There was a sushi chef on premise working with chunks of sashimi fish preparing orders. When I got home to eat, I noticed the fish was really fresh, with sensible usual poke toppings, and I love the fact that they actually use fresh chunks of salmon for their "Spicy Salmon" unlike many joints that cut corner by using the mashed up stuff with less fresh fish and fillers. They also veered towards light in terms of sriracha mayo and shoyu which preserved the taste just right, and I poured a bit of ponzu to suit my own taste. Portion was generous and came with a bowl of hot miso soup which was just perfect. Only minor feedback would be that rice was a bit blocky-cooler than I'd have liked so took wee bit more effort to eat together with the toppings... but not a big deal. With recent rise in delivery apps you might be tempted to (not even sure if they participate), but you know how they kill the restaurant's margin...
