice was ever so slightly too moist, but that didn't stop me from inhaling the sushi. Next, the Yakitori was phenomenal. I've never had such tender chicken in my life. There was a nice layer of delicious sauce coating the skewer. Again, just a really nitpicky feedback I have was that I wish the Yakitori had the tiniest bit more char to it, but nevertheless was an incredible bite, and I'd 100% order again in a heartbeat. Onto the ramen - easily hands down one of the best ramen I've had in DFW. The broth is flavorful, and I love the noodles. I'm not sure if they're handmade from scratch, but they had the perfect thickness and chewiness. I also loved generous the portion of cha shu slices. Most other places only give you 1-2 thin slices, but that was not the case here. The pork was tender. The ajitama was solid too, although I prefer more of a soft-boiled egg. While the meat portion is more generous here, the tonkotsu didn't come with many vegetables. A lot of other ramen places I've been to will have corn, fried garlic, etc as default, but those are all additional cost add-ons here. The ramen was delicious without them though but just something to note. We also got the tomato ramen as it's the chef recommendation. The dish is very creative and the execution was great. Personally, I still prefer traditional ramens but it was certainly a nice culinary creation to try. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would come here again. Just be aware there may be a wait, and because they're so busy, you do have to proactively flag down staff. However, the staff are still really nice despite all the tasks they're juggling at once.

Parking wasn't bad either, there are lots and a garage nearby. However, the food itself fell flat for me. We ordered the crispy chicken happy hour special, which comes with a side salad. The chicken was on the dry side. Whenever I order Kaarage, it usually comes with a dipping sauce, but there was none here and that would've really helped out. The dressing on the side salad was way too acidic, making it hard to eat as well. In addition, we ordered the takoyaki as an appetizer. The takoyaki themselves were pretty solid, but the texture of the mayo was off. I'm not sure if they make their mayo in-house, but i noticed it was curdled. EDIT: after reading the restaurant's response, the texture I noticed was because it's an egg tartar sauce For the ramen, we ordered Jinya Tonkotsu Black and Creamy Veggie Ramen. Pricing is standard for DFW ramen restaurants, although *slightly* higher than some others (by like $1). The base ramen comes with a good variety of toppings! However, the ramen was just okay. The noodles are on the skinnier side, which I prefer thicker, chewier noodles. The pork chashu serving was small, and it tasted kind of old and wasn't that tender nor flavorful. The broth was just alright. I prefer soft-boiled, jammy ramen eggs, but the ajitama here was cooked longer than I would've liked. Ironically, I thought the veggie ramen was *much* better. The broth had better flavor, and they use different noodles than the tonkotsu, which were thicker (and exactly what I like!). Lastly, we had the matcha tiramisu for dessert. On a positive note, the matcha flavor was detectable. However, the tiramisu crème wasn't that fluffy, and there were noticeable amounts of undissolved sugar.
